Five stars. Great and quick service, excellent job. Arrived on time and finished on time for the best price I could find. This is the second time I’ve used ALM and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My go to for RV repair. No more dropping off my rig at a shop where I don’t know who’s working on it and having to leave it for lord knows how long.

Wayne and Natalie took care of me on short notice. My converter went out and the same day I was back up and running. Their text notifications were helpful especially since I work in a loud environment. Wayne took time to answer questions and explain the equipment to me. Very nice folks. Since I stay at the same park every year I am happy to have some people I trust in the area. Will definitely use them again.

Had issues with slideout and Way e came and took pics and Natalie worked with warranty to get parts needed with no cost to me to fix it. They handle everything and get job done on time and ready for your next trip. Awesome service and friendly and answer any other questions you may have regarding your RV. ALM RV is fantastic! My husband and I discovered that one of our slide-outs was not working and we were going to be leaving very soon for another job. I contacted ALM RV(Wayne and Natalie) and they were quick to respond. I explained that it would be under warranty and it was no problem! Natalie took care of all of that and Wayne came out and did the work. He was very knowledgeable and done excellent work. Our slide out had to be tore apart from the inside. When he was finished you couldn’t even tell anything had been tore apart. Natalie kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never once had to wonder what was going on with my camper. They are definitely a great team and care about their customers! I most definitely recommend them and would use them anytime I’m in Louisiana!

We were staying at New Orleans RV resort and Marina and were having a problem with the A/C freezing up so we called. They called back and we made an appointment. Wayne texted when on the way and sent his ETA what a nice touch. He was even early which was a great surprise unlike some companies who never show up at all. He was very thorough , knowledgeable, and friendly and took the time to explain the items that he fixed for us. His price was very reasonable. Him and his wife are running this small business and have managed to be very responsive and dependable. We highly recommend this small business RV tech for anyone in the New Orleans area.

ALM RV repair is the only RV repair company that we call. Our first call for repairs was about 6 years ago. Wayne isn’t a parts changer he is a real technician. Every time we call he comes out to diagnose the problem then he will order the correct parts to fix it. While Wayne is on the road repairing rv’s Natalie is keeping customers up to date on Wayne’s progress and arrival times. You cannot ask for better service than ALM provides.

If you need ANYTHING, well almost anything for your RV this is the BEST place to connect with! No jerking you around or looking to drain your bank. This company is great, not only do they come to your location but the keep their appointment in a professional & timely manner. They have found & repaired issues on my RV that the dealer couldn't find. My list of work they've done is enormous. This last trip They R&R the AC & weather proofed the roof. ALM owners Wayne and Natalie, are top notch! Excellent communication, last knowledge and Superior skills. From my first phone call and texts, Natalie saw that my appointment was scheduled as early as possible, within 3 days, and even juggled Wayne's schedule so I could solve my air conditioning problems. He arrived on time the day of the appointment... listened as I explained the issue and within 30 minutes had correctly diagnosed and fixed my air conditioning problems. I enjoyed speaking with Wayne so much that he and I talked for another 40 minutes before he left. He knows his stuff! I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend ALM to anyone... especially these days when help is in such short supply and appointments at dealerships and other shops are months away.

I have a 2017 Jayco 34 RSBS. I am in Laplace Working. These folks have Great Service and they are Honest. In my experience that is the two of the hardest things to find in the RV / Travel Trailer Industry. The motor in one of my air conditioners, Coleman Mach, started making a horrible noise. I knew it was on the verge of going out. I contacted ALM RV and they told me exactly where to find the serial number of the unit, I had looked before but could not find it. They ordered the part and replaced the motor on the exact date and time they told me they would. Wayne also helped me by letting me know an estimate on what some other repairs would probably cost me, I was not in town long enough to have the other parts ordered and be back in time for him to install. Take it from someone who travels a lot and has had experiences with other RV Repair Centers and Call Out Contractors, you will not regret using these folks. Again, professional and honest. Not to mention they also worked me in their already full schedule to get me cooled down in the camper as quick as they could.

My husband and I had to travel to Louisiana for work immediately after we had hail damage on our fifth wheel at home in Texas. We couldn’t have picked a better business to help us out. They were so helpful to fit us in since we had a short time frame to work with. They communicated everything to us very efficiently and got the job done so quickly! I am very impressed with the work that was done and would definitely recommend them!

Once again, Wayne & Natalie- ALM RV LLC, proved to be a knowledgeable, professional & personable RV mobile services tech. Over the past couple of yrs we’ve had several jobs done by Wayne…a rotted slide floor replacement, slide gear box replacement, brake job, and recently had our main AC replaced due to age & added a 2nd AC to the bedroom. He mainly works by himself, but on occasion his wife Natalie helps him when needed. ALM RV is our “go to” for RV Service. Thanks again for keeping us on the road! I had a fridge/freezer i needed replaced under warranty and Natalie and Wayne made the process so easy. Natalie is a fantastic communicator, i never had to wonder what was going on, she kept me informed every step of the way. Setting up the appointment was quick and efficient and they arrived exactly when they said they would. This should have been a simple removal and install but Wayne found some issues that needed to be addressed prior to the install. Not only did he take the extra time and care to fix everything, he also explained what he found, why it needed fixing and how he fixed it. He really takes pride in his work and never once hurried, he took his time and double checked everything and even vacuumed up the mess afterwards. I would absolutely recommend alm rv to anyone needing any kind of work, Wayne and Natalie are truly top notch people!

Had no hot water for months after a failed repair. ALM was recommended by a friend who said they will fix it. Scheduling the appointment with Natalie was very pleasant. Wayne came out & was the only one that found the root of the problem which surprised me. It's a treat to have hot water again.

A service call, to repair the AC and refrigerator/freezer, was made to AML RV, LLC on an RV I have been renting and living in for the past year and a half. My house was remediated - floors, walls and ceilings taken out after Hurricane Ida, due to water damage and contamination and the insurance company’s non-payment of the claim thus far.

When Natalie learned of my age, she fit me into Wayne’s already busy schedule.

Wayne and Natalie kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs. Both were very professional, polite and courteous. When the work was completed, they asked that I keep them updated on the performance of the items repaired. The work performed was more than satisfactory and the cost very reasonable.

I would recommend ALM RV, LLC to anyone who needs service on their RV.

The toppers installed on my RV are deteriorating at an unbelievable rate.!! Pealing and curling up on ends . I paid several hundred dollars for NEW toppers and labor last year. And in less than 15 months falling apart . Appalling!!! Texted ALARM in two lengthy Text explaining in detail of my problem and asked they come out to our RV to see for themselves the deterioration of toppers. Absolutely No Response to either of my detailed texts. It appears obvious to us they plan to NOTHING
Text in Alarm’s preferred method of communication. I Have phots of topper condition and cell phone log record . I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with lack of their concern with our issue . Therefore I am Reducing my star rating to zero.

I definitely recommend this company! My air conditioning units were giving me problems, one was leaking really bad inside my camper and the other one wasn’t blowing cold air. Wayne was really good at explaining everything that was wrong and what he did to fix it! Now I have 2 working air conditioners and no water leaking :) So happy I called them! Really reasonable too !

Called on a Friday and they did some rearranging of there schedule to come out the next day to diagnose the problem. The bad news was it was our compressor so Wayne ordered both units (we also opted for a 3rd while he was going to be here) that same day. The Units arrived on Thursday and they came and installed both Friday exactly 1 week later. Very personable and kept me updated along the way. Both AC's are running perfectly. Very appreciative of the great service. Would definitely recommend.

Had issue with one of our Coleman A/C units. Called and got worked into the work schedule same day. Wayne is professional and VERY knowledgeable. Fixed our problem, stayed to make sure all was working as it should and charged us a fair price for his time and expertise. Cannot go wrong with a call to Wayne and Natalie. Wayne recently installed 2 slide out toppers, coated my roof with a 10 year ceramic coating, cleaned both my ac units and took care of a couple other things while working on my RV!! He takes pride in his work and performed the work like it was his own RV! Wayne’s wife Natalie has been the easiest person to communicate with and schedule all the work to be done in a reasonable amount of time!!

We had our AC, fireplace, and refrigerator replaced under warranty (forest River) and they were amazing!! Communicated with me through the entire process, keeping us updated on everything. Him and his wife were both personable and friendly and got everything done quickly! Will definitely use again for any future repairs.

I highly recommend Wayne and their service. My electric portion of the hot water heater went out. Needed a new thermostat which Wayne had on the truck, fixed on the spot. While here I asked if they did awning work. He looked at my front awning that had a couple screws pull out from a wind storm. Took care of those on the spot as well. Even got some restaurant recommendations, good people and great service at a fair price.

I would HIGHLY recommend ALM RV to anyone. We are away from our home state for work and had a leaking skylight in our bathroom. They came out fixed our situation with the skylight. My husband had thought of a couple of things while he was here to have him look at he had no problem fixing them as well. Very polite and professional.

Alm RV came to fix the window to our RV. We had to cover the broken window with a lot of tape and Mr. Wayne was able to take all of the tape off and make it look brand new! We will definitely recommend their services.

*updating because we just used Wayne and Natalie again and once again, they were great. Our slide motor burned out and the slide was stuck in, wouldn't go out. Thankfully Wayne is super knowledgeable and thorough. He knew how to check for any possible issues and diagnose the problem, while taking the time to explain everything step by step to my husband and I. It was a heck of a job to change that motor but he put everything back just right and you'd never know he was there. Happy to support this business and super thankful for their expertise!

When our camper's living room window ended up shattered by a wayward rock (thanks landscaping company) we really weren't sure what to do or who to call. We stumbled across Natalie and Wayne on Google and are so glad we did!! From beginning to end they were kind, helpful, and super patient as we waited for the landscaping company to pay for the repairs. They knew exactly what to order and were very communicative throughout the process of waiting for our new window to come in. Wayne was incredibly fast and efficient at replacing it today- their experience is obvious. Hopefully we won't have any more disasters any time soon, but at least we know who to trust if we do.

Prompt and efficient service done in a professional manner. Of the several mobile services I’ve used in various states with various campers. This was the best experience yet. Prices were fair.
Not listed was the dash mounting of a new continuous feed rear camera, super great visibility. And he repaired my window shades which needed troubleshooting as well. Replaced parts and repaired and troubleshot my awning as well. Caught a loose outlet socket and an unplugged solar panel. Cabin filter change. Changed out exterior porch light.
Yep that kind of guy smart, intuitive and capable. And his wife handled setting up appointment and other items in a pro way also,Go team.

These people are great! Very down to earth and professional! He figured out our inverter issue in about 5 minutes. And way less expensive than I thought it would be. I will definitely call this company, if or when, we have anymore problems. They are just so dang nice! Definitely 2 thumbs up!

My dad had a leak in his camper and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. ALMV came out fixed the problem right away and was surprised how reasonable they were. We were ripped off before by another company. So it was nice knowing how great they treated us. We will definitely be using them again if another problems occurs.

We called ALM with an emergency. Our brand new camper had zero power, converter was defective from the factory (apparently a common problem). We purchased in TN, so bringing back to the dealer was not an option. Natalie and Wayne had the part in stock and fit us in within days of the call (we’re living in the camper). Called on Thursday afternoon and they were on the job by 2:00 and jobe complete by 3:00. Super easy and pleasant to deal with. We had been having trouble with the a/c's since we purchased at the end of July and after multiple trips to the dealership in Mississippi and them having our new RV for a combined total of over 2 months and still not fixed. Very frustrating especially since my mom and dad are living in it in our yard waiting for their house to be repaired from Hurricane Ida. I definitely recommend ALM RV.

Great company. Great folks. Young, energetic and enthusiastic husband and wife team who are also avid campers themselves. It’s nice when the people you do business with share the same passion for the same hobby. I was very pleased and impressed. I have already secured a second appointment and am making a list. I would absolutely recommend using ALM. The fixed up my ACs, patched my roof and re attached some loose trim in the basement. Super happy with the results and follow up. ALM is AWESOME! They are my “go to” for any of my RV repairs. I love that they come to me to provide their services. Recently, Wayne diagnosed a propane leak and found the problem in the line behind my stove. Worse case scenario is that my propane detecter wasn’t working! This could have been a disaster! He replaced that sensor as well. The latest need was a new plug for my power cable. Once again, Johnny was able to come over and replace that for me. I LOVE this company and they are good people who care about what the do! Call them for your needs. You will not be disappointed!!
