Billy was a pleasure working with for my 30x50x12 garage helping me design it with 4 - 10’x10’ doors , helping with the color design and also helping me design my 20’x30’x9’ carport . He kept me in budget and followed up with me after our first conversation. I highly recommend him and his company for your project needs .

Worst company I’ve dealt with, nothing they said came through. I’m 61 and I’ve never seen worst customer service in my life. They never returned calls. All the work is subbed out. They said all the plans were included , which wasn’t the case.O nce you but you’re deposit down your done!-:( I’d never do business with a company like this again!!

Adriana was great to deal with and the service to this point in the transaction has been exceptional. Excited to get my RV carport put up.

Victor was my salesman and he did an absolutely amazing job. From start to finish. He helped us alot with our purchase and went the extra mile by staying over a few minutes extra to wrap up the deal. Junior was amazing he answered everything took time to help me told me of different products and was very fast to respond and got everything set up in day to get my carport ready for installation with in next month. THANK YOU

Sales provider was quick in response and sharing detail design need sizes for our location on adding additional roof coverage for boat port design next to shop build.

They are on it when you call for a shed they continue to keep in touch with you. Do the shed the way you want it to good company? I recommend it to everybody

The sales office at carport central has imo gone above and beyond working with me changing designs constantly and trying diffrent materials to best fit my budget and needs. I've been working with Caroline this whole time and she has been amazing with all the info shes given and has had no problem going over multiple diffrent layouts or the same layouts with diffrent materials for price differences. Once we order I will for sure be working with her again.

Jordan was awesome with helping regarding ordering the carport (every step of the way). Great diagrams and easy to understand explanations were courteously given. Excellent!

We had a 30x60x12 Barn/Shop and 20x20 Carport installed 7/12/25. The three man crew kicked butt in the the installation, It was Hot and humid the three days it took them to do the Install, and they did an Excellent job. Would recommend this company, they were reasonably priced and Building and Carport look and feel of good quality.

I contacted carport Central and spoke with the salesman name Larry Lundy
I had found a picture of a design on the web that I felt was unique and characteristic of what I want want. It is very likely that carport never made this design or style. Larry took the initiative to make a cat drawing of my picture and it was perfect in all dimensions. Larry, then very responsibly and quickly responded with quotes and help me make the design more robust by selecting materials that were thicker than normally sold by carport. The price that I’m paying for this building is extremely reasonable and I look forward to the installation

We have been working on getting our 30x40x16 building with Jason at Carport Central since last year. Things came up was not able to follow through at that time. We contacted Jason this year in June ge was very helpful still hD what we were looking for and was very patient. Thank you Carport Central and Jason

I have just completed the ordering process. I dont have the carport yet. So far they have been easy to work with and seem very effecient .

This company listens to your project needs and works diligently to accomodate their customers. Upgrades to the project were met with enthusiasm and logic! Compared to other metal structure companies, this outfit had more flexibility and design options! If you’re looking for a metal structure for your property or business, give Carport Central a shot at preparing your estimate that details your project in the most cost effective manner!

Thus far everyone I have encountered has been very professional and friendly. We were able to get the order placed in about 10 minutes.

My experience has been wonderful dealing with Grant and Carport Central. Grant is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and friendly. I had quite a few changes on the building that I continued to make, and he was always right there to help me out and make the changes immediately. He explained everything very well and listened to what I wanted. I would do business with Carport Central again and with Grant in a heartbeat! Thank you, Grant!

Overall this experience was just frustration after frustration. It is important to note that Carport Central does not actually build anything. They contract to a manufacturer who then contracts a builder. Once you sign the contract, Carport Central doesn't seem to think they have any responsibility to you. Here's how my experience went:

I spoke with the sales person (Noah) who got me a price, was very helpful initially, took my deposit, and sent me the contract. At the time I paid my deposit, he told me it would be built in 3 to 6 weeks. I signed the contract and after 6 weeks, I had received no communication about this. I called Noah back and he assured me that they would have it scheduled within a week, and that it would be built within another week. Another week went by with no communication. I called Noah back and he didn't answer. Left a message. Called again the next day and sent an email. No response. I called him from my wife's phone (different last name on the caller ID) and he didn't answer, I didn't leave a message, but he called back within 2 minutes. I asked why he wasn't responding to my messages. He claimed he didn't receive anything but they had "just changed to a new phone system" (that was confirmed by the customer service manager to not be true). At that point I just told him I would like to cancel this and receive a refund of my deposit since they couldn't get it done in the time I was promised. He said he couldn't to that but set me up with an appointment where Brian, the customer service manager, was supposed to call me on Monday at 1PM.

On Monday, surprise, surprise- no call. I called back several times and finally spoke to Brian who said he doesn't do appointment calls so not sure why Noah would tell me that. Anyway, long story short Brian listened to the recorded calls and confirmed I was told it would be built in 6 weeks, but still refused a refund. He did get it scheduled after a couple of more days to be built another week out.

I had to take off of work on the day it was supposed to be built, was told they would arrive late morning or early afternoon and it would be built same day. By 3PM I had received no communication so I called the manufacturer. They had no information for me. The builders finally showed up at 5PM. They worked until dark, then came back the next day and finished it at about 2PM so I had to take another day off of work. The paperwork I had to sign at completion didn't reflect any of the payments I had already made. The building seems okay so far but they left quite a few screws on the ground so hopefully my tires don't find more than my eyes and magnet did.

All in all- very poor experience, salespeople lie, and no matter what they promise you, they will not provide a refund or any accommodation if they fail to meet their promises. Find a different company with more integrity.

I Love Carport Central..because they always build my building exactly like I want it.. and i am totally satisfied with their services.. Carport Central Is the way to go for building beautiful structures on your property . They are very good at what they do.. great staff and will build your structure in a timely matter… below is a portrait of my 3 car garage built in 2023 by Carport Central..Very please with my spacious Garage.. Thank you Carport Central! I had a great sales person for this structure.. His name was Dakota… He was absolutely a great sales person. Who is no longer working at Carport Central. But I am in the process of building my second structure which will be a Utility Carport and i had another great sales person who is Kyle Schaeffer.. who has been great doing the process. I will post this building once the structure is completed .. Thank you Kyle for your guidance and assistance with my new structure.. I am grateful and I appreciate your Service in helping me create my Utility building.

I was really impressed with the communication skills and knowledge of Cameron Pack,He always answered any questions that I had immediately, that's hard to find these days.

Cameron has been great to work with. He has been very responsive in answering questions. I thought the company was local but it turns out not to be which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

So far, so good.. Cameron is a great communicator and very responsive to questions and estimate adjustments.

Hoping I can give the installation crew & final product the same review in the end.

Well so far I’m just been talking with the people from the metal store and I’m very excited to begin working with them. And getting my new car port

Not impressed so far. I have had buildings from other companies and it was smooth fast and good communication. I have not had this experience with carport central. It's been two months still not scheduled for install. Haven't even gotten a phone call. Nobody will answer the phone number I was provided. My neighbor got one from alans and had it in a month. I bought this because my barn burnt down and need a place for my animals.

Larry was extremely helpful in getting our carport/garage ordered. He went over the details and never pressured me into anything. Mentioned the pros and cons of some of the options. Would highly recommend Larry and Carport Central!

Sales was good but installation was aweful. They were either late or no show and no phone call or anything on numerous occasions.
And my garage motor went out 2 yrs after the purchase. Carport central was absolutely zero help on getting a new one installed. They do have a good sales department but their service after the sale is horrible. No help whatsoever they told me I have to get the motor installed on my own. If I would have known how bad their after the sale and service was I wouldn't have done business with them. Installation and service from them is a nightmare..

Great experience. I had use this company before. That's the reason I went with them again. Great service. I would recommend them 100%
