We used Nathan and his crew to rebuild our 21 year old 2nd story deck from the ground up. Nathan helped us select both the decking and railing materials that would suit us best. He and his crew are very professional, courteous and conscientious. They showed up daily and worked diligently. They tidied up after each day's work. The deck was permitted and inspected by the city. Our new deck is BEAUTIFUL, sturdy and safe! We couldn't be happier. They do the job right. We plan to use Cedar Ridge Construction in the future to replace our aging fence and a smaller deck too.

I have had multiple projects built by Cedar Ridge and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. I had other contractors quote over twice as much as Nathan for the same project. Nathan was also the only contractor who looked at a project and told me that I didn't actually need a contractor and explained to me how I could fix the issue myself, saving me thousands of dollars. I'll call Cedar Ridge for any building needs and can't recommend them enough.

We had Cedar Ridge build us a 14x15 ft cedar deck with an overhead pergola that was attached to the side of our house that could then be accessed via our dining room. The site was on a slope. Nathan and is crew were very professional, polite , friendly and meticulous in their process. Nathan reviewed our project, its materials and specific design throughout the 3 1/2 week build. He used quality lumber and materials. This is a beautiful solid, strong and beefy structure.The two ledgers that were attached to the house were expertly done with extra measures to ensure water proofing. The cedar decking was of very high quality, perfectly installed with attention to subtle details. And the supporting footings were solidly and attractively constructed and sunk deep in to the ground in concrete. Everyday in 90+ heat Nathan and his team arrived early and worked HARD. I cant say enough how impressed we were with their knowledgeable construction process. These guys are PROS. After each day they left our yard and construction site tidy and neat as a pin. Plus Nathans costs were very reasonable and fair. Do not hesitate to use this wonderful company for your project.

Nathan New and his crew from Cedar Ridge built a fabulous deck over our old, cracked concrete patio. They stuck to the planned timeline and budget parameters, and did top notch work. Since then, he has returned several times for repairs to a fence we installed ourselves. Nathan responds promptly to our calls and gets the work done quickly.

We had 121 lineal feet of 6 foot cedar fencing installed around our property with 114 lineal feet of 4 foot ornamental steel fencing on the back slope. Cedar Ridge Contruction blended the two fence types seamlessly. The yard looks incredible, elegant, and secure. We love the 8 foot & 4 foot gates. The attention to detail was excellent.

Nathan and his crew did a balcony remodel for our home. It looks great and we appreciated their efficiency and friendly demeanor. They even came and worked on the coldest days of the year to get this project finished.

Our large dog was destroying the DIY fence that my husband and I had put up, so I decided it was time for a professional. Nathan and Cody were prompt, attentive to our needs, and hard-working (the work went on even in the middle of heavy snow.) They constructed a stretch of chain link fence and a small section of wood fence, which are strong and look beautiful. They even pulled out and neatly organized the remnant parts of our old fence before they left even though I never asked or expected them to. I'm very impressed with their professionalism. Will definitely call them again in the future.

We hired Nathan and his crew to renovate our deck. They built stairs from the upper level to the lower, enlarged the lower deck, and stripped and restained the deck. Nathan was very responsive to our desires and did an awesome job keeping us in the loop with the project's progress. The new construction is really high quality and looks great. We're really happy with everything they did.

They built the deck for our neighborhood. They built our stairs leading from our deck to the backyard. The wood they used was unfinished and for the past 3 years in our home people are constantly getting splinters and we can't even allow visitors or our kids to use the stairs. We had planned this out with the company as our house was being built and had to pay extra for the stairs. It was a waste of 3k and we are having to save up to have someone come out and fix their shoddy work. Greatly disappointed and would never recommend any of my friends who are having their homes built and remodeling to use this company. Strongly recommend you not use them.

Nate built 2 decks for our house while it was under construction. Our very experienced builder said, 'those guys are fast." They coordinated with the siding and painting contractors to keep the project on schedule. They helped with design and accommodated a significant change later in the project. Nate responds quickly with quotes and provides a very detailed description so you know exactly what you are buying. The decks are beautiful.

Recently Nathan completed his eighth project for me. He can build almost anything and he is a perfectionist. He is honest and a straight forward. Cedar Ridge is the only construction company I will ever use! Recently he did a great job building me a new deck after mine collapsed. . He did a wonderful job adding a bathroom to my house and remodeling an old bathroom a few years ago. He fixed a huge hole in my roof. He built a sharp looking pole barn outbuilding for me. He replaced several windows in my house. He has hung several doors for me. Eleven years ago he fixed all the many huge mistakes made by another contractor on my commercial dog kennel, Palouse River Kennels. He is wonderful to work with and does what he says which is sometimes rare in the construction world. If you are considering him for a job call him soon because he books up fast.

I am very pleased with this company they did a great job on our fence they even worked on New Years Day to get it done! When we decided to add more fence Nathan was very happy to help us out and was able to get it done with in a few days. I would highly recommend them for any of your fence needs they do excellent work and are very pleasant to work with.
