A bit pricey, but worth it. Cardinal charges by the hour. I called originally to have my back door fixed because it wasn't latching properly, and I was unable to do anything myself because of a broken leg. Stephen fixed the within 5 minutes. So, he managed to fit a few more things that i needed doing that I couldn't do to fill in the rest of the time. Top notch customer service from Stephen - and I should know, because I worked in CS for 35 years. Kudos, young man, and thank you Cardinal Services.

Steven and his partner were helpful and friendly and got my clogged gutter cleaned out quickly. They were also very careful about not stepping on my plants while using the ladder! I would definitely call them again to do work for me.

Steven and helper did a smash-up job. Timely, organized, and did a great job replacing a patio post. Will use them everything I need assistance with a project.

They removed a vanity and installed a pedestal sink. Also replaced a light fixture in my laundry room. Quick, and efficient.

I hired Cardinal to install 30 lights and 3 ceiling fans. First day: I received a last minute call that Steven had something come up. 2nd day he showed up with a helper that was more interested in playing with my dogs than working and worked on my outdoor switch when I told him that was not a part of the job. He disconnected my outdoor lights and it was not repaired! I requested the upstairs fixture to be installed first. This was not done; Steven installed the basement light first because it was easier. Some of the lights no longer work in the basement even though they worked before Steven installed the new fixtures. My kitchen lights worked until Steven installed the new lights. I paid $110 per light fixture and most do not work even the none replaced ones. I am handicapped , I cannot make any repairs and feel taken advantage of! I have called the office , spoke to Kat, many times but AJ has never called me back or made it right. Do not use this company for fixture installation they do not stand by there work and Steven left me with a mess in ever room.

We had them come out to install a fan in a bedroom. The installer, Steven, was fast and did a great job at a very reasonable price. We will call them again for other odd jobs around the house.

Used this company, and the carpenter, Steven Arbogast, was excellent. Very efficient, polite, professional, and excellent quality work. I'll certainly use them again. 5 stars for sure.

I decided recently to sell my home and Steven helped me with various tasks. You name it Steven did it! Rip-out/install of underlayment, insulation, carpet removal throughout the whole house and replaced with wood floor, new trim, painting, garbage removal. He showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable.
I really appreciated his work ethic and continuous professional communication throughout these projects. Wonderful company, wonderful employee!!

Steven was very professional and courteous of his surroundings. I had my tv mounted and smoke detectors replaced. He was carful and cleaned as he went.
