Walter Calderon and Team fixed my roof in the Summer of 2020 after Lowes conducted a botched roof install in 2017. Walter Calderon and Team replaced half of our roof by removing the existing shingles, underlaying material, several rotten pieces of plywood that was installed by Lowes in 2020, matched shingles to the section that was not going to be replaced, installed an attic fan, bathroom fan and vented both fans through the attic roof for a reasonable price. Walter Calderon and Team also made sure my attic had proper ventilation by installing a slightly wider ridge vent and pealed back some of the insulation in the attic that was blocking our soffit-vents. It’s been 3 & 1/2 years since the roof was fixed by Walter Calderon and Team and I am happy to say that I don’t have any issues with our roof. The attic fan and bathroom fan are still working great! I would recommend Walter Calderon and Team for my future roofing needs and other services that they provide.

Let's start by saying that Walter and his team are honest, fast, and overall great people.

My wife and I recently purchased a historic home that was built in 1740. Now for being built 283 years ago, it needed a little love. One thing that we wanted to take care of right away was the fact that we were getting water in the basement. We had a feeling right away that it was because the gutters were not working correctly, and a bunch of them were non existent.

We had contractors give us quotes, most having answers anywhere from a failing foundation, to a new roof, to George Washington was still haunting the basement and we should run.

Walter came out after being highly recommended and right away he noticed the gutters. He didn't try to upsell us to things we know we need down the road. He was honest and we appreciate that more than anything. His team came out a few days later and installed new gutters and leaf guards and guess what??? No more water in the basement and we have had some serious rain the past couple weeks.

I know in the future we will need much more work and without a doubt I know who I will be calling.

On a side note, The new gutters gave the whole house a facelift and made it look so much better too.
