Charlie Checklist

Charlie took out and put in a brand new fan in our bathroom. It was difficult because it was right under where the roof slops and it was a difficult area to get to. The old fan was so old it was difficult to find one to fit where the old one had been. Charlie did a wonderful job and this fan is nice and quiet and works. I will use Charlie again. Thanks.

I hired Charlie Checklist to do some siding repairs and add a gated opening to an existing fence. Both jobs were completed masterfully. The gate is particularly impressive because the fence isn’t level, and yet his angles were so spot on that the gate looks perfectly level and works smooth as butter.
