Central Roofing

I recently had Central Roofing replace the roof on my warehouse.
Except for the fact that it cost money, it was a pleasant experience. Jamie Isenhart, who did the quote, was responsive, knowledgeable and precise with the quote information. Jamie explained a number of options besides the one I requested and the one I eventually chose and then was a proactive monitor of the rest of the process for me. The crew who actually did the roof, was mindful of the weather and did not expose the sub roof until they were positive the weather would hold and then
performed the needed repairs expertly. They laid the new roof properly and, aside from a weather delay, were exactly on time. The crew also did a good job cleaning up the worksite when the job was complete. I am a happy camper with a great new roof done by Central Roofing.

Efficient, knowlegeable, and great communication and customer service. Also, presented all options so that I could make an informed decision with my budget in mind.

A little pricey but did a professional job. Few days after completion and after a raining day, we discovered a leak and they came the very next morning after calling. I definitely did not expect them to come so fast. I will definitely refer this company to anyone who need a roof job.

Central Roofing did a stellar project here in Santa Fe Springs. This is the second time using on our second building. Project started and completed as originally coordinated.

The worker were here on time and did a great job on time!! I would add photo's but the company did not provide them on the finished of the job!!

Job needed to be completed over the weekend in order for my business to be back up and running on Monday and even though they ran into some unexpected issues they were able to complete it on time. Great communication and customer service

our silicone roof was completed on time and on budget and they went beyond what we asked them to do and what was in our contract. They work very fast and we had a few issues after the first rain and they took care of all of them immediately. I will definitely use Central roofing again on any roofing issues we have. If you are looking for an excellent roofing company look no further. We have had 5-6 different roofers come to fix the corners of our building that were leaking when it rained and after numerous repair attempts they continued to leak. Thankfully I found Central Roofing and Tim came out and found the problem within minutes if not seconds. The workers came out and did a wonderful job, were kind and professional. They also replaced our out of date, super heavy roof hatch with a beautiful light steel one. Resealed all of the corners and repaired and resealed the skylights. I will never use another roofer as long as this company is around. I am grateful for a great price for the work, quick and effective repair and excellent responsiveness. Thank you Central Roofing, you guys are a great, well run company. I highly recommend them to anyone for your roofing needs. It was a pleasure doing business with you all.

Had Building Leaking from the Roof. Within 24 hours Dave came and had a quote. I shopped around multiple different roofers and this was the most competitive pricing and Lead time. Within one month I had my roof completely rebuilt and no More leaks.

I had the privilege of shopping around for a new roof for my company. As usual I asked Google to show me some places in the area that can handle a big industrial sized roof. Many places came back and I inquired about some of them doing an inspection and then giving us a quote on a new roof or repairing the existing roof. This place was the quickest and most diligent roofing company in the entire area! Fast and they kept asking me about the approval of the proposal for repairs. Professional and efficient from quote to project execution. There is a waiting period to get the project started but once it's scheduled, the work was fastidious and smooth. Appreciate that they leave the site clean after project completion. Commendable for future referrals.

After experiencing major leaking in our warehouse roof during last year’s torrential downpour, we contacted Central Roofing to complete a reroofing project for us.

Throughout the process, Mauro Rivas and his crew were responsive, efficient, and professional, providing great customer service and ensuring the project was finished on schedule.

Although we did encounter several leaks in the weeks following the repair, the company was quick to schedule an inspection and assured us that if the repair was not done correctly, the crew would resolve the issue.

Overall, the great communication and rapid response to the mishap made it easy to work with them.

Great experience with Central Roofing. Their team went out of their way to patiently answer a lot of questions till we felt comfortable to proceed. Our building roof was a mess but their onsite team went way above and beyond to do a good job. The finished result was amazing. Kudos to the foreman on sight. Thorough, patient, and easy to communicate with. Would ask for him personally if had to do again. There is absolutely no question whether or not I would recommend this company. We looked at a few other companies and decided to go with Central as they have been around longer and financially looked like a better company. Given the entire experience and seeing the finished results this was hands down the better decision.

Reached out to Central Roofing after purchasing a 13,500 square foot building and realized I had some significant leaks along the walls and around the skylights along with pooling water on some of the roof (due to all the rain late 2022/early 2023). Since I own the building, I wanted a company that A) had a significant warranty AND B) a company that I could trust to be in business later to honor the warranty. Was lucky enough to work with Mauro (production manager of Central Roofing) on the entire project I am feeling great about the work. They did a silicon coating over the existing cap sheet roof and they did a very extensive prep job. They also replaced 6 skylights and changed out two more of the skylights to smoke vents (per OCFA request). They replaced about 8 sheets of heavily damaged plywood as well as prepped the raw plywood so water flow will drain correctly. They also did the small things that matter like replacing the drain scuppers, properly terminating and removing a non operable heat pump, and replacing some outdated/in-operable weather vents and carrying the silicon coating all the way up the cinder brick walls. Job was just completed about a week ago, so time will tell, but I can tell you the experience thus far was well above expectation. Central Roofing and Mauro were .... thorough, prompt, stayed within agreed budget, respectful of our operation, and explained everything in such a manner that I feel confident in the service/product for many years to come. I would/will refer Central Roofing to others if asked about my experience.

Central Roofing put on a fabulous roof on our commercial building. It was white and beautiful. Supposedly very reflective from the sun UV rays. The workers there were very professional and highly trained and skilled. Wonderful work.
