Don’t post reviews often but when a company stands out as this one has its important to support that business. After storm damage to my roof Cervices offered me the best price compared to every other company contacted when getting estimates. Not only did they give me the most reasonable price as a single working parent but their communication and time frame for job completion was perfect. Fast forward to now, 1 year after my roof was installed, and the quality of the product and job done still looks amazing…..and strong:) You guys are great, and thank you for your help with a very costly house repair that could have cost me much more!

I’m glad we chose this company. Shawn was great and went above and beyond on our project! Their work and your satisfaction is clearly their number one priority. Their prices are very reasonable too.

We used this business in September and they did an amazing job replacing our roof. From the initial quote, to the scheduling of the date, picking out the color of the roof and cleanup you could not ask for a better company to work with! Super friendly, fast process, and very helpful with questions and any opportunities. If you need help financing your process they have someone they can recommend to ease the budget process too.

I do not recommend Cervices to do any work for you. There are multiple reasons why. They do not communicate when they’re coming out. They also do not follow up, and clean up the job site. They have no consideration of your property. The owners when you try to talk to them, you just cannot. Whatever the reason is, they are right no matter what.
They have been to my house at least 15 times to correct their mistakes, as we had to chase them down after they cash that check.

On my friends recommendation, I called Cervices out to check my roof. They scheduled to come out the next day. Mitchell called ahead of the appointment and arrived on time. He was friendly and extremely helpful. It took 30 minutes tops for him to check things out. He told me my roof looked good and had a lot of life remaining. Mitchell gave me some advice that will save me some money. I wasn't charged a penny. I really appreciate the help Mitchell.

Called on a Monday morning letting them know I had a couple worries with my roof/chimney. A+ communication. Mitch was out within a few hours. Very professional and knowledgeable guy. If any issues arise in the future we will call Cervices.

Really bad communication and customer service! Especially, when they are wrong and Cervices has to come back to your house multiple times! The manufacturer of the product had to come to my home to show this company that they installed all the siding incorrectly. It had to be torn down and replaced. WOW my house gets to go under construction again! Then they get to come over multiple times then we wait and sit. They ordered the wrong corner post, so they leave their siding on our grass for weeks as it kills our grass. That our guest got to enjoy during our Fourth of July party. Did we get a phone call with any updates ? No, no no!
What a nightmare it is still not corrected. It does not look good in some places it looks very odd disconnected, bubbling up, etc. We will be going on two years of this with Cervices.

We had another fantastic experience with Cervices Roofing. They came out the same day we called to fly a drone around our home, checking for roof damage from a fallen tree that crushed the top of our deck. I thought it had hit our house, but luckily, Mitch didn’t see any damage to the roof or gutters. He even showed me his neat drone camera in action.

Laura was great to talk to on the phone as well. We’ve told at least three people needing their services this week to contact Cervices because they provide the best roofing services every time we've worked with them.

Great company! From the start with the great sales guy to the friendly and personable crew, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my siding job! If you want a company that is on time, completes the job, and is open with communication - this is the company you want!

I love my new roof and gutters. Cervices did a great job. They kept the insurance claim process as simple as possible for me. It took two days to get the old roof off and the new roof on, and another day to install the gutters. Their workers worked HARD in sunny 90-degree weather! My friends have all been very complimentary of the roof. And with the new gutters, the rain drains properly now, and doesn't overflow into my flowerbeds anymore. Hooray! Thank you, Cervices!

Mitch, Jairo and crew were amazing. They’ve done multiple jobs for me now including chimney and roof work, gutters and Hardie board siding. This was a very big job that had to be coordinated with several other contractors, and everything was seamless.

Cervices did a great job repairing the roof on my sunroom. They advised me that it was not covered properly when first constructed, which was causing the room to leak. They were also super competitive on price. I would recommend them if you are looking for an honest, professional roofer.

Cervices’ Mitch Wessel was a pleasure to work with; soft spoken, punctual, and kept me informed. He had a good eye in looking over the house and wrote an accurate and detailed quote.
Christian was a master technician with the brake(device that bends and forms metal to cover exterior trim), and his crew was in sync as a team. They replaced rotten exterior wood and covered with aluminum and vinyl siding. Had new larger size gutters and downspouts installed along with new metal porch post. Did a good job cleaning up. Only minor gripe was some nails. So I pulled out my magnet sweep and rolled around each evening after they departed. To me, was a small thing when looking at the quality of their work—looks fantastic. What a load off my mind, to finally have a maintenance free exterior to my home.

Cervices was recommended by my neighbor. They were price competitive and did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They did it all in 1 day and cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend!

Cervices really does see (c) service differently!!

The Cervices, LLC Roofing company was professional, courteous and responsive from start to finish. Mitch Wessel responded immediately when I requested a roof estimate for potential damage when other roofing companies were too busy to even do an estimate. He expertly guided me through the insurance claim process and the roof installation crew did a superb job and were hard workers. Afterwards, the clean up process was promptly finished without any issues.

I had them replace my roof oct . of 2022 and was happy with the job they did until I had to get in my attic last week . I did not know that they didn't hook up the exhaust fan until they pointed it out but that's not the issue .I noticed that they had just cut the wires and left live wires hanging down . I accidentally touched the wire and it sparked . I called them thinking they would want to rectify the problem but no that's not the case . I have had to get an attorney involved .

Cervices quickly answered our request for an estimate on what we thought was minor wind damage to our roof. They were willing to take on the repair of replacing the missing shingles. After talking with Josh we decided to file a claim with our insurance. Josh even came out to meet with the insurance adjuster. It was declared that we had weather damage to the entire roof. So, within a couple of weeks we had a beautiful new roof on our house. Josh was so helpful throughout the whole process. We would recommend and use Cervices again.

Brandon was easy to work with, especially considering I had not only a roof that needed replacing, but was having trouble with a dormer from a previous replacement window installation. He kept me informed every step of the way. They did an excellent job on the roof and the window dormer looks better than it did originally! Clean up was also better than I was expecting from a re-roofing job. Brandon helped me make sure that the siding was the correct color and that we had a good color option for the roof. It was wonderful to be able to reach him directly or if I called the office, anyone that answered was always so polite and made sure that my need was addressed. I would definitely work with this company again and wish I had called them much sooner for my dormer situation. I could’ve saved much time, headaches, money, and not had a leak in my dining room all this time!

Excellent customer service! Cervices was able to schedule a visit within a couple days of contacting them. Josh called me twice on the day of his visit to communicate what time he would arrive. He was very professional and friendly. Upon arriving, Josh quickly assessed the issue,. Luckily my roof leak was caused by deteriorated caulking on a vent pipe. He removed the old caulk and added new and said he would not charge me for the visit since they replaced our roof 5 years ago.

Brandon and his team were referred to us through our neighborhood association and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the services they delivered. When we purchased our house it had a solid, but older detached 2 car garage with wood siding and small areas that had been affected by termite damage. They were able to strenthen the interior frame, add new plywood all around, apply moisture wrap, vinyl siding, soffits and new gutters/downspouts. In addition to adding gutter guard around our shed, garage and house, they also updated the gutters/downspouts on the front of our home to disconnect from the legacy sewer drains. Needless to say they have taken care of all our needs that were within their qualifications. We greatly appreciate everything and will refer them as often as we are able.

Austin Morris cares about his customers. An unexpected roof replacement could have been a terrible situation. His professionalism, and follow up never left me second guessing. We had some small damage in our roof which was hard to repair due to a double layer of shingles (bad work from 10 years ago, previous owner and company). Austin Morris helped us and guided us through the whole process explaining every detail and making sure we understood everything. He worked with our insurance company and provided all the information and "fought" for us so we could get our whole roof replaced. The process was easy going and on time. We had our entire roof replaced in 2 days with a very hard working crew. As expected in any large project, there was a lot of debris but the crew cleaned up pretty well. During our walk through, Austin made sure everything was fine and was very considerate with any potential issue and made sure we were taken care off. 100% recommended

Called Cervices roofing, and Austin came out the same day. Explained to me the whole process of roof replacement. Showed me samples of different shingles. Even narrowed it down to the three best colors that would look the best on the house, garage, and carport. So I went with the Black Onyx. Roof looks super fresh. Very satisfied with the professionalism Austin displayed and the crew that installed the roof.

Terry came to my house & he was a great guy! He approached the appointment like we have known each other for years. He was direct, honest, no frills or fluffy talk (which I truely appreciate!). Working with Cervices for a new roof was a better experience than we could have ever expected! We worked with Mitch, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After our insurance company (of several decades) only offered us a few hundred dollars for replacement, Mitch worked tenaciously with them to, in the end, have the insurance co. pay for the entire roof replacement. Had a very good experience with CERVICES they came out took the roof off in a day, cleaned up, and replaced the roof in a day after they finished you couldn't even tell they had been to the house. Our rep Austin took great care of us he spoke with our insurance company and made everything go smoothly I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

We had problems with squirrels getting into the Soffit and into our attic. They came out, came up with a solution for repairs, made them and the squirrels have had to find another residence. Austin and the office were great to deal with. Hope we don't need them again but would definitely use them again on other projects. Fair price for work done. Cleaned up well. One of the best experiences we've had with a contractor we called out of the blue (they had good reviews and well-deserved)

I just had a roof installed by Cervices. Austin was the first person I had out to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining exactly what he was recommending for installation and why. After getting other estimates and opinions, I ultimately chose Cervices. The OC Oakridge roof looks great and I'm excited to see what the ridge venting does to my electric bill, as my attic was poorly vented. Austin even sent me pictures of the rotten and split boards in my roof that needed replacing so that I could rest assured that the expense was justified. I like the warranty, although I hope to never need it.

My roof installation did get postponed a day due to weather delays, which I expected given the forecast. I was a little frustrated I had to call to find out rather than being told earlier. I also thought Austin followed up on the estimate a little too soon considering I was clear that we was the first if multiple estimates I would be getting over the coming weeks. However, I don't think either of those minor gripes are worth taking away a full star. I would definitely recommend Cervices to my family and friends in the future.

I needed a gutter put on a metal carport. The carport didn’t have the typical fascia board to mount the gutter to. We came up with metal supports added between the framing. The crew installed the gutter using self-tapping metal screws. I had a small, out of the norm project and Cervices was there to help me out. Thanks to Mitch and the crew.

They did such a great job. Austin, our estimator, really went above and beyond. When the install team was tearing out the gutters for the replacement, they found some serious wood damage. Austin actually drove to our house to explain everything. I thought that was such an amazing customer service touch. I also loved that if we changed our minds on a suggestion he had, that we could call them at anytime to come out and they’d make it happen. I’m so happy with the gutters, the crew, but especially Austin.

Cervices went beyond our expectations. Although we had to wait for the gutters to be installed (rain delays) it was well worth it. They came out in a driving rain with thunder, to do the final tweaks. Thank you very much

What a great experience! Got new roof and gutter guards due to hail damage. Cervices llc handled everything very promptly and even met with my insurance adjuster! Install was quick and looks great. My mother has used this company as well for her home and many rental properties for roof gutters and siding and is extremely pleased with their work.

Worked with Jordan and everything was great. He was very professional and informative in his sales pitch and we were given a very fair price for our roof replacement. When they came to replace the roof we were notified a day ahead of time and they showed up when they said and knocked the entire roof and cleanup out in 2 days. Even working in non-favorable weather. I would recommend Cervices for anyone looking to have any kind of roof work done. You’ll be treated well and won’t be given any false information or promises.
