I have had Tim and his crew complete several jobs for me from remodeling to fencing. They are very good at what they do, professional and give their 100% every job. Tim, the owner is always open to my ideas and bids them fairly.

I have an older RV I had just bought and wanted some modifications done to my overcab. Tim said to drive to his office so he could give me a quote. Right away I knew that Tim knew his stuff. On the morning they did the work, Tim explained to his 2 workers exactly what to do and how to do it. The 2 workers were excellent. They did an even better job than I had hoped for. I can highly recommend Central Valley Property for any modifications or repairs you may need for your home.

They always come through in the clutch. Very knowledgeable and experienced in just about everything imaginable. They show up and get the job done.

Moved to Ellensburg and found Tim from CWPR when looking to expand my back patio, electrical work for wiring in my hot tub, and plan out of adding a lean-to to cover the hot tub for year-round use. Very professional and high-quality work.

The cement work was amazing as the existing pad was the aggregate cement (cement gravel exposed) and they matched it perfectly to the existing pad. It looks like the existing and new pad were poured at the same time and installed. When the original was installed over 14 years ago.

Tim and his crew will be my go-to for any/all projects I am planning now and in the future. His work, quality, and expertise are clearly shown in what he delivers to his customers. Will recommend him to anyone and everyone I can.

First of all the owner of the company, Tim, actually answered the phone on the second ring instead of it, going to voicemail, or an answering service of some sort. I had sold my house and had some requirements on it by the buyer so I needed to get them done immediately because I was leaving town. He came out the next day with his crew and told me he would be there the following week on Tuesday he showed up promptly on time finished all the repairs. Tim and his crew supported a main support beam underneath my house, and a 2 foot crawlspace that had slipped. He wrapped insulation on pipes in the crawlspace. We’re not insulated and repaired plumbing in one of the rental units I could not be more satisfied and I have owned rental property for 45 years so I have dealt with all types of contractors. I needed fence posts fixed that had rotted off, at my new home. I contacted several companies (at least 4 others). 2 came to bid, then never contacted me and 2 did not even return a call.
CWPR not only returned, the call but the got me a quote, and then made quick work of the job. The crew was amazing. Professional, thorough, and made sure to do the fence in such a manner that when they had to return the next business day, they made sure my dogs did not escape. Everything was explained to me. They cleaned up behind themselves so well that if the fence was not fixed then I would not know they were there. Highly recommend Tim and his crews. They made the experience great and gave me a beautiful and better than ever fence, for a great quality price!!

Tim and his team are the best. I have had Tim and his team work on multiple projects in, and on my house, from adding walls and interior doors to wiring in a mini split and a generator plug and other electrical work. His team even resided in and painted my house. I will always go to him and his team to work on my projects. He is efficient, cost-effective, and knowledgeable. I promise this is the right team for you!

Well I asked about a couple projects and was told they were to busy for the one and the second that would take no more then 2 hours to do I got no answer. I was not impressed this time around at all. But first time Tim was great. But this time some kid emailing wasn't impressive at all. Don't anwswr your local customers is how you wined up with none

We had a piece of our foundation go out underneath the porch, and we didn't know if we were going to have to jack up the whole house or knock down the porch or what. CWPR figured out a way to fix the problem and prevent future problems, and within a budget that did not make us want to cry. Well done, Jacks!

I have used this service for two projects and both times they were very professional and completed the jobs to my satisfaction. Prices are very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend.

CWPR, LLC just finished putting my house back together in 2 weeks, better than it was before the water damage, and without 2 1/2 months of back-and-forth with the adjuster. The whole crew was professional and courteous, notified me when they were coming and when they finished, and clearly communicated any issues and discussed options.

I recently had CWPR come out and complete some work on my house and cabin. Right from the first phone call, they had got my information and had me scheduled for an estimate. I didn't have to wait to get scheduled out and they did their best to fit my busy school/work schedule. I approved their bid and they had someone out to do the work two days later.
I VERY much recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of handyman work. I will be using them for as long as I live in the area and will be sharing my good experience with everyone.

This review isn't based on completed work as we couldn't even get them to complete a requested estimate. Contacted them numerous times to get a quote for a siding install on a home in the valley, but apparently they don't want to do siding or don't care to respond like they say they will. I followed up three times and would get responses like "we will get you an estimate tomorrow, we will email it" or "I'm so sorry I forgot, I'll call you tomorrow with an estimate!" I'm a patient person, but the original request was over a month and a half ago. Anyways, avoid this company at all costs. Complete waste of time!

CWPR recently did some work for me on a home I just moved into. Josh and Robbie were able to get everything done that I had asked for and then some. They worked hard all day and were here a couple hours longer than expected due to some unforeseen complications with my house like a huge wasp nest (which they eliminated safely) and they never complained or said they would not finish. I am very happy with all the work they did which included some modification to my garage and house as well as some tree trimming and door installation. I will definitely call them again for projects I need help with. Tim and Bryon are great to work with and their crew are friendly and professional. Thanks guys!
