I’ve used Clarksville Gutter for years. Most recently, they added gutter guards around my screened deck and replaced fascia boards that were damaged from the windstorm in March. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

A year ago we had them replace our gutters, and they did a great job. This year we had them come out and replace our siding. They did such an amazing job! The crew worked extremely hard, even with all the heat. Our house was not wrapped, so they wrapped it before putting up the new siding. They even fixed our fireplace where the wood had rotten. I could not have asked for better customer service, and a trustworthy company.

They installed new larger 6” gutters all around my house. They look excellent and work perfectly. They did the work in a timely manner and The communication was great. Contacted Clarksville Gutter on May 10.. talked to Nina which was very nice.. explained what I needed and provided pictures to help expedite the needed repair.. I was assured it would be in about 2 weeks . I was fine with that.. I understand weather, staffing issues etc… fast forward to May 30th.. I reached out to find out why and when.. Nina stated ., we are behind and will be out with in the week or so.. I informed her the gutter was getting worse since it’s been almost a month now!

I called today June 10.. Talked to Nina with her continued apologies.. I told her I had someone else repair the gutter .. I will NEVER… ever recommend Clarksville Gutter to anyone.. Unreliable..

They did a great job replacing the gutters and repairing damages to the house. They were efficient and professional. Mathew always took time to answer my questions, even when I may have been a bit annoying. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.

They rebuilt a chimney and resided it. Also repaired and put screens on all my gutters.
Was impressed with quality of work and professional manner everything was done.
They left all the areas clean and neat and informed me when work was more extensive than originally discussed.

Asked for a quote because my gutters fell due to high winds. Had the insurance company come out and started looking for a company immediately. Clarksville Gutters came and Matthew text me a quote. It was a very nice quote, so I asked how much for gutter guards. I got no response for 2 days, when he already had the measurements… it was just simple math! Matthew then text that he will send me the quote after being reminded again, that was on March 3rd. I did not hear from him again until March 23rd. NO THANK YOU! Job was already completed by professionals. I went with the other company even at the higher quote, because of their willingness to do the job and great customer service!!!!

Called for quote on Friday, had the visit & estimate by the following Wednesday, with work beginning shortly thereafter. We have moisture issues under our House. They've addressed the issue, routing water away from the courtyard. There's 2 buildings with special accommodations, all for $1,300!

Did a good job on our gutters, they even helped us out after the job was done to fix my mistake.

They cleaned did a excellent job , they honor their warranty, Today 02/29/24 clarksville gutter still honors their warranty even with new owner ship, very good company, cleaned out my gutters, removed some leaf guards and went above the call of duty and removed every stick/branch off my roof. excellent co.

Took them a while but they did show up. 15 minutes later my front gutter was fixed. Mom is happy so everyone is happy.

Needed gutters for my horse barn to prevent the run off from coming inside my barn. The guys showed up and had the work done so quickly! I ended up with a custom look and it took care of my inside flooding issues! I highly recommend them for all your needs!

Got an estimate for total gutter replacement/upgrade on house in April, I approved the proposal in May & was told it’d be done in 4-6 wks. Finally installed in Oct, but they did a great job when they did finally show up and have been responsive to follow up matters

They replaced my gutters 3 years ago last week very poor experience all around would never recommend them to anyone. Today I paid to have my gutters redone completely again, this company could not believe the poor job that Clarksville gutter has done at my home. They said the last week has been jobs done by Clarksville gutter they had to fix or completely redo them all.
Would love my money back!

I gave this company multiple chances. We had them subcontracted to do our gutter replacement and guards a year ago. The crew came out unprepared and attempted to do a cleaning on the existing and call it a day. Then when they came back out to actually replace gutters, they put up gutters with no downspouts, not attached, and poorly made. Owner Matt came out himself and revised the work. Fast forward a year later-call in June to schedule a cleaning. Was quoted 125$ since we had their product already and it would be late July when they got to us unless they were in our neighborhood. I kid you not, the next day they drive right by our house but we didn’t get our gutters done until almost September. Again, poorly done. They only did the front of the house. Not the side, not the back. Called and complained- no return call. Called again and Was told Matt himself would come by. Never happened. Finally this past week being the last week of sept, I received a call from Matt that he sent two guys out. They did well enough but when Nina called, I let her know that I was displeased with our service and found it unfair to be charged the 125$. She laughed and made a comment about his nice it would be if no one had to pay bills.. so today o get my bill in the mail.. I did get a 100$ discount for the issue so it should have been 25$ right? Nope. 175 orig charge so apparently they charged me an extra 50$ to come out and do the job right the second time.. so I really only got 50$ off for all the issues over a year that I’ve dealt with. Save your money, your time, and a massive headache and find another place that will value all the above.

Called for estimate on replacement gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. Showed up on time and received estimate quickly. They worked around our busy schedule...installation day was set, they showed up and got to work. We are very pleased. They were professional, efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. You'd never know they were here accept for the beautiful new gutters!! Thank you!

This is not the first time I reached out to this company. They installed gutters at my previous house. Which they did a good job. When I needed them to do something else, they failed. I had an appointment and no one ever showed up. Years later at my new residence, I needed gutter guards installed. They said they would come out the following week to do measurements and give me an estimate. I get a text today telling me how much it’s going to cost. The price was reasonable. I have security cameras and my family member was outside when he claimed he came to my house. I checked my camera footage and called home to see if they actually came. Of course not. I texted back and asked when were they actually at my house. He replied he just left 20 minutes ago. I then told him I think he went to the wrong house because he certainly didn’t go to mine. He then used an excuse which was so awful to use because he lied. He said because of covid 19 he didn’t do face to face. He got the measurements and drove off. I understand about social distancing because I do it myself, but don’t lie to me that you came to my house when you did not. He then sent me a picture of his writing on his notepad that had my measurements. He said he had parked by my trees on the street and did a satellite image with his camera. My security camera covers the area he was talking about. He wasn’t there. He then texted me the picture of my house. It was a google map picture of my house. The picture had a truck that we got rid of 4 years ago. He must of thought I was fool. I told him that the company should not lie and tell customers they’re coming to get measurements and in reality they are using google maps. If they would of told me that from the beginning then I wouldn’t be on here writing a review. That’s bad business..plus they lied. I wonder how many people they did this to that had no idea. I will take my money somewhere else. When I told him how old that picture was and where he got it from he stopped responding to my text. When a company tells a potential customer that they will come by to take a look at your residents/ whatever you need them to do, any normal person would think that they are actually coming, getting out the vehicle, walk around the property, etc....not going online, typing in the address and using that to charge their customers. Google maps photos are apparently not updated. You could be giving your customers wrong prices based upon an old google map image.

The gentleman who is in the office, I believe the owner, is very kind and most certainly understanding. I honestly haven't done business with them directly but in the event I would need the type of service they provide I would feel 100% comfortable and confident in doing so. I had issues with my car and was stranded with two children. He didn't have my car towed but in fact pulled it to the side until I could get help to come get it. You do not find many people like him these days. Thank you so much.

I called just before 8am this morning Oct 28 and they said they would be out today.I am sure they are very busy with the storm we just had So when 1130am rolled around and I hadn’t heard from anyone I called and ask if they could give me a time frame. The gentleman on the phone said I would be next and they would be there in about 30-45 minutes. Around 330pm I still hadn’t heard from anyone so I had to call back and cancel. I understand they were probably busy but a phone call would have been nice so I didn’t wast my entire day sitting at home waiting on them. Better customer service needed.

Update: as soon as this company saw that I was upset over a repair, the owner actually called me and took care of it that very same day.

Repair request months ago..... continued messages. No response.

Horrible company. Paid for a gutter replacement. The workers showed up to do a gutter cleaning. Shoddy work and the workers left with the job unfinished. Downspouts were not connected or fixed in place. In one place they removed a gutter and downspout and only replaced the gutter. Garbage was left all around my house. When the workers finally returned to rectify the situation, they laughed at the state of their work as if it was some sort of joke or jovial situation. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Called at the end of May to schedule a gutter cleaning and was told they were 2 weeks out so I said that was fine. Fast forward and it's been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them at all to even discuss a date yet, so I went ahead and contacted someone else. Terrible customer service.

They don't show up or call I waited 6 weeks. Never got a call, just left us waiting, called to see what the problem was spoke to a young lady dais she would check and never called back. I found this to be very unprofessional. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Waited 6 weeks for nothing.

I recently made an appointment for them to come out today , wasn’t given a time which is fine but i requested they come as soon as possible because my gutters were causing me problems. The person i spoke with reassured me that the would be out today to complete the gutter cleanse. I called several times until i finally got some one who said that they were backed up and wouldn’t be able to come out for another week and a half to two weeks . It’s very frustrating because you should be honest and not lie about your availability or at least give a call. I would not recommend this company , due to their unprofessionalism .

They were hired to replace our gutters from a friend of ours, when they came to our house I had mentioned that I wanted the gutter guard, they installed them with no problems!!! Prices were reasonable and they were very professional!!!

Clarksville gutter has been around for a few years I'll stop by there to see the manager and the customer service rep there showed great customer service skills and listen why explain the reason why I was there

Once they get their money, you are no longer their problem. The gutters may go up fast and look decent, but if you have anything wrong and need them to come out don't hold your breath.

I have two parts that overflow in heavy rain. I called them a month ago and then again two weeks ago. They never showed up despite claiming that they would.

Go with a franchised company like Servall. That way they have to come when you call them. Neither me nor my family will use this company again.

EDIT: (03/26/19) I HAD TO CALL SERVALL BECAUSE CLARKSVILLE GUTTER NEVER SHOWED UP. Servall had to add more hangers to the gutters because they said that Clarksville Gutter installed them improperly.

Read their reply to this review. Not only did they lie about ever coming out to inspect the gutters when we complained, but they are also calling Servall liars for reporting that Clarksville Gutter did a shoddy job. I have the bill from Servall saying that you installed the gutters improperly. We haven't even had the gutter for a year so how can you have "adjusted them a year ago." Your company is disgusting.

The professionals at Clarksville Gutters did a beautiful job on installing the gutters on our home. They were very helpful in assisting to select the proper color of gutters. They took the old gutters down and installed soffits covering in one day and installed the new gutters on another day. They cleaned up the debris. They were competent to the extent that I felt comfortable to leave to go attend to errands. The work speaks for itself.

I contacted Clarksville Gutters reference lose Gutters on my home and they had someone out the same day and fixed the problem. Matthew was knowledgeable and very professional. I had contacted several other company's to include the the company that installed the gutter and the builder with no results not even a return phone call.

Outstanding service and I'll highly recommend their 5 Star Service. I also believe the company is Veteran owned. Again, Outstanding Service.

We are very pleased with the service, price and quality of installation of our new gutters. Matt (the owner) came out to measure and answer all of my questions. Worked with our schedule to accommodate our dogs. The installers were very professional, speedy, respectful of our items and did not leave a mess when they were finished. I know some have given Clarksville Gutter poor reviews and while I can not account for their experience, I can tell you that my experience was great. Yesterday, Matt (the owner) came out to my house an exceeded my expectations. He not only repaired my gutter, he cleaned and leveled everything out to make sure the gutter was draining properly. He also checked the back of the house to make sure the gutters were installed correctly. I paid $75.00 for the service and I'm very happy. I feel like I got my monies worth. Matt is also a nice guy, entertaining all of my first-time home owner questions, most unrelated to gutters. I usually do not participate in google reviews but since he did such a great job, I had to offer a 5 stars! Thank you, Clarksville Gutter. I am one satisfied customer!

About a month ago I called to set up a gutter repair. Gave my name and address and was told someone would be out next week. One month later, not the next week, a guy calls to say he’ll be at my house in 10 minutes for a gutter cleaning. I told him don’t even bother I’ll find someone else. I would not reccomend this company to anyone who wants timely service or good communication.

GUTTER NINJAS! The team from Clarksville Gutter installed new gutters and downspouts on my house in 2 hrs. Not a shred of trash left behind! They were curteous and extremely professional. The office staff is just as pleasant to deal with.I highly recommend them!

Recently had them replace my worn out gutters with new royal brown ones. The owner and myself were very busy at the time but were able to communicate everything from the quote to the contract agreement, installation and payment through text and calls. Did not have to be at home for them to fix my gutters, plus they were very reasonable on price. Would recommend to anyone.

I had these guys come out to add a couple of downspouts my builder neglected to have installed on my new home. They gave me a fantastic price, great service, and they even came back to adjust it without even batting an eye. Excellent service after the sale, and very professional. I had gutter guards placed on my home, and the work and customer service was great. Matthew in the office is who I interacted with throughout the process. He was quick to answer all of my questions along with scheduling everything within my desired timeline. On top of that, I have a lifetime guarantee on the product and debris from entering my gutters. If it happens I just call and they take care of it. This was the main selling point for me along with their longevity and experience in the area. I was having drainage problems that was causing settling under my sidewalk and step next to my porch. Matt came out to take a look at my problem and suggested I change the way my gutters drain to get the water out of the yard. The guys installed 6" gutters and eliminated 3 downspouts that drained into the yard. They changed the location where the water drains onto the concrete driveway and not into the yard. The 6" gutter looks better than the 4" gutter because I have a high roof line. Thanks to Clarksville Gutter I hope this will stop the problem I've had. Thanks to Matt and the Guys for their great job!

We've been dealing with Clarksville Gutter for years; great company, very easy to work with & their work is top notch.

So I have an issue, I had put in a request to have my gutters cleaned back in July and no one came out until September 13th! If you have to get authorization from the owners than it would have been nice to have been contacted to let me know that you have to go through these procedures so that way it doesn’t seem like I got blown off. My biggest beef is the fact that your workers came out and didn’t clean all the gutters and left a mess in front of my house. I write this review later because I didn’t think that leaving a mess was a big deal to leave a review but then once we got on the roof and noticed that the back gutters were never touched that’s when I decided to leave this review and it’s very frustrating because I shouldn’t have to supervise them to make sure they do their job. In the future the rental companies and worker companies need to communicate better with their customers. The rental company said your company would contact me to make an appt but it never happened. One of the good reasons to communicate is because I have a dog and if we would not have been home you probably wouldn’t have been able to do the job.

Owners and workers are very down to earth, professional , as well as kind. Excellent work and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!!

Got referred to Clarksville Gutter by a roofing company. I was put on their standby list because it would be a few weeks before they could put me on the schedule. I never heard back from them after that and ended up hiring a different company. After 2 weeks Clarksville Gutter showed up while my wife and I were out of town and cleaned the gutters. While them coming while we were out of town wasn't an issue, we just had not heard anything back from them. And also cancelling the appointment I had with another company. Again not a huge issue. But I did have an issue with the amount of debris that was left in my driveway from the cleaning. Other than that the job seemed to have been done well.

Came out on-time as promised, and repaired needed areas and cleaned gutters quickly. Nice job! Will use Clarksville Gutters in the future.

We were on the schedule then off the schedule and then on and off again... We called three times to set up appointments. The first time I called and left a message, I never got a call back so I called again middle of the next week and they said I was already on the list that they got my message. No one ever called or showed up. I called one more time the beginning of this week. They said that we weren't on the schedule and they'd put us on and would call us and be out this week. It's Friday now and we still haven't heard anything at all. I'm calling someone else.

We had our first heavy rain since we had Clarksville Gutters install new, larger gutters with debris screen. The installation was fast and clean, which made me optimistic about the quality, but this was the real test.

My weather station says the highest rain rate during the storms Thursday was 4.68 inches per hour, and we got 2.89 inches for the day. NO EVIDENCE of clogging or overflow in the new gutters. The old gutters would have had several waterfalls, digging holes in the ground around the foundation. I didn't see any overflow, anywhere, but plenty of fast, heavy flow out of the downspouts. NICE! That's the way it's supposed to work!

Clarksville Gutter installed new gutters on my home in 2012. Was told that if I had the fine mesh guards installed that they had a life time no clog warranty. If they did clog, Clarksville gutter would clean them at no charge.
4 years latter they did clog. Called Matthew at C.G. told him about the problem. Within a week my gutters were cleaned out and running smooth!! Thank you for standing behind your product.

This is the only company I would use for gutters. Have had them install on two different homes and they were great. They don't act like a fly by night company. They show up, do the job, clean up and leave. Very professional and very good communications. They showed up the time that they said they would and completed the job in their estimated time. Overall a super company.

Our 1924 Craftsman home in Hopkinsville, KY was desperately in need of new gutters. I received estimates from at least six different gutter installer in the area and hands down Clarksville Gutter provided the most detailed estimate, the fairest price, and was able to work with me as the customer to get me the gutter system I wanted for my home. The office was quick to provide me a digital work estimate for the job. Work was executed promptly and the communication between me and the manager throughout the job was great. At the end of each work day I was emailed pictures of the work that had been done so far. The company did not even hint at asking for payment until I was satisfied wight he work that had been performed. This is a great company with regard to customer service, workmanship, and pricing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and refer them to a fried any day.
