David Lancaster, and his crew led by Antonio, far exceeded my expectations for professionalism, honesty, incredible hard work by all, attention to details, and outstanding work. Each time I look at my new roof and large new balcony, I am thrilled that the expense was reasonable for the project, that it looks gorgeous, and I know everything was done correctly and with great care. David was on site daily (7days!) and communicated continually. I recommend David and his crew with no reservations whatsoever.
Dave and his crew are exactly what you want from a roofing company. After a huge hail storm we had him come out and identify the damage. He came back out to meet with the insurance rep and helped us with our claim. He gave us a quote, we set a date, they showed up and worked three days straight until the job was finished. Non of this jumping from job to job and dragging the project out. They replaced the roof, some decking, skylights, gutters, downspouts and added ridge vents. He just made it a very simple process. What more can I say.
One of the easiest companies I have ever worked with. Super responsive, cleaned up after each day, left the worksite spotless and they stand by their work. 100% recommend!!
