This was our first experience with Over the Top Heating and Air Conditioning. Aaron was very knowledgeable and personable. Along with the routine maintenance of our heat pump Aaron resolved an issue with the furnace filter. I would highly recommend the services of this company that lives up to their name.

We had the pleasure of working with Jeff for our Heating and Cooling maintenance. We just recently moved into the home (first time home buyers) and didn't know what to expect, not only from him but also from the system installed in our home. Jeff did a thorough inspection of both our A/C unit and our Heating unit and explained all the details in words a normal human could understand. He explained the type of air filters we should use, the reasoning why our A/c wasn't reaching out top floor and answered any questions we had. He completely put us at ease. I have never felt more comfortable and at home with someone providing me with a service like this. He was kind, on time, understanding and not pushy like most service providers. He has found long time customers in us, and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for great customer service and knowledge.

I am having HVAC issues and I used this company before when my heat wouldn’t shut off. They’re a wonderful company to work with! Incredibly professional. Communication is amazing, arrives right on time. I moved to a mfg home that was just a party house before and never taken care of but from domestic violence so it’s safe yet needs a lot of work. Jeff and Aaron did a great job explaining my options when they discovered the wall my new heat register was to be installed in had studs literally 5 inches apart.

Aaron did exactly what we needed him to do. He is respectful of our home, kind to our dogs and careful. He came out quickly and finished quickly, we are very happy and will definitely use his services again.

Over The Top Heating & Air are top notch. Our furnace was not working and Aaron found time to squeeze us in very fast. When he called to get the information he walked me through a few diagnostics. It turned out that our thermostat had reset and a setting was off. He was able to help us get that setting right and got our heat back on. All over the phone. Man I wish I could give Over the top more then 5 stars, the company name is the best fitting name for this company. If your in need make sure to use this company as they will make sure the service you receive is honest, fast and over the top. They were at my house very fast in the middle of an ice storm and fixed a problem that many other companies would have used to sell me something in my time of need. Very honest, friendly and punctual.
10/10 recommended and will be using from now on for any hvac needs.

Great experience with Jeff servicing my propane fireplace. He was prompt, even a little early which is great. Very professional and did a wonderful job at a good price. He even answered questions, some unrelated to the exact work being done, without any issue. Look forward to working with them again! It's even better that it is a local company rather than one of the large conglomerates so customer service is still a true focus.

I was literally having a heating emergency. My furnace wouldn’t shut off and I reached out to Over The Top and they sent someone out. Had to re-wire everything due to previous people who lived here. My house was 95° when we got home & heat would not shut off, even though I had shut the system off before leaving for work. Over The Top Heating went above & beyond to come and help me! Absolutely professional, very affordable. They came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Arrived right on time. I like that there was a text message telling me who was arriving and that they were on route. Very professional, serviced the unit - very reasonable price! Now I am all set for the winter!
