Clearcut was a great contractor to work with. We live in an HOA community that had lots of Stucco issues. The leaks in my unit were really bad. Clearcuts team did a great job with the stucco repair and they were very professional.

I know several people that manage and run projects at ClearCut Building Solutions. They are great at determining the actual cause of water intrusion into buildings, and correcting those product and installation defects, rather than just fixing the water damage. They actually solve the issue. They are true experts for building envelope defect and water intrusion issues. I highly recommend ClearCut if your home or building is having issues that other contractors just can’t figure out!

ClearCut did my roof based on a recommendation from my insurance company. I was SO impressed! They were responsive, easy to work with, fair priced, and did phenomenal work. Since then, my family member use ClearCut for several large construction projects and they were equally impressed! I would recommend ClearCut 10/10!

I have worked with Clear Cut for many years and have been very satisfied with all the work they have done. They do quality work and try hard to please the customer. There have been some negative comments posted with no reason given for the one star rating. Obviously someone is trying to hurt this company. I can vouch for Craig, his team and the work they do. They are a reputable and high quality company. I will continue to use them and refer them to our customers who need exterior work.

ClearCut provides proven professional services and is fair and honest in the way they run their business. I never write these reviews, but as the HOA board president on a condo building downtown, I have spent countless hours working with ClearCut's entire team and I feel impressed to recommend their services. Buildings in Utah like ours sadly had building defects that are material, and were causing water intrusion. This is not unique to buildings in Utah many of which are built to minimum standards and usually with little accountability. It was a daunting task to take on a building envelope repair, but we could not have done it without ClearCut. It's not easy, the project spanned well over a year and at a very difficult time for all of the homeowners in our building. Notwithstanding the challenges, ClearCut's staff (especially Craig Munford) was always professional, thorough and provided great customer service.

ClearCut construction is a great company to work with. All my dealings with them have been positive. Overall just a great Company to do business with!!

We paid $55,000 for renovations that they rushed. They didn't do half of what they said they would do. They broke 2 of our windows and the main doorframe. They left a hole in our wall, destroyed our doorbell, and cut our internet line twice. To top it all off all of our windows and doors they replaced don't close properly and they left without fixing most of it. I am also adding this edit to say that their response to this review is a blatant cover up and lie. They said they would come by one of 2 days in July to see if everything was in order. They also asked for a list of all the problems with the job. They ignored our 3 emails sent to the manager of the project. We took the 2 days off they said they would be coming by to "touch up their work" . All I can say is I never signed a paper saying the work was done or that we were satisfied with it. They never contacted us after they "completed" their work. They never had someone come approve the job they did and they definitely never had someone come by and do a walkthrough.

Clearcut exceeded expectations with their work on my townhome. Their meticulous attention to detail and thorough approach left me impressed. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and reassured. We’ve lived in our townhome for several months and have been super happy with it. I highly recommend Clearcut Construction.

ClearCut has completed a few projects for the condo association that I live in, including a complete redo of the exterior of the building. I have worked with the owner and several project managers and interacted with a lot of the employees. They have brought a level of professionalism and quality of work above and beyond what I expected. Any issues that did come up were quickly addressed. I highly recommend them for any projects.

Clearcut recently did a full $5 million+ exterior rehab on all of our condos at The Springs at Harvest Hills in Saratoga Springs. The breezeways flooring application is uneven and collects water whenever it rains in front of our door. How is this acceptable? My HOA says they talked to them but long story short they won’t fix it. Also many of the corner drains ports aren’t even pointed down. How did this get approved?

Very dishonest business dealings. They went through my insurance at the time "auto owners" and gave them a bid that was 3 times higher than the other bids we received. The auto owner adjuster knew the rep at clearcut and the two said to pick them. The bid was for different vents, gutters, and all kinds of things that never got done. The roof should've been done for about 17k according to other bids and they came in close to 30k. They pocketed the inflated charges. The job done was not great, they tore screens and didn't replace, the gutter leaks and we called and they never returned calls, and the vents never got upgraded. Would not do business with these guys again based on dishonesty alone. It took me 3 months driving around to roofing supply companies to find the matching color and they kept trying to get us to pick a different color. They tried to frame it they went above by trying different colors on our roof and tried to get us to pick an unmatching one. Would highly not recommend.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the new roof we had installed by Clear Cut. Both Cody and Craig were great to work with and the crew was very professional, punctual and attentive to every detail. We highly recommend Clear Cut and would definitely have them work for us again.

I needed some work done asap and was referred to Clearcut Construction from my neighbor. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. It was nice to work with a company that came out on time and completed the work on schedule. I would refer them 10 out of 10 times! Thanks Clearcut!

I've never been a customer but I have worked alongside them, they have helped me to pull wiring through attics for customers that would of been lost to the company I work for otherwise as the hoa didn't want anymore exterior wiring. They went above and beyond even buying and running the conduit to the attics and scheduling it with the homeowners
