Got my 30x80 about a week ago 0 problems! Crew where very responsible and did an amazing job left the site as clean as the could. Thank you Heather for all the help!

Job was finished however this wasnt a great experience overall.

Front desk:
communication was really bad for a majority of the my time with them until they Jazmin stepped into the equation in January. She was very communicative with updates which was very much appreciated after going to many months of being ghosted.

Concrete: Good work laying the concrete after 1 failed inspection with the footer. Grading was the issue. It got to the point where i essentially had to beg the city to pass the inspection even though the grading job caused puddles and water was able to seep into the structure (which is a no go).

Garage workers: Hard workers however there was a lack of attention to detail. screws were not screwed in the proper places and it took 2 failed inspections and an engineer to get the screws
placed correctly. I just wished they wouldnt have sawed off where the old screws were so now i have random holes on the beams. Just makes my garage look bad.

The garage eventually passed inspection so they technically did the job. Just wasnt to the standard i was hoping for due to the lack of detail.

Didn't have English speaking employees and the Supervisor over the job never came out during the installation of the carport. I tried to explain to the non English speaking employees where I wanted it installed they acted like they knew what I explained but they didn't so now I have a Carport jammed up against my fence. So when it rains or snows it will drain rain onto my fence and snow will be resting against my fence from the roof of the carport. I tried to talk Dave the Supervisor and explain the problem but he just got rude and refused to help me or even talk with me about the situation. So I have texted the owner and now he said he is done and not going to make it right. I paid just what they asked me to pay. But now I'm just stuck with a bad installation. One star due to all problems above.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. The sales team had great communication and the installation process was smooth and very professional. Will definitely be using them again when it's time for another building!

Great combination. Super fast and exactly what I expected. Only down side is I wish I could have paid it in full up front or at the end instead of in installments. Great costumer service

These guys were great! My building was designed by Kevin & Myself thru various phone calls me being in Florida & Kevin in North Carolina. He was extremely patient & helpful. Building was delivered, erected, and handed over to me exactly as planned. Buildout crew was amazing they worked thru the weather and all. I was a bit worried at the beginning them being out of state but they are reputable and came through on their word and contract. They might have some bad reviews due to Covid times and materials being short but I cannot complain. I took a leap of faith with Kevin and the team and they did not disappoint. I vouch for them 100%

Very professional and understanding in everything we asked for. We live in Florida and took a chance and was very pleased with all work . Timing was excellent and communication was on point! Thank you again for your amazing work .

This company was very accommodating and easy to work with. Very responsive with specific requests. Main reason I went with this company was they did both concrete pad and building erection. (No finger pointing by trades) both crews were fast , efficient, and likeable to work with. Do your research, know what you want, and they will accommodate. Dealing out of state was no big deal, just scheduling and timing.

The RED FLAGS were there and we ignored them!
1. We were asked to pay for all materials up front. We had to wire the money to them before they would deliver!
2. Had to pay for concrete up front before we could even see that was done correctly! The concrete was not finished properly and is peeling, cracked and chipped in multiple places. We are told No Warranty on Concrete!
3. No proper equipment asked us for drop cords, and other tools.
4. Workers were drinking alcoholic beverages on the job site
5. The frame of the building was damaged they pieced it together and welded it.
6. The workers were incompetent in their duties installed visibly damaged , discolored and drilled holes where they shouldn’t have. When the defective work was brought to the owner’s attention he reluctantly agreed to correct the issues after waiting several weeks for them to return to give them another chance to make the repairs AGAIN THEY FAILED! Then demanded payment! We have given them several opportunities to correct the issues they yet again half A$$!
Then they threatened to come to our property and threatened to put a lien and daily fees on the balance due . They said we were trying to scam them! Really ! We already paid these people over $26,000 and were trying to scam them! Makes my blood boil! And if you’re a woman don’t even try to talk to them you are beneath them!
The balance is due upon satisfactory completion which they apparently are not capable of! At this point we are consulting our attorney and looking for someone competent to complete the installation properly.
This was a fiasco from the beginning! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your building.
This company is not a good choice! I HOPE WE SAVE SOMEONE ELSE THE HEADACHE!

The materials we were told came from Triad Corrugated Metals. Now whether this is true or not I don’t know but some of the panels are different colors. He refused to address this. Not to mention the mess they left beer cans, and screws everywhere! We had to pick them up before we could mow. Just a horrible company to work with! Lazy!
The garage door trim was not correctly done. The corner trim pieces look horrible especially from a distance! I am really embarrassed to have our neighbors ride by! And it’s sickening to think of the money we have in this subpar building! PLENTY OF PICTURES TO DOCUMENT!

I would like to express my appreciation to Kevin Gann and his team for the amazing job that was done for my family with our new metal garage building! This is the worst experience I have had working with a contractor/company. The beginning stages were fairly easy and I felt confident about moving forward. When I showed up to inspect the grading work I immediately knew this was not going to work. The ground where the building was supposed to be placed had a slight slope but I had ten loads of material brought in to help in leveling the area. the grading contractor had taken it upon themselves to dig an average size in-ground swimming pool to access additional dirt to build the pad. This was never agreed to. The building plan had two over hangs front and back to be used as porches. Neither of these would be possible due to the foundation prep. I would also not be able to use the garage doors on the front and back due to the height of the foundation pad. I asked the company to stop working and I contacted the company directly. The owner and another individual came to the property and told me that this foundation was elevated to eliminate water from coming down the grade. They even used a grading tool incorrectly to justify their mistake. I then asked why I did not see any compaction equipment on site when the pad was being built. The pad at its highest point was four feet above original grade. They stated that compaction wasn't needed. I knew at this point that this company is not trustworthy. The company would not return almost $10, 000 in deposit money because I signed the agreement. I had many contractors at the site and all agreed the work was no where near code or professional standards. This is the same company as L&G buildings. I'll never see my 10k, but at least I do not have to deal with the company again. Please also notice the positive reviews with this company all have something in common.

About all I can say. They tired. I tried my best to believe in them. They have so many issues. I Really liked David. If they had done what I was hoping for I wanted to Sale for him. If you don't believe, I can't sale it. I waited a long time to finally say something. I have wet insulation in my building. They tried to correct it; but still leaks. I guess the gave up. Never here from them now. Had concrete problems. The some what cover up the issues. I just wish it had been correct from the start. All of this has been going on since April 23. They have worn me down. I guess it is the BBB next.

False quoting and business practices. I will say at first, they we're great to work with. Two salesmen came and inspected my site in person and answered all questions I had. Allowed me to inspect a building nearby so I could feel confident in their product. After negotiations on pricing, an offer was sent to me via text by the salesmen. Once I committed to the offer, it was not "approved" by management and the price was $850 more than offered, and management would not honor the salesman's quote to me.

****Update****
My build had a manufactures defect with one of the garage doors. I contacted the ladies in the office and they had a crew out to fix the issue. The crew contacted me with a time, fixed the issue, sent me a video, and called me to verify I received the video and to see if I need anything else. I will definitely recommend Carolina Concrete and Customer Carport to anyone and if needed I will use them in the future.

The crew showed up on time, work very efficiently, if a mistake was made they fixed it at their cost. I would differently call Dylan to have another build installed!

A little poor on the concrete work but building crew did an awesome job. From start to finish very quick process. Pleased overall

Very good quality and was done within the timeframe they gave me would highly recommend concrete work with this company! Salesman jacky was very helpful in the process of me getting concrete that went with my building, which he also helped, great communication and responsive.

I purchased my Building with concrete and RV shed on Dec. 3 /2021. I paid in full for these items in full. I was given a little price break to pay in full and PROMISED I would have both buildings done no later than June well they did come and do my concrete I think around April then I waited for the building and shed no word from nobody till the end of May no word then I called and said I was on the list for the end of June then no building. So lets just make a long story short I kept calling they would ignore my calls and when I did get to speak to someone (William) made excuses after excuse never would let me talk to the owner. so one week from being a whole year after I PAID IN FULL FOR THE BOTH BUILDINGS I do have my buildings and happy with them. But I would NEVER DO business with these people ever again or would recommend this place to anyone but the Better Business Bureau. By waiting on them as long as I did I was losing money in storage fees that was in excess of $2,000 and I will say the owner did give me free roof insulation for my building. but this does not make up the money I lost by means.

P.S. one more thing at the end of Sept. I thought was getting close and they said they getting ready to come and I told them great they could come BUT I didn't want them to work at my house on a SUNDAY because I live right behind a Church and i would not allow them to work during church hours I do understand some people have to work on the LORDS day but out of respect I would not allow this. THEY DID PUT MY BUILDINGS UP ON THANKSGIVING DAY AND I APPRECIATE THAT AND ME AND MY WIFE FEED THERE CREW THANKSGIVING LUNCH.

SO BEWARE ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself do not do business with these crooks. Signed a contract in February was told 4 months it is now November and still no garage. Phone calls have been ignored when I do get a response they are unprofessional and make excuse after excuse and refuse to do anything to make it right.

Signed contract and told there was a 3 month wait. After four or five months the concrete slab was poured and then I was told to wait 3 more months.( That would have the building done in May.) In May it got pushed back to June, June it got pushed back to July,July got pushed back to August, now and August is pushed back till September. Add there is no end in sight.

Signed a $30k contract with them, was told several times to take off work to be there when the crews came. Would not show up or call to cancel, left trash and scrap materials all over my yard, tore my yard up, “forgot” to dig footers, was told on 3 different occasions they would be be here to install my building (6/1/22,7/1/22,8/1/22) and still no building or contact since the last blatant lie. Please save yourself and DO NOT do business with these people.
