Total fraud!
They charged me upfront for the full cost of the job (since I was out of town and had to give my card over the phone) and they never completed the work.
I have wasted hours communicating with them to schedule the work in the first place. When they finally came, they only worked on the roof even though their proposal clearly also included the ceiling (interior). They never repaired the ceiling as they had promised. After a while they also stopped answering my calls...
This is by far the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Their practices are clearly fraudulent. Please stay away unless you want to throw your money to the waste...

Very rude guys! I had the same experience as another reviewer while driving. Have not used for roofing and never will after being blown at and yelled at. I will not pull out into oncoming traffic with my child in the car (nor alone) just because you’re rushing. Not smart to behave the way you did while in the company truck!

I have used Tim and CR Ebert for 31 years. Just got off the phone with him to set up an appointment for some new work. He has always been competent, professional, courteous and fair.

Tim the owner of C. R. Ebert Roofing is very unprofessional. Now to be fully transparent, they had the cheapest price of four roofing company quotes. Maybe good but mostly bad! The cheapest price comes at a price. The crew is very disorganized and are left alone with no management or direction. They left roofing materials, NAILS, garbage every where. They ate lunch on site and left their refuse all over. I had to ask them on numerous days to clean the site(our property).
And again to be transparent it appears that they did a descent job and our roof so far is not leaking. However, the worst part of this whole project is Tim the owner. His communication skills are possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced. He rarley showed up when he said he was going to, never followed up in a timely and professional manner, left the project unfinished and to this day 3 months later my job is not complete. Plus I’ve been literally picking up nails and debris everywhere. When I inspected my roof myself, same thing. Nails and debris everywhare. Do Not Use this company. They are not worth the price even if they are the cheapest!!!

lowered garage door after they left and debris fell on me
debris throughout garage cleaned it for a week
when i called to complain just got sympathy
they put in a vent and its still hanging there by a thread
also noticed a tear in garage door metal wasn't there before
(just had the whole door serviced before i had them do roof) now the tear got bigger
bottom line have to buy new door
terrible company
