Working with Sarah and Jason has been amazing. I brought my design ideas and requirements to Sarah and she absolutely knocked it out of the park in regards to the design of my new home. Not only did she meet my expectations, she went above and beyond with her unique style of design. She touched upon several attributes to the home that I didn't even consider, and for this I am very grateful. I am looking forward to working with Jason and Sarah on the build out of my home and feel very confident that they will both help deliver the dream home I have always wanted to build. With their high level of expertise and attention to detail, I would highly recommend anybody who is building a home to reach out and consult with them.

Alderwood Builders built my home for me up in the Spokane Washington area and were a DREAM TEAM to work with. From design through to occupancy they were amazing to work with and the communication was top notch. I actually had another, local, contractor lined up to work with me and I kept having communication issues with them. I interviewed Sarah and Jason and felt like they could talk me through any and all challenges that would present themselves while designing and building a home!

Their knowledge, attention to detail, sense of style (but also willingness to listen to their clients desires and translate that into a beautiful space that works for the end user in ways that they may not have even foreseen!), and first and foremost in my mind their ability to communicate make them an absolutely top notch contractor to work with. I come from the commercial side of construction myself and have very high standards in what I like to see contractors bring to the table. Alderwood Builders not only brought that but taught me a few things maybe I should be expecting/looking for when dealing with some of my commercial general contractors!

Years later I am STILL loving my home base and how it looks, feels, functions through the seasons. Their advice on layout, product, finishes, maintenance practices, etc were/are invaluable (they are still my go-to when I have questions).. If I ever build again I would want to use them and if I have any friends looking to build I ALWAYS recommend them!

What a great experience! From spending time with Sarah designing and coming up with ideas for our ideal layout and feel to seeing Jason's creative mind work as it came together, it just flowed. The craftsmanship their team provides is top notch. Hard to beat a cup of coffee out on the nice timber framed deck.
