Captain Clean Pro Wash (All Serv Cleaning)

We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and service from Captain Clean Pro Wash. The technicians were knowledgable, approachable, and conscientious. Our house was especially challenging due to its multiple steep pitches and size. It could not have been done without your boom truck. We had years of accumulated moss on the tile roof and in the gutters. It now looks like new. We give you our highest recommendation.

They cleaned the tree debris off our metal roof by blowing and sweeping, and did a great job. I was concerned that tree sap would cement the needles to the roof but they swept it clean. They also cleaned the windows inside and out and again, they did an excellent job. Price was reasonable and the two guys were prompt, courteous and professional. We will definitely hire them again.

All Serv Cleaning did a great job on cleaning the embedded dust off our house and cleaning the mold off our eaves. That was great. However, I wished they had let me cover the plants and bushes surrounding the house that were sprayed with the strong-smelling, bleach solution. We lost some of our established bushes and hope they come back next season. This problem could have been completely avoided if when I asked about covering the bushes they had said, "Yes, go ahead." Instead they said the solution would have no negative effect on the plants. I would have been happy to cover them in plastic before the job. Sheesh. So easly avoided. Also, one of our screens was damaged by the solution and I've asked about how to get the screen clean from the bleach-like streaks left behind on the sliding door screen, but got no reply. We tried scrubbing it off to no avail so we will have to replace that screen. So overall, I rate this company fair for doing a good job in some areas, while needing work in others.
Update July 23: I would like to let everyone know that this company did something about the issues I had with the service, which goes to great customer service. Hayden picked up our ruined screen and sent it to be repaired with a new screen and brought it back to us, while also leaving us with a gift card to a local garden store to purchase replacement plants for those that suffered in the cleaning. This was great customer service and we appreciated it very much.

They cleaned both our roof and our windows in the same day. It was a long day for them. They worked hard brushing off the larger pieces of mold before doing the soft wash treatment and cleaned that up right afterwards. The pollen has been intense this year and they did a great job on the skylights and windows. Kind of a 1 1/2 story house with a number of large windows high up.

All Serv came out to clean our roof that was littered with tree debris as well as clean our gutters and remove some moss staining on our roof. They were respectful, cleaned the roof and gutters so they look like they're new and removed the green staining. Cleaned up after himself. Super impressed!

Hired All Serv to blast my metal roofs for new paint this Summer. They were awesome and well prepared for the work. It was completed quickly and Safely. Job came out perfect

Tuesday morning two of your team came to pressure wash our home, clean exterior windows and clean the driveway. I do not have adequate words to share the incredible work that was done by two young men. They went beyond and above to help an elderly couple make their home sparkle. They help move patio furniture and a exterior rug. They explain the process of cleaning the house and the exterior window. They were amazing and you are so fortunate to have them on your team. I will be sure to recommend your team.

Vince and Hayden were such a pleasure to work with! There scheduling was on time both days We had pressure washing to our roof and treatment and the clean! up was excellent, as they made sure our flower beds were clean of any debris or treatment was sprayed off to protect plants! We had an excellent experience using All Sev this spring. I was impressed with how thorough they were with evaluating my roof (using a drone) and gutters before quoting. The roof and gutter cleaning was done by Vince. He did an excellent job. He’s very polite and professional. A real class act. Our roof looks fantastic. We will use All Serv again. Very professional experience throughout the process from scheduling moss-protection to performing the work and clean up. AllServ confirmed my appointment by phone and email, later called well in advance to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances. On the day of service, their office and technician advised of a delay. Their friendly, courteous and clean Tech greeted me on arrival, updated me on the progress of roof work and provided a summary prior to leaving.
I have no hesitation in recommending All Serv for your roof maintenance needs!

I met the owner of this company today and after a conversation with him, it became very apparent to me how committed he is to quality service. I think you would be happy if you hire this company!

Hayden and the All Services crew did a great job installing gutter guards on our home. The home is under several trees that shed large amounts of needles, cones, etc. The gutters would fill with debris after every storm. The gutter guards have been great at keeping the water flowing. Plus, All Service cleans the guards when we have the roof cleaned annually. They need to be brushed off frequently in the fall and winter, but that task is easier than constantly cleaning out gutters on a ladder. They match the color of our gutters and can hardly be seen from the ground. Thank you All Serv!

Well...this a first for me. I left an earlier review (see below) giving the company a one star review because of a communication and customer service issue we had scheduling an estimate. I almost immediately got an e-mail, a voice mail and text from Hayden asking me to contact him. Since it was the weekend coming I thought I would wait until Monday to call him. But, Sunday morning, there is a knock at the door and Hayden is there with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a gift certificate to Whidbey Coffee and a 10% discount for their services. He acknowledged that what happened was clearly their fault and did not make any excuses. He apologized several times and wanted to make it right. I was, to say at the least, stunned at this response to my review. Talk about going above and beyond to rectify an issue.....this was nothing short of amazing. Of course, we had him do the estimate right then. It was reasonable and we agreed to have his company do the roof and the windows. Besides going well beyond what is typical of most companies, Hayden also saved us a significant amount by explaining that the roof only needed leaves blown off as the moss was minimal and doing the roof treatment would be better done in the winter. The other two bids we had gotten were for full roof treatment and over a $1000 more than what was needed. All in all, the initial experience with this company was less than optimal but how they handled it was outstanding. So, for that reason, I believe they deserve 5 stars.

I typically do not leave reviews but in this case I felt it would be helpful for others trying to schedule time for this company to come out and do an estimate for their services. I am sure, based on the good reviews, that they do a great job once they have provided the service, but based on my experience, their customer service and communication could use some serious help. I initially used their on- line request form and got a quick e-mail response from their office rep asking what services I would like to have estimates. I let the rep know via e-mail that I was looking for window cleaning and roof cleaning. I got another prompt response asking if Wednesday next week would be okay for them to come and do the estimate. I replied "Yes" that would be fine as long as they could come before noon. I couldn't have been any clearer that before noon on Wednesday is "Yes......that will be fine". Three days later (the day before they were to do the estimate) I received another email asking if the 10 -12 (noon) time works for me. I was not expecting to have to verify again that before noon on Wednesday (the next day) was fine. I read the email and responded at 5:30 that evening to once again say "yes before noon is fine". The next day we waited for them to show up. Putting on hold other things we had scheduled for that morning. At 11:20 I received a call from their office rep and was told that they weren't going to show up that day because I had failed to respond during office hours to the previous day's email re-verifying that before noon was fine. I responded at 5:30....they close at 5:00. So we had waited for them to show up all morning and 40 minutes before noon, we get a call telling us it is our fault they didn't show up because we didn't respond to their email reverifying the time. Really? Did they give our time slot away at 4:59 pm the day before? And then, not figure out they weren't coming to do the estimate until 11:20 on the day they were supposed to be there before 12:00? Needless to say, we are not interested in scheduling another estimate time with them. Good luck to those of you who do.

On time. Reliable. Affordable. They are a trusted business and are always looking out and checking the details to ensure we are safe. We use our fireplace often, so it is an important service and we appreciate all the care they give to our home. They do an outstanding job every time.

Great communications and the guys did a wonderful job cleaning our wood stove and chimney. They were courteous, neat, and removed a bunch of stuff from the chimney. They also found that our spark arrestor was not up to code and they replaced it with a new part.

Came on time to clean my chimney and communicated with me when that would happen. Went over the wood burning stove clearance's with me and did a very good job, will use them again when I need the chimney cleaned again for sure.

They put the batteries in the weather station. For me $ cleaned our the bird nest & later that day ace csmev& cleaned the fireplace & now I am good to go but I think I will run the fireplace more often to keep birds out

Today was my first experience with All Serv. I had my chimney cleaned. I was totally impressed with both guys who did the work. We contracted All Serv to clean our gutters for ~$400. On the invoice, the 'Services' description was "Remove debris and dirt from your gutter. Ensures your gutters are properly channeling water away from your home. Improves the life of your gutters." Rather than use many words, simply view the attached photos.

UPDATE: Perhaps the true measure of a company is how they respond when things don't go as expected. Within an hour of the original posting, All Serv reached out to me and arranged to have a technician back out at my earliest convenience to address the issue - which they did. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The team was safe, efficient and hard working. They did a wonderful job on my house. They didn't destroy the landscaping like other crews. Definitely will use again.

The guys that showed up were very professional. They completed the job quickly and were careful with protecting plants and grill on my deck. Would recommend this company.

I called All Serv needing my chimney cleaned and inspected immediately. They were able to help me out and their tech was willing to come out 2 days later (usually booked out 3-4 weeks out).

Hayden and Dave were professional and even took their shoes off when they came in the house. Hayden took the time to explainthe things that needed to be addressed.
