We needed our land surveyed and C & C came out and did exactly that! We found out we had more land than we thought. Not only were they professional and timely they also dealt with some unruly neighbors of ours. The price was well worth it and we are beyond pleased! Will recommend and refer them to any and everyone we know!

I am 60 and have issues with my health. I was having some problems with a property line and needed help resolving this problem. I called Mr Kennedy at C&C and told him what was going on and he said he would come by and help me after he finished his work. To his credit he came to my house and did a complete survey that day. He was true to his word and a very nice man as well. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

This is an A+ company that truly cares about people. As an active duty service member of 17 yrs and relocating to MI in 45 days without my family. Its hard to hear I need a land survey done within 2 days to ensure my family has a roof over their head. Well let me tell you, I got laughed at and turned down by 10 other companies. Mr Kennedy and his team at C&C surveying Inc made it happen! When I meet companies like this that still believe in doing whats right even when it means adding a little more to an already overflowing plate. It makes me even more proud to fight for their freedom! May God Bless this company for helping me and my family out in our time of need!
