Marcy is by far the most patient kind and knowledgeable person here by far she is very efficient and fast she definitely got me in and out with exactly what I needed!!!!

I always look forward to going to ACE HARDWARE, after all it’s the place with the ‘friendly hardware folk’, which I usually always remind them when I come in. The store is always clean, the isles are well marked, and the staff seems to be quite knowledgeable and helpful.

i would give zero but i gave one bc the skeleton decor was cute. other than that the lady with blue cross eyes was rude as heck! and so was the girl with hair blacker than her heart!! two of the rudest workers ive ever came across. ur literally getting paid for this job so act it!

We had a great experience ordering our grill through ACE hardware in Williston. They assembled and delivered it right to our patio. Both delivery men were excellent and super helpful!

I go here sometimes when I need plumbing or electrical parts and don't want to go to menards that's about it.

Joke of a store. Nobody in the store that I talked to could figure out where one single item was that showed in stock on their website. Only person that was slightly helpful was the flooring guy and it wasn't even an item in his department. Employees are were too busy gossiping amongst each other and telling stories to other customers.

Don’t bother trying to get a vehicle key made , they advertise everywhere that they do until you show up and they tell you to come back in a week we don’t know how . Oh and come in before a certain time or we won’t help either , apparently only open until 5

Undergoing a remodel, website shows that they have something in stock, they didn't have it. The lady that we asked was a bit rude in her reply, customer service means more to me that what you have in stock, so we took out business to Menards. Their website accurately reflects their stock, and makes it very easy to find it in store.

Good standard hardware store. Could probably be better if they were not trying to have a little bit of everything not hardware related

So the big difference between Ace in Williston and other hardware stores in every other town I've gone to is there are almost always a couple people in the main aisle who ask you what they can help you find and they actually mean it. Don't feel weird about it; just tell them what you are looking for and they will take you right to it. If you say you are just looking they will leave you alone as long as you like.

They have a nice selection of wild bird stuff: feeders, baths, lots of seed varieties, hummingbird feeders. They have a good seasonal section. I like that they do keys, because it seems like I am constantly needing some made between work and home and relatives who need someone to water plants or come mow yards while out of town. Decent paint counter, enough plumbing stuff to make home repairs and probably more, equipment rentals, power tools. It's nice to have a hardware store like this in town.

They also have a couple aisles of the unexpected items, like a small section of craft supplies, some good kitchen stuff, a lefse maker, spicy pecans, great gloves, really soft licorice.

It's usually my first stop to see if I can find something, and then i go look for it elsewhere if Ace doesn't have it. But they usually do.

Customer service helped me locate the correct aisle for my item. The warm welcome was good for the Williston weather. You can’t go wrong with quality here.

Live the people and items shopping here some things are just a bit high but still I come here to shop all the time

It really is the place for your hardware needs and has a wonderful and helpful staff .this place is legit and I can't recommend it enough.

Went in for 30 amp camper cord and electrical cord adapters fro 50 to 30 amp, 30 to 15 amp. Ace had good selection of adapters and 3 different styles of 30 amp cords.

I love their nut and bolt selection. Its expansive. They have a great selection of equipment rental and theire people are usually very helpful.

Nice local hardware store the employees are very familiar with the products in the store and are very well stocked as well
