Charlie is the best ! Went out of his way to help us by phone on a Friday night . Told us exactly what to do to temporarily keep us running our air in this oppressive heat . Was here the next morning to order the part . Came back on a Sunday to deliver it . Only wanted to charge us for the part !! No words can describe our experience we had with this wonderful , knowledgeable , personable man . Thank you Charlie for everything !

Every once in a while you meet someone you feel like you've known for a long time. Charlie is just that person. I learned more from Charlie in two hours than I have in all the months of research I've been doing for the purchase of my RV. During his inspection, he pointed out things I never would have found and gave me so many pro tips during the inspection. He even followed up with me after the inspection to find out if I went forward with the purchase...which I did. Charlie's inspection and advice saved me $2K off the purchase price of my RV.

He was on time, very thorough and his inspection was flawless.

Charles (Charlie) Douglas CDRV Mobile RV inspector did a wonderful job for us in late January, 2024. My wife, Joyce & I purchased a preowned 2022 Navion 24V from La Mesa RV, Mesa AZ. He found a few minor things that needed correcting by the Dealer. Unfortunately, he was unable to do a detailed inspection of the plumbing system because no water supply was available at this dealer location. We accepted the RV and went on to Tucson for our next stop. Here we learned that we indeed had a serious water leakage ((broken pipe & valve.) Our dealer happened to have another location, here, and took great care of our issue. Luckily, Charlie Douglas advised us to stay in Tucson as long as it took for repairs. Otherwise we would have been on our own when arriving back home in TX. Warranty work had to be done my LaMesa RV. We were so grateful for Charlie’s advice. We highly recommend him and would certainly recommend his services to others. His through report, great pictures, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Most people aren't excited about having to call a mobile mechanic... let's be honest. It would be way better if things just worked. But as a handy person, who would rather fix things myself..... I don't have one regret about calling Charlie. In fact, I'm kind of glad I had to, because he taught me a few things about my camper that he never even had to fix. A great guy. His only downside is that everybody likes him, so he can't drive far without getting flagged down with a hello or a question!! (hardly a downside, but sometimes I feel bad for the guy)

We're only just now starting the battle with the warranty side of things to get re-imbursed, but I'm not concerned. I know we'll get through it, and I'm glad Charlie's capable hands are part of the puzzle.

Charlie came on the shortest notice when we were in a pickle. He swiftly and professionally took great care of our RV for a reasonable rate.

Charles did a detailed inspection of the RV I was buying. It was as detailed of inspection as I have ever seen. He went through it with a fine tooth comb. He was courteous and informative. I highly recommend him for any rv inspection and repair. Mark Wilson.

Charlie Douglass was our savior today!!
After enduring two 97 degree days with a malfunctioning AC system, we called Charlie after getting 2 stellar recommendations from others here at Eagle View RV Resort!
He answered his phone right away, asked questions, had me provide model information, and looked into potential parts availability. Charlie changed his already full schedule to stop by, inspect my AC unit on the roof of my Airstream, proceed to educate me on how my unit functioned, identified the problem, and most importantly created a temporary fix so we could cool our trailer down! Talk about service, Charlie delivers!!!

Our RV was in a storage lot and had to be moved to an RV park before we arrived on a late flight. The storage lot would be closed by the time we arrived so Charlie moved the RV from the lot to our spot at park earlier that day. Charlie met us ahead of time for the keys and a meet and greet, very friendly. Everything was completed on time and was ready when we arrived. Since Charlie was so familiar with RV’s he didn’t need any operating instructions.

Charlie is a great business owner and RV Tech. He had a sense of urgency to get over here on short notice when 2 of A/C units went out at the same time and it was 100 degrees. He got everything up and running! Charlie will be our go to Mobile RV service in Arizona from now on.

Called to repair my 2014 allegro for a step adjustment and get my generator running. The steps already had a new motor and gear box.. Was promised would be done in 10 days. Instead. Got no repairs a bill for $230 ( which he wanted $80 more ) A carb was installed but gen still wouldn't run. Charlie said I needed to go to another mechanic. I found out he never adjusted the settings . The guy said u can't just throw in a new carb! I was not offered a refund.

We purchased a new RV from out of state and had Charles inspect prior to our pick-up from the dealer. Charles did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

We had an electrical problem with our unit and we decided to give Charlie a call. He responded in about 5min and arrived at our site in less than 30 mins. Charlie was courteous and professional, he quickly made an assessment of our situation and went straight to work in find the problem. Charlie got our RV powered up again and we were grateful for that. If you ever are in need of an RV tech I highly recommend giving Charlie a call.

Charlie was great. He was very thorough and professional and was able to find what was wrong quickly. I would definitely use him again.

Charlie has got to be one of the best people out there to be looking out for people's interests. Won't lead you down the rabbit hole.
