I am grateful to be so fortunate as to hire CELA Home Improvements to replace porch roof supports and repair decking. John (sales)responded quickly to my inquiry and Luan (work supervisor) showed up when he said he would!!! Luan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, Proficient and Pleasant. One of the things that really struck me was how well he interacted with his crew. This was a happy, focused crew and they performed pinpoint work. I owned and operated a service biz for 30 years and know what it takes to keep the customer happy and the crew happy. This is a well run business. Highly recommend!!!

John and Luan are great professionals. My neighbors are actually their clients who were having a roof leak problem. It was brought to my attention that the problem was coming from my side of the roof, (we share connecting roofs due to the fact of being a townhouse). They were understanding and professional. My neighbor and I were not penalized for this incident. I’m looking forward to working with them in the future. I highly recommend them. Thank you John and Luan.
