We had them redo our roof and add on a gutter. They answered all my stupid questions, the work was done very fast, and they even helped me deal with my insurance which saved me money. Awesome people!
Good price's compared to others. An ABSOLUTE HEADDACHE when it comes to communication and timeliness. Showed up to do the job without notice. I asked them several times to let me know when they would show up so I can plan accordingly. They came and did our gutters, had to come back out to put up flashing because of several leaks between the new gutters and facia boards. I also asked the for a door installation when the came for the gutters. Surprise!, nothing on their ticket for the door installation. They eventually came out for the door installation and I understand there were issues that wouldn't have been seen until getting into the door installation. I appreciate the two guys that had to stay much longer than needed to at least make sure the door was functional before they left.
Short story here is, its been two weeks since the door was roughed in and it still isn't finished. I was originally told $300 for the door, then it was $400, okay fine. Now to send someone back out to finish the door they are asking me to pay $700 in total. I called to ask if we could negotiate the price down a little bit, someone was supposed to come out to finish the job over the weekend, NO CALL NO SHOW and I NEVER got a call back about working out anything with the cost.
I made several calls while working with them on what I wanted done and about following up with what they need to finish, did not get a response. The only way I got a response about getting someone out to ever start the door was by e-mailing them and explaining my frustrations about the lack of communication.
