I had a leak show up on Christmas Eve, I didn't want to ruin anyone's holiday so I kicked off an email. The next morning, on Christmas Day, they called me and I happen to live nearby so they were at my house looking at the leak within the hour. They couldn't be 100% positive of the leak location due to recent rain but they sealed some obvious areas charged a *very* reasonable fee and now I wait to see if tonights rainstorm has any drips. Casey Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They were professional, prompt, and very clean. They made sure to roll a large magnet around the property to pick up any nails that may have fallen off the roof. They installed the ridge vent and it really looks great! There were several extra items that needed repair, and they were kind enough to to make those repairs. I would recommend them to my friends and family!

We had Casey Roofing put a new roof on our home last fall. They were awesome to work with. So when my rental home had a leak (from different roofers) I called Ben and he went right up and put a temp patch on the old AC vent for winter. Now it's nice weather we had him take off old vent and patch the roof for us. Thank you Casey Roofing. You've all been great to work with. We highly recommend this company.

Casey Roofing came out to bid for the job. They said it would take about 4 days to complete. They actually completed the job in 2 days (including installing a Sun Tunnel, which we love)! So grateful for the hard work on our repair! We recently bought our first home, and Chris Casey did an absolutely amazing job! There was some damage on the roof of the home we were trying to buy that had to be repaired so we could move forward with closing on our purchase. Chris was so professional and timely with getting it taken care of, and was also so kind and patient about the complicated nature of being in the middle of closing while needing this repair done. He even put in extra time and materials (without charging us) on some things he noticed once he was up there just to be a good steward and leave the job done right for us. Casey roofing has been helping me for years. From taking care of wind damage on my roof old roof to installing my new roof a few years ago. Chris has always been reliable and great to work with. He recently came and fixed an issue I was having with my flashing that the ice had damaged. I have recommended Casey roofing to many people.

The wind damaged my roof, and I called Casey Roofing to repair it. Chris took care of the replacement of my entire roof. He dealt with my insurance company, and was very professional. He was very careful to make sure that the work was completed efficiently and kept everything very tidy. Very trustworthy and excellent personal service.

My 17 year old roof had to be completely replaced a few years ago because of a terrible wind storm. A smaller storm recently tore off a small area on my new roof worse than the previous storm. Ben came right out and was able to tell me the name and color of the shingle on my house and why it failed, He then gave me the name and color of another shingle that would match what I had on my house and why it would be better along with the quote right after climbing off the roof. He then, on his own, went above and beyond getting my roof repaired by contacting the manufacturer of the failed shingles and got me a small settlement. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their roof.

Casey Roofing is a local, friendly and prompt roofing company. I was in need of a roofer to replace some shingles after a pretty bad wind storm. I called Casey Roofing on Monday evening, had an estimate Tuesday afternoon and Friday my roof was fixed!! I will recommend them to anyone in need of a roofer in the North Ogden area.

Chris was excellent, got back to me fast and they came out the same day to look at the roof, and it was just minor damages so the crew fixed it for me right away. Casey Roofing has replaced the roofs of the last two houses we've owned. They're honest, reliable and professional. We've had nothing but good experiences when working with Casey Roofing. We always refer them without hesitation.

STAY AWAY!!! Early this year, a drywall worker recommend Casey roofing to us. we should have been suspicious when he stated that he did not know Ben personally, nor has he seen their job. Ben came and gave us an estimate on a small leak that was causing water to infiltrate the wall adjacent to the garage. He agreed to fix the leak and acted as if he knew exactly what he was doing. He has done the lousiest job one can imagine; grossly patching the roof with materials sticking out and not blending in with the rest of the structure. Needless to say, the leak was NOT repaired and the damage is ongoing since May! We have contacted Ben several times in the spring to come back and fix the job. Interestingly, he never could come when we were home and only "came" in our absence. Yet, the leak was still there, strangely...after each rain we had in summer and this early fall, we've sent him pictures of the water running through our garage, down the wall from the roof leak he supposedly repaired. His initial reaction was to offer to reimburse half of the money we paid him. Now looking back, we should have taken that offer and run! Thinking he was honest, we encouraged him to just come and fix it. After all, that's ALL we wanted. We paid him for a service and we just want him to deliver on his promise. for the last 2 months, he has refused to return any of our text messages. The leak is still here and damage is still being done to our wall. When we called this morning to speak to Ben, his response was: "I've done all that I can do. Call another roofer to fix your leak. He bluntly accused me of "harassing" him, by contacting him. Then he added: "you can take me to court, if you want!" What a TOTAL lack of professionalism and customer service. My husband and I are the victims of their dishonest business dealings and yet, this is how we are treated? I hanged up and call a different number to talk to someone else in the company, only to found his brother Chris to be as rude as Ben himself. No customer service and courtesy whatsoever. I was told to never call back again! It is a pity that people of that sort are allowed to conduct business. Whatever the motive behind their behavior is, STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!! It was not about the money. What is $498 when you have your fortune made? However, it was the insulting response and treatment we received that was to be pitied. Thank goodness, $498 was very little money paid to protect us from putting our invested properties in the care of such people in the future.

I had a terrible leak on my carport roof that I thought I might just have to live with. I was referred to Casey Roofing Inc. to come take a look at it and they said they could do it in a timely manner at a very fair price. I am so happy with what they have done. I was extremely impressed with how well they cleaned up when they were through. I hardly knew they were here when the job was finished. They were fair, honest and punctual. We called last week and left a message, requesting an estimate, and never got a call back. Today, I called for an estimate, and was told that "Chris" would be at our home between 4pm and 5pm. My husband left work early to be home, and we are on a very limited income. At 6pm, I called "Chris", to find out if he was still coming. He said he couldn't make it. We received no phone call, or anything. And from the sounds of it, he wasn't planning on calling either. My husband lost income for nothing. Thank you Casey Roofing!
