We called on them Because we saw their service trucks in our neighborhood. We needed someone to install a new faucet and shower. They sent a guy out with only helper skills who made a mess of things. The faucette was not even flush against the wall and was spinning!!!! Seriously!!!
They sent out another man to fix the mess. It worked for a little while until one the day the faucette fell off while I was bathing!!!!
Finally the third time they got it right!!!! However, we realized that the shower was leaking behind the wall. We only realized it when my husband was in the other room while I was showering. The owner refused to send someone back out!!!! He said it was no longer under warranty!
I think its been 6 months!!! Its been leaking 6 months and we didnt know!!!! We would not be leaving a bad review, if they were willing to come back out.
None of this would have happened if they had sent out a professional the first time around. So disappointing. It is out of my character to leave a bad review and I told him or the telephone receptionist I would. He didnt care.

This morning, 10/19/22, at 5:50 I was stopped at the red light in the left of two lanes where Carondolet intersects Caliope beneath the Pontchartrain Expressway. One of your trucks pulled up in the right lane, ran the red light and made an left turn onto Caliope.

If you have drivers who are willing to blatantly break the law, take shortcuts and engage in discourteous behavior, would those same drivers be willing to violate code and take shortcuts in their plumbing work?

Mr. Jeff and his team were a Godsend in a very difficult time for my family and I. He was professional and compassionate, while he worked accurately and expeditiously to service our AC unit and get us back on track. I was very pleased with the response time when my A/C unit went out. The professional technicians repaired my unit and performed maintenance on the other unit. A/c works fine and I will use them to change out my outdated units with high efficient new units.

After Ida I needed an entire new system. C & D came in a timely manner. Gave a reasonable quote and stayed in constant contact with me all the way through. Very professional, reasonable and easy to work with

WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, C&D PLUMBING. A COMPLETE FRAUD! I have currently reached out to the Attorney General Office and the BBB to report them so more homeowners like myself will not suffer a lost of money for an estimate that they will NEVER RECEIVE. On the day that I spoke with C&D Plumbing and scheduled for them to come out to my home, I first asked what was the time frame of them starting the plumbing work on my home if I agreed upon the price of the estimate. They stated 2 days after coming out that they could start work. They came out to my home on a Tuesday, so of course that meant they would start on Thursday if I agreed upon the cost of the estimate. Well, I paid $128.75 for an estimate that I never received. Nor did I ever receive a return call from anyone in the company. After speaking with them several times about the estimate and them lying to me constantly, I now know that they actually never had any intentions of ever providing me with an estimate, but every intention of lying to me and coming out to my home to take my money. It's extremely sad when a company intentionally prey on homeowners at a time when they are vulnerable and life has hit them the hardest after a major Hurricane. I am asking EVERYONE reading this review to let's STOP such FRAUDSTERS from staying in business by NOT doing business with them and by REPORTING THEM to the proper authorities, such as the ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE.

Be Careful if you see a high rating and only positive reviews, because companies can actually control their reviews and delete the negative ones that tell facts about their company.

The owner came out on a Friday to a house I am renovating to give me an estimate on doing some plumbing and hvac work. He told me he would give me an estimate for doing the work on Monday, which was great because we were looking to get the work started as soon as possible. I never heard from them and every time I have called their office to ask about the estimate or if they were interested was just told he was working on it. It’s been over two weeks and still can’t get an answer about it. Very displeased with their customer service and their ability to follow through. Would not recommend.

Reply to Comment: It took almost a year for your response so I do not believe you know which property I am referring to. This project was a complete remodel which went through full permitting and parish inspections. Any code violations you may have noticed should have been listed in the estimate that I never received. If concerns about the project were your reasoning then that should have been communicated instead of leading me on. Still would not recommend.

Had a total sewer clog and system was backing up and Chris came out and cleared it up
