Charlie recently completed several projects at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome provided. He came to my home initially to look at the various projects, took measurements and also discussed different options for a few of them. He provided a well detailed estimate for me to review prior to the start of the work. Charlie is very personable, reliable and great with follow through. Charlie did a fantastic job on our window and trim installation. We found ourselves in a difficult spot after a different installer failed badly, leaving the windows half done and, the part that was complete, in need of fixing. Charlie came in with a positive outlook, unruffled by the state of affairs, and took on the project in a timely and affordable manner. He showed great attention to detail, terrific communication, and, as a bonus, is just a great guy to have in your home. We already have him lined up for other house projects. Thank you, Charlie!!

Charlie took out and put in a brand new fan in our bathroom. It was difficult because it was right under where the roof slops and it was a difficult area to get to. The old fan was so old it was difficult to find one to fit where the old one had been. Charlie did a wonderful job and this fan is nice and quiet and works. I will use Charlie again. Thanks.

I hired Charlie Checklist to do some siding repairs and add a gated opening to an existing fence. Both jobs were completed masterfully. The gate is particularly impressive because the fence isn’t level, and yet his angles were so spot on that the gate looks perfectly level and works smooth as butter. Charlie was extremely easy to work with as well. Great communication, clear invoices, and honest as the day is long. I can’t say enough good things! Hire Charlie Checklist - you won’t regret it.

I have so many projects that needed to be done around my home and not sure who to call and who to trust. My fence needed mending - did not receive any call backs from the fence companies I contacted - but reached out to Charlie who fixed it in no time . Would highly recommend his service and craftsmanship.
