Jeremy and his team do an amazing job. They have completed two projects at our house, bathroom remodel and roofing including simple ceiling repairs. Jeremy is very responsive and communicates what is going on from when his team will be arriving to any additional costs that may be needed in the repair. Very prompt responses, the workers are all friendly and easy to work with! We’ve had them doing work on our home for 10+ years and will continue to do so. They did a full remodel on the main and upper level, finished a basement and have even helped refinish our cement porch and replace a mailbox. Love their work!

Like any Contractor, they were creative with adding cost after construction began, took longer than they said they would, and were very sparatic in the schedule. On top of that, they did not communicate very well and ended up reducing space by double walling. They also left shards, nails and blades out for the children to cut themselves on. The workmanship was high quality however.

We could tell at first visit that we met a contractor with integrity and respect. Jeremy and his Broderick Builders Team proved to be professional, pleasant, skilled, hard-working, honest, trust-worthy and responsible. We asked for some work items to be done – items not common to similar projects, but Jeremy made it happen. It was great to be able to easily communicate with Jeremy about the job, and he always let us know ahead of time when he, his Team, &/or subcontractors would be to our house. That was a great help with our scheduling. They also showed respect for our property: messes and debris were always cleaned up. All the construction, plumbing, electrical, finish work, and design were meticulously done. Broderick Builders turned our attached 2-car garage into a beautiful private bedroom suite! With that change, they also refreshed the exterior of our house. WE Love it!!

We used Broderick Builders to update the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom in our historic 165 year old home. They removed all 5 layers of old flooring, poured a new cement floor, and reinforced the old rock foundation. We now have a beautiful new floor and bathroom that we love. We also love how easy they were to work with in brining our vision to life. We highly recommend Broderick Builders!

Jeremy and his team were awesome! They were able to help us remove a Loadbearing wall and some pillars and put in a beam instead. This freed up a ton of space. They helped us with the flooring, drywall, carpeting, cabinets and countertops. Our house looks amazing now because of the work that they did. Jeremy was great to work with, very responsive and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants good quality work.

They were in constant communication with us throughout the remodel. They did a phenomenal job and would highly recommend them!

Extremely impressed and highly recommend! I had Broderick Builders tackle the huge job of fixing a buckling carport, a leaking shed, and extending our roofline.
