This is a great reliable company. I have worked with Jared twice and very happy with the service and quality. Will definitely continue with them for future maintenance.

We have been using Cedar Creek Heating and Cooling for many years, for annual maintenance of our AC/Furnace. They have always been very professional, Friendly and Knowledgeable. We recently had some work done to our A/C by Jared. He was professional, friendly and also took the time to explain in detail all the work that had been done on our A/C. I would highly recommend CCHC and will continue using them for any future needs!

Jared was PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL, and THOROUGH . We were his last appt for the day, and he didn’t rush the job. He ensured we had heat before he left. He went above and beyond. The previous HVAC company told us we needed a new furnace for $15-$20k and left us with no heat for 2 more days. When Jared arrived, we expected the worse. He fully inspected our heating system to make sure everything was safe and determined it was just a thermostat that needed to be fixed. We were so grateful. Jared had a 2-hour drive back home leaving us at 8pm on a weekday, and he left as positive as he was when he arrived. He truly goes ABOVE and BEYOND! I’d use Jared and Cedar Creek again in a heartbeat and skip the other folks who wanna upsell vs help folks.

Jarred and the guys helped me with my thermostat and furnace today. On Sunday evening we had a power outage and surge. It knocked out my Ecobee thermostat and turned off my furnace. I tried to restart them but couldn't. I called Cedar Creek HVAC and they got all of it working like a charm. Oh , how nice to nhave heat again. Thank you sooo much.

My home warranty company uses Cedar Creek and that is how I came to use their services. My furnace went out and Jarrod came out and took care of us 3 times. First to asses what went wrong, second to install the part that was ordered in for us, and the third time was when a different part of my older furnace went out. He got us fully taken care of and heat is oh so nice to have heat again! Jarrod was not only knowledgeable but also kind and a great personality. I tend to be sarcastic and while Jarrod was always professional he matched my energy and is someone I would call in an instant to fix anything that may break again. These people are awesome and you should 100% give them a call!

Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Heat went out on Valentine’s Day. The next day Jared was able to get to our house and get it running again. Super nice guy and great customer service. Cedar Creek Heating is definitely our go-to now!

Super professional and friendly folks, they called to let us know they were on their way and got here on time (beginning of the arrival window). Cedar Creek Heating & Cooling was scheduled through my Home Warranty company to do an HVAC Tune-up. They did a great job. Walked me through everything they saw, made recommendations, answered any and all questions I had and gave advice on best maintenance practices to keep our unit running efficiently. Excellent team, would use again.

Daniel is truly a professional hvac doctor. We had an issue with the outside unit and he was able to get it back up and running at a very reasonable rate and quickly.

Had an opening a day earlier than we were scheduled and Daniel came out and got us taken care of. House is nice and cool now for the family. They are easy to work with, explain things well, and I would send them to my grandparents happily!

I rarely do reviews but really need to in this case... First off - we had an appointment to diagnose our non-working AC unit on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year so far. They called us in the morning and let us know how the appointment list was stacking up but that it was going to be a busy day and to expect the technician (Daniel) to probably be near the end of the window (3-6PM). Daniel actually called and showed up about 3:30 and started to figure out our somewhat strange AC unit operation. He worked diligently and efficiently through at least two and potentially a third problem. Around 6PM he had our AC up and running again. I found the company and Daniel to be easy to work with and really wanting to get the problem solved as efficiently as possible. I know who I am calling the next time we have HVAC issues for sure....

Jared was an absolute rockstar with installing our new HVAC system. Him, and his partner, were extremely professional. The quality we appreciated most was his straightforwardness with the pricing and the timing to complete the job. There was a minor discrepancy with the inspection (no fault of Jared’s at all) due to a mislabeled circuit breaker, but Jared took care of the issue quickly, and without causing a hassle for all parties involved. We highly recommend his company for anyone looking to fix, or upgrade their HVAC system.

Daniel was extremely efficient and had the problem identified quickly. When the part needed arrived, he was here and by 10:00, I had air conditioning again! Excellent service.

Susanna expertly handled scheduling and submitting service authorization to our 1st American Home Warranty. Jared efficiently diagnosed an AC issue. He and Susanna coordinated parts ordering and scheduling for parts installation. Our recent heating issue was thoroughly evaluated by Daniel. Susanna sought warranty's authorization for thermostat replacement, got it and scheduled the install. Jared and Daniel came today and installed it. They took care to ensure proper functionality and were thoughtful to guide us through how to use the thermostat. We are very pleased with all aspects of our interactions with Susanna, Jared and Daniel and thank them. We highly recommend Cedar Creek Heatingg and Air.

My A/C unit failed and the service tech was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the part necessary to fix it. They were informative during the repair and got my A/C unit back up and running quickly.

The service provider was very informative, clear, helpful, and personable. He showed me the problem, took me through possibilities for solving it, had a part available for the fix, and repaired it promptly. In addition, at my request he gave me a 'tour' of how to maintain the entire HVAC , and answered my (unsolicited) questions about replacing it with a heat pump -- all of which was immensely helpful.

Daniel saved the day! Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year so far. Thanks to some accommodating scheduling by Suzanna, she was able to get Daniel out to assess our AC sitch. Fortunately, after his assessment he found a broken part, which he went out and got, then installed the same day as the assessment. I just feel so fortunate and grateful to Daniel, Suzanna, and the rest of the team for keeping my home cool.

Tech arrived ahead of schedule and performed seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system. At end he took time to explain all his findings of my inspection-maintenance.

Tech Daniel I have to say was the very best EVER! He was so thorough and went over everything he inspected. Really, No other company tech ever proved such an inspection and cleaning. They would show up for 15 minutes and leave. NOT Daniel, he left no stone unturned. Thank you so much. I'll be calling you soon to inspect cooling system.

Jared showed up the day that he was supposed to. He was also kind enough to let me know he was running a little bit late which was fine but I really appreciated that he was a good communicator and let me know there was a delay. Jared performed the work that was requested and really went above and beyond the call of duty to figure out a few things that were going wrong with our HVAC system. I would hire Jared in the future without any questions or concerns.

Our heater went out during that freezing storm right before Christmas and these guys saved us! Jared stayed on the phone with us for 45 minutes walking us through settings on the thermostat and had us send pics of the furnace so he could troubleshoot the problem. He sorted out a workaround so we could get the heat going right away…we couldn’t believe how committed he was. He got a technician out that evening despite the storm, and Daniel was awesome, too, he got the furnace working again. I’ll definitely be calling them when it eventually gives out. I’ve never had a company go so far above and beyond…we’re so grateful!

After struggling to find timely assistance to fix our propane fireplace, and even having another company not show up for a scheduled appointment, we were fortunately referred to Cedar Creek. Our central heat quit working properly. Our home warranty company contacted Cedar Creek to assess the problem and make necessary repairs. Cedar Creek contacted us promptly and was able to schedule us within a couple of days. Jared came out and he is knowledgeable and professional, and quickly determined that we needed a new part. Even though it was Friday night, he worked tirelessly on the existing part, clearing corrosion to help ensure that our heat would keep working for us until the new part could come in. How amazing is that! They ordered the part, received it, scheduled the replacement, and he just completed the work. All within two weeks. Great work by Cedar Creek and Jared ensured that we were never without our heat. Cedar Creek is our new HVAC go-to company. We totally recommend them!

I was referred to Cedar Creek through my Home Warranty company after a terrible experience with a different company not submitting the report. After having some initial issues with what I thought was a lack of communication, turned out to be a misunderstanding and learning moment for all involved. My initial 1 star review prompted the owner to reach out to me directly, Jared was very sympathetic and heard me out, he apologized for the misinformation I was told and really took the time to provide me with a very detailed explanation of how the warranty process works, he stated he would resolve the issue and get the diagnostic report submitted to my warranty. A couple hours later, true to his word he called me to state he had got it sent over. Whether this company ends up completing the job after all is said and done or not I have no doubt that they do a professional and ethical job. Jared takes a lot of pride in his service and small local owned company, please believe all the 5 star reviews, as they do go above and beyond for their customers.

Jared and Daniel did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing our air conditioning condenser. They worked hard and diligently to find the coolant leak and make sure everything was working well and properly. Thank you very much! Jared answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable.

I called this company for an estimate on a new hvac and they responded quickly. Since they gave me a good price I accepted their bid and they installed it during the recent hottest days of the year. Jared and Daniel worked 12 hours a day to get this completed quickly as the understood my wife does not deal well with the heat. Great service and quality work. AGAIN. Second time I used this company they keep my 17 year old heat pump running as it should. Response was same day on a Sunday got to me first thing on Monday. Cant ask for better service.

After purchasing a new home down at the coast I had a few problems with my furnace and after calling around I found that nobody near me was excepting work and told me to call somewhere else.
