They worked on a water heater for me, created multiple options for me to work with them and game me quick and fast service. Extremely grateful to them for their speed and help with showing me how to use after install thank you guys

Two thumbs down, expensive, for lack luster work. The walk, does not match the talk. As in this company talks a big game, but
Underperforms. The work i paid for, did not equal or amount to the pricetag in the end. You're better off hiring multiple different contractors to get a job done. This is exactly what this company does anyway. They hire other subcontractors, then charge you extra. So they get a piece of the subcontractors job they subbed them to do. Imagine that, should be called castros subcontracting construction.

We needed a quick water heater install and that's what we got! They also helped us exchange the brand new water heater we bought that came damaged. Amazing work and very professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Tried calling for some repairs to my roof damaged by hail in recent storm. After being forwarded a couple of times, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Rude

UPDATE

After getting several quotes from different companies, I finally found one who had fair prices and top tier professionalism. That company isn't this one, that's for sure. I advise any and everyone whose looking at these reviews, to do your homework and due diligence. If you look into this company and who runs it, you'll see everything isn't on the up and up.

Jorge and his crew showed up at our home and replaced our roof, quickly they did such a great job. I would highly recommend this honest company

Great company honest, affordable, and hard working. Stopped my leaking roof for free until I was able afford the shingles I would definitely recommend using this company for any work that you need done around the house.

Jorge and crew were quick with estimates for us to turn in on purchase of a used home that needed a new roof. They showed up soon after we closed and had us a new roof in no time! We encountered an issue with our Electrician leaving an 8 inch hole in the brand new roof. He was quick to respond to install a vent pipe to effectively resolve the problem, before the rains came again, with a much needed addition for future. I would highly recommend this company.

Do not recommend at all. Customers beware, unprofessional, and gives the run around. Had a 30 day contract for a home project Jorge was supposed to do back in February of 2024. It's now July in 2025, and he never finished it, and was supposed to reimburse me with the unfinished project money I put into it. Instead he wrote me a bad check for $6000 that bounced, and after I filed a police report on him, he has yet to pay me back the full amount. It's a shame this is how this company conducts business with disabled veterans. If he says otherwise I'll post all the paperwork/emails/texts and all other information to prove it. There's so much more problems than i listed. Stay away from this company, if you value your hard earned money, and want honest work done for your future projects. I'd give 0 stars if that option was available.

CASTRO was great !! They came out and started on my roof within 24 hours of contacting them ! They were quick and professional! They helped with additional jobs around the yard, removing guttering and satellites - Me.Castro came over himself before and after the job, made personal contact throughout , and his office staff was always positive and polite! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We already have a second bid for another roof in the works! They worked with my Insurance well as well !

Update: Jorge and Castro’s Contracting and Construction came to the rescue again. My fence is old and dilapidated. Every time I need help, Jorge is there. I called him and told him what I needed done, and he sent out Will and took good care of me. These are trustworthy people who care about quality work and repeat business.

They are amazing! They have helped me and my family with a lot! I called the get an estimate, got told to do a claim, everything happened the way he said. Which really helped with Anxiety of everything, But during inspection found had a Huge Leak in the plumbing, luckily the fix was reasonable I could get it fixed! Now, onto the roof replacement! Anyone looking for a great, trustworthy, Company I strongly suggest looking at Castros Contracting & Construction.

Jorge is the Owner and I dealt mostly with him, Customer Service was top notch, service was fast! Jorge really knows what he is talking about, and has licensed professionals. I have already saved him as my #1 guy for repairs!

Had to have a gate built. One call and Jorge was on the property with an estimate in no time at all. Did great quality work, quick and fast. Would definitely use him and his team on the next project.

They built me a Beautiful Gazebo, it’s absolutely gorgeous!! It was a time sensitive situation and it was done 2 days ahead of time! My wedding was PERFECT! Thank You Castro’s Contracting and Construction!
