For my first home, I purchased a small, older coastal cape with a need for some creative thinking when it came to space and storage. To anyone who owns an older home, you know nothing ends up being easy… or square. Well, Callinan Construction came through…and then some. They were able to take a completely dead space in my upstairs bedroom’s angled roofline (a fully converted attic space) into a beautiful custom closet spanning two dormers. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The closet came out gorgeous- better than I could have imagined. I have dealt with numerous contractors for house projects over the years and Callinan Construction has easily been my best experience. Highly recommend.
