Had a leak coming into the house from the recent weather, CJ quickly identified the issue, and had it fixed in no time, will definitely be my go to for any further house issues.

I live in Iowa but have property in Racine, Wi and we needed work done immediately, I did a google search and C. J. Maintenance came up. He closes at 4pm and it was 3:49. He answered his phone (rare now a days). He went to my house the next day at 10am and by 12pm had our issue taken care of. He was professional and very kind. We will use his services again in the future. Payment was easy and secure too, very convenient when living far away. We feel a sense of comfort knowing we have a “go to” person that we can rely on and trust. Highly recommend him.

I want to take this opportunity to thanks Mr. Calvin as he did an excellent job on my property. We were thinking of changing the sunroom security door, since different contractors suggested that it was beyond repair.
Mr. Calvin was able to fix it up and make it look like new, plus the rest of the repairs that he did on the property. Once again thank you and keep up the good work.
