I had a run in with three of the employees of this company on 9/14/22 in Hagerstown Md at the Mall. They were in a Clark Contractors company vehicle and they ran a stop sign so I had to slam on my brakes to make sure they wouldn’t hit me and my daughter. I beeped my horn at them and they just laughed at us and drove off. We both ended up parking and I saw them walking up the lot and I confronted them about running the stop sign and cutting us off. They were still laughing. The one guy apologized and said I wasn’t driving, but he remained laughing. The drivers excuse was it was an accident and people make mistakes, but never apologized, and he walked on then turned around and said “I’m sure you all are Biden Supporters too!” Was this comment said because my daughter is of mixed race or because we confronted them? I feel it was a racial comment! It doesn’t matter who voted for who, these gentlemen are a very bad representation of Clark Contractors. I called the company and have yet to get a response from the owner. I surely hope he doesn’t share the views of these men in the type of business he’s in. But maybe he does, no phone call, no apology!
