Clearview Sunroom & Window LLC

We used Clearview a dozen years ago for a large screen porch in MA. 2 homes later we fond ourselves in southwestern NH with a small screen porch with 1/3 the windows. The quote was the same as we paid for the huge space in MA but, given inflation and the distance they were driving, we forged ahead.

Much to our surprise and delight, the called a few weeks before the anticipated install to see if they could come "today" because they had other cancellations and wanted to keep their guys busy. I took the time to clean out the space and headed off to work. I came home early so I would be here for the final sign-off. I had told the owner that he'd have to invoice us for the final amount since we didn't have cash on hand - that was the trade off for keep his guys working for the day and he was fine with that. He said that was fine, he'd send an invoice and we could mail a check or call with a credit card.

A couple weeks later, I got an email from the owner asking if we'd made payment. I told him I'd forgotten as I was waiting on that final invoice. He sent the invoice a couple days later and I called with a credit card payment.

Much to my surprise, FIVE days later, I got an email from "Josh" with my receipt where he indicated "note that 3% has been charged for a credit card fee" I was livid because it wasn't on the invoice, it wasn't mentioned when I called. I emailed back and said exactly that and was told "it's on all the paperwork you signed". I had to go back a couple months, pull up the original contract and, yes, it is there. But how lousy to not have that on the invoice in the first place. They wasted my time and their staff time processing a card that ended up being refunded, I had to make a special trip to the bank to transfer funds, and then mail a check.

This whole experience was so unprofessional that it would keep me from using them again or recommending them to anyone. As a small business owner for 25+years, I would have apologized and "eaten" the $55 - their lack of disclosure and transparency caused the problem but, instead, it cost them at least one customer.

Edited to address seller's comment - we mailed a check as soon as the pending charge and credit cleared our accounts.

Daryn and his crew replaced our original very large windows a few weeks ago. They did a very professional job in a timely manner. Our windows are large and this was a tough job but you could see that they knew what they were doing! We highly recommend them - they were great!

They are great people, and have been taking car of our cars for a while now. They do good work at a reasonable price and will bend over backwards to get you in for service quickly. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with the project. We had a big patio enclosed, the crew was very professional, looking over at every little detail. Daryn kept us updated all thru the project with e-mails, every time line were met when promise. I highly recommend them.

Daryn and his team were extremely professional throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the way my windows turned out! I purchased these windows and installed them myself several years ago. I would rate these a 10 on a scale with 10 being the best.
They have held up remarkably well over the years, and with minimal care. I live in New Hampshire where the winters are long and harsh. The windows have handled many years of extreme temperatures with no problems whatsoever. I don't think there is a better product of this sort available at any price. I would not hesitate to recommend these windows to anyone looking for a very good alternative to conventional windows.

I had originally requested a quote from Clearviewabd received one. Then something came up and I asked my contractor (friend) to order it with what we needed. He ordered it and the product is amazing. We did have a few tears in the material and Clearview stood behind there product. My only complaint is they did not consider me a customer when I contacted them. I had a slight problem with getting material. They kept telling me that my friend was the customer because he ordered the product. I am the customer I paid for everything and he just called it in and installed it. So when I have warranty issues I should be able to call and get it squared away. I will make note to thoroughly check each panel as we installed this system in a porch that is three season so we are not in there all the time. Until we cleaned the product we noticed the small tears. The product itself was amazing!!

As we were designing our 16x18 three season porch we found the eze-breeze window system online but wanted to see it in person so we visited Daryn Gladstone at Clearview Sunrooms in Dover, NH in January 2017 to see the eze-breeze windows in action. We liked the appearance and operation of the eze-breeze windows and planned to do the installation ourselves. All through 2017 Daryn went over and above to answer our many questions about the window construction, dimensions and installation. We placed the order and picked up the windows in late 2017 when our porch construction was almost complete. There was a problem with one frame that was damaged in shipping and Daryn quickly replaced it with a new frame. We have now had these windows installed through two New England winters and they have exceeded our expectations. We love these eze-breeze windows and highly recommend Daryn Gladstone and Clearview Sunrooms.

5 out of six panels fit and operates perfectly took 3 attempts to get #6 to be perfect. Daryn kept ordering new panel and the installer were patient and gentlemen and never gave up. Now just great.

The product worked exactly as depicted in the brochure. It allowed us to convert a screened deck/porch into a three season room.

Their exacting measurements, resulting in a flawless install and great follow up resulted in a terrific experience all around. We love our Clearview porch, as do all our family and friends. All are amazed at the great screen and pull down screen “windows“ that Clearview installed. You will not be disappointed!

These guys are the best at what they do! They’ve done several jobs for me over the years and have always done A+ work!!!!

Everyone was very punctual, they showed up the day/times that they said they would. They kept us informed of the expected work each day and what they expected to accomplish the next day. The workers were dedicated and hard working. The quality of materials and workmanship are great.

I used Clearview windows in my screenhouse, floor to ceiling. We've had 70 mph blizzard winds with ice and they held up perfectly. I built the room my self (16'x14') and whole walls are Clearview. In 8 years I have had NO problems with them. They install easily, the salesman/technical advisor was very personally involved even to the point of delivering them from Dover, a town 15 miles away, in his own truck. I highly recommend them!

This was one of the best updates to my house and Clearview did a great job. I have a porch that kept getting rain and snow in, destroying my furniture and I had to keep moving stuff in an out. Clearview installed the Eze Breezy panels and it's been excellent not only for the weather, but to keep out pollen. Jason came out and gave us some options I hadn't thought of. He was very consultative and my porch looks more open than it did before. I get to use it more and longer throughout the year and furnish it so it's like having an extra room in my house. Jason also did some other work (installed and wrapped windows, reframed a door.) I highly recommend them.

We've had our Clearview sunroom for almost a year now and I can say that for us it was a great experience and investment. We love the flexibility it offers and have used it in spring, summer, and fall. In cooler temps down to 55 degrees f. We use a large ceramic heater to easily warm it up to a comfortable 70 degrees.
The Clearview guys were professional and knowledgeable. Our design required some slight customization and the crew pulled it off in spades. The easy breezy windows are sturdy and slide as good today as when they were installed. One of the best decisions we've made.

We purchased Clearview Sunroom Windows two years ago and could't be happier with them. Fair price, installed on time by a professional technician. Follow up service has been excellent as well. I accidentally broke a pin in one, contacted our dealer in Dover, NH and received the replacement parts in days. Five stars from us.

Love my sunroom, we live in it! Great service and highly recommend it. Daryn took very good care to deliver an excellent product and made two separate visits to make minor repairs. He even came out and replaced my lock when I lost my key. Best investment you could ever make to your home.

Daryn and his team were great installing our new front door and windows on our 1960s ranch! They were prompt, quick, professional and cleaned up everything up! I would recommend Clearview to any family and friends looking for quality work to their homes!

We had a door replaced in our mudroom by Clearview. The team that showed up was thorough and efficient! They worked quickly and left absolutely no mess. The work was professional and solved our problem. Before the room was drafty and cold in the winter. Now, the room is warm and free of drafts. We plan to use Clearview for additional work on our home and we STRONGLY recommend them to all of our friends.

Please read all of this!! "Clearview" is also an Eze breeze window dealer! I had to find this out the hard way. When my order was a couple days late i accidently called another dealer and the guy was rude and was obviously upset that Daryn/ Clearview was also dealing Eze breeze. He went on to say that he knew of Daryn and he was not fond of him. Well i have failed to find one bad review about Clearview or Daryn. As a matter of fact, Daryn went the extra mile to take my measurement and work with Eze breeze to get my "funky shaped" windows! For the heck of it i sent my measurements to this other so called Eze breeze "dealer" and he said he could not get the windows!! Daryn did and i have the windows now! Daryn is a contractor and has installed these windows so he knows how to make it work and so on. He is a good honest guy trying to make a living like everyone else and for another Eze breeze dealer to suggest to me that he is a "Copy cat" and an "un-authorized" dealer really leaves a bad taste in my mouth! I have contacted PGT (manufacturer of Eze breeze" windows) and they confirm that Daryn/ Clearview/ Eze breeze store is indeed a dealer of their windows. Im so glad i found Daryn before any other dealer. If i had called "that guy" first, i would not have my windows!! BTW, we are installing the windows ourselves so Daryn made sure we had everything we need to do the job because he knows what he is doing! Thanx for reading!!

We recently had a Clearview Sunroom installed onto our house.

Daryn & team did an excellent job designing & constructing our room. They were very amenable to ideas & flexible with changes. Their workmanship is precise & their experience shines through.

We are very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to others considering a three season porch.

They recommended a paver company to augment the room with a paver patio. Both the patio & the sunroom show well.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Clearview recently did for our home. They were professional, prompt, and kept me well informed along the way. All the things a 35 week pregnant woman loves when nesting for a new baby! We love our new windows and hope to do a sunroom project with Clearview very soon!
