I don’t often write reviews for a business, however my experience with this company, and particularly with Dave, was above and beyond. He met every deadline, was extremely professional, answered all my questions and arrived on time! Pricing was very reasonable, and I am pleased with the product. I would recommend he, and the business to anyone I know.

I'm very pleased with the service I received for cleaning the ducts in my home. The team was very friendly and answered all my questions patiently. They were considerate of my home and cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely hire them again!

I'd give CR Heating and Air 10 Stars if I could. CR Heating & Air is highly responsive and an honest company to deal with. I called after my regular HVAC company did not respond to calls and texts. Our furnace died tonight (Saturday night at 7 p.m., and the temperature is 4 Degrees!).

Even though they could not come out tonight, the young lady I spoke with set up an appointment for 8 am Sunday morning. She asked for more information and was very understanding and helpful. Due to the extreme cold, she suggested I try power-cycling the furnace and it worked to get us through the night! Because of her, we have found a new go-to HVAC firm.

Great Work and Fair Pricing. Dave was very knowledgeable and fast and even helped diagnose an issue with our downstairs gas fireplace. Then Marcus & Colton came out a couple of days later to complete the install. Very fast workers and GREAT work. We have a fireplace that was repaired 2 years ago, but hasn't worked well since. David came out and although the warranty window had passed, he honored a warranty and had our fireplace up & running in no time. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have some a/c problems and reached out to this company. Was able to get someone out same day and the technician was early on a Saturday so kudos for that. My problem is with the estimate and the fact that lube was not used when giving it to me. $1700 for labor and parts which I did not know if that was a deal or not. So I reached out to a friend and showed him the the estimate, come to find out the parts by themselves are under $200, far less than what was quoted to me. I don't mind paying for a mark-up and labor, because I have no clue how to fix it, but a $800 mark-up on parts and the rest in labor is not ethical business practice. Never take the first estimate and shop around. I will not be doing business with this company until their ethics change, if even then.

Zero follow up. After a $600 inspection, which I paid, I have waited nearly a month for a proposal that was promised on the day of inspection. I still have not received it. Called and spoke to someone in the office two times— they said the right things, but no action was taken. All in all, a disingenuous group.

Unfortunately, I have to join with previous customers who were not impressed with their experience here. We had a technician come out to figure out an issue with our furnace. He found that a part needed replaced, and gave us an estimate of how much the part would cost, and the total with his labor. He said the system assumed worst case scenario on the labor, and gave us the total based on that guess. He also said it would be much less, if he did not spend that extra time on the work. When he showed up for the repair (after not showing up in his scheduled window, and calling after that window to reschedule), he spent very little time on that work. But we were still charged the "worst case scenario" amount. I called to discuss this with someone at the office, no one answered the phone, so I left a message. Did not receive a call back at all. Called them back again a week later and was able to discuss the situation.

Even though I feel I was being calm and polite as I tried to understand why we were being charged so much more than we were led to believe, the man I spoke with called me "rude and unreasonable". Now, I understand, they probably get calls like this all the time, and they probably do speak with "rude and unreasonable" folks all the time. I honestly do not feel like I was behaving in a way that should have been called out as such. I was on the verge of tears when I finally hung up. I do not think of myself as someone who is okay with treating other people any less respectfully than I would like to be treated.

He did offer to credit back a portion of the labor. Which I did appreciate. But then he didn't tell me how much he could credit me. He ASKED how much I would like to be credited. I guess my request was too high. Who low-balls a refund request? I think that's when he called me rude and unreasonable.

Anyway, I would have given them 4 stars. The technician we worked with was very friendly, and answered all of our questions. He seemed very knowledgeable. But after the labor charge discrepancy, and the phone call I had, I cannot give them more than 2 stars. I would not recommend.

Third time using them: this time I needed a new ac and supporting electrical work -- I needed it done fast and in little more than a day we were cool as can be .

Craig did a fantastic job helping tune up our water heater without pushing us to buy anything we didn’t need to. You can tell he really loves his job, and loves helping people! He carefully explained everything, so that I’d know what he was doing and why, and understood what to look out for. Learned a lot! Would absolutely recommend their services again, and plan to work with them in the future.

Mark and David came to our house this morning to help us with the issues we were having with our sump pump. It was a pleasure to work with them. They are very knowledgeable and were able to identify and solve the problem in no time. I will highly recommend Castle Rock Heating and Air.

Castle Rock Heating and Air is the best.
This is the third time I’ve called Castle Rock to my home for repairs/installation. Emily answered my call on Sunday for this visit and Lucas was out promptly Monday morning for a hot water heater issue. He was informative throughout the diagnosis and very pleasant to have in my home.

Marcus showed up on time, he was really friendly and very professional, we had a failed valve on our water heater, he was able to get the part and get it installed in just a couple hours. They replaced the valve under warranty. Also gave us tons of tips for appliance maintenance for the water heater as well as water lines in general and for our washing machine. Will definitely call again for any plumbing needs we have going forward.

Dave came out on short notice to work on our broken furnace yesterday during negative temperatures. He seemed extremely knowlegable and was able to work around a very complex problem and get the furnace fired up temporarily while we await the parts to make the permanent fix. We were extremely grateful and this isn't our first positive experience with Castle Rock Heating and Air.

Furnace stopped working on a Sunday night. Called Castle Rock Hearing and Air, David answer and said he would be out in 2-3 hrs and it was a blizzard outside. He looked at my unit, determined the best course of action, presented an estimate and it took 3hrs to complete the repair. Post repair, he reviewed the work accomplished, went over the warranty periods for the part replacement. Straight up and honest guy.

David was great. I had a ton of questions and he was able to answer them all. Quick response time and the work was done quickly!

Had a great experience! Timely, explained everything, and was very accommodating. We had an issue pop up in the evening where our furnace stopped lighting and he came out that evening and fixed it for us! So thankful and will definitely use them again!

Unfortunately, I don't have a good review. I called regarding my electric fireplace (Heatilator) which was not working. A tech was able to come out that same day and was upfront on the charge with was $188. He tested the fireplace and proceeded to tell me the controller and igniter needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,200. And, that the valve may need to be replaced for another $500. (And, that my $188 would be credited only if I proceeded that day). I opted not to proceed and decided to call a friend who has some background in electrical engineering. We decided to purchase a new controller (which was just plug and play) at $42. It worked. I feel as though the technician was not upfront about the issue and the cost of repairs. This gives me pause for considering this company for any future work.

Had both of our fireplaces (1987 build) re-fitted with new gas lines and starter valves - Marcus was fabulous! Ensured we knew all we had done - cleaned up everything afterwards and was pleasant to have in our home! Thank you for allowing us to safely enjoy our fireplaces again - they are beautiful!

I was a little taken back by how much it cost to fix a gas fireplace but when I asked them to come back due to the peeled paint, Marcos was a doll! He went above and beyond to make me happy, and now I love my fireplace! Would recommend!

David was on time and courteous, explained what was needed to fix my gas fireplace and gave me an estimate upfront. My fireplace is functioning and burning with a clean flame and a quieter fan. Looks beautiful!

Requested a quote on having a garage heater installed. Marcus came by to take measurements and photos. He had a great attitude, was professional and answered all my questions.

Castle Rock heating and Air was great, l I was hoping was a small job, turned out to be a very large job, but they were able to handle it professionally and without the typical run around you'll get nowadays. This was for a fireplace repair that was 30 ft up in the air, and they did it without complaining and saved me the hassle climbing up on our own roof. I use them again for anything.

These guys were awesome! They had all the parts that were needed already on their trucks so we had everything up and running on the same day they came out to run tests on our AC. I highly recommend this company!! We are using them again for air duct cleaning.

AC went out. Technician was out the next day. Problem was the furnace. After explaining our options with no pressure,we went with new units. Dave stayed and got things moving.

Once again Dave has done a great job figuring out a problem with the AC unit. Clogged drain pipe and wrong filter type. Simple things that I didn't know to do. So appreciated him taking the time to explain the problem and fix it!
