We have a split-level home with several complex valleys and an aging roof that has seen too many patches. The roof replacement included removing everything, replacing underlayment, and redoing the complex valley sections with double-layer protection. They upgraded us to asphalt shingles, installed ridge vents for airflow, and added new flashing around our skylights and chimney. One valley was rebuilt entirely due to rotting deck boards underneath. The roof is clean and strong, and the drains are proper. It was a big job with many angles, but they ensured nothing was rushed. Glad we did it right.

Mark and the team removed the entire roof, rebuilt the chimney flashing from scratch, and replaced the old tiles with new concrete ones. They adjusted the slope on one side of the gable that used to puddle during storms and reworked the underlayment to redirect water. They also added extra ventilation through the ridge to help with summer heat.

What stood out was how they handled the little things, like protecting our rose bushes near the scaffolding and walking us through every decision before moving ahead. The roof looks incredible and feels like a real fix, not just a patch. We finally feel confident in our roof.
