I contacted City Window to remove and then replace a deck upon my home. It was a small residential project, and I was worried that it would be be difficult to find a company to complete it for me. Upon initially meeting with City Window's representative, I found him professional and knowledgeable. We discussed the deck, and then at my request, he also provided suggestions and ideas upon other areas of my home As for the final product that is my deck, it is excellent. The work is of high quality, and it looks great. While it took a few weeks to square away the details and obtain an estimate, once the work began, City Window completed the job in three (3) days. As well, they cleaned up the work area every evening. I am not sure I could have asked for better. I want to thank everyone at City Window for being so kind, responsive, and professional. I always worry about finding contractors given some of the horror stories I have read and heard, but that was in no way an issue with this company. There is no question I will be seeking City Window's help again on future projects. City Window, if you are reading this - thank you and well done!
