Worked with Bobbi this year to set up insurance for my guiding service for the first time. She was amazing and very patient with a first timer and all my questions. She brokered a great policy and I'm going into the season with considerably more peace of mind than I'd otherwise have without a great policy. I recommend Cheney without reservation to others who are considering insuring their business services.

Cheney Insurance provides excellent customer service! For the 11 years I've been with them, I have always appreciated how easy it is to communicate with them and get answers about my policies. But this year, they really were watching out for me. When my mortgage company failed to pay my homeowners insurance premium in a timely fashion, they first contacted the mortgage company to get payment, but also reached out to me so that I would be able to pay if the mortgage company didn't make it in time. Their customer service saved me from possibly having my policy dropped due to lack of payment. THANK YOU!

We needed to add a new vehicle to our policy recently. In a five minute phone call they were able to add the new coverage, update our policy, remove another car, fax insurance proof to our town office, and mail us a hard copy. Who could ask for anything better?!
