Highly recommend Burwell Roofing if you need a new roof. Mike was very helpful, the guys that did the work were great, cleaned up afterwards, all scraps and nails were gone, couldn't tell they had been there except for our new roof, we'd use them again.

We received multiple quotes for our siding project. Mike with Burwell Construction came in offering the best price and service plan. The work started on the promised date and progressed as scheduled. The workmen respected our property and I felt they went beyond expectations with their skill and materials used.
I have since requested two additional quotes from Burwell for unrelated projects. Once you find a good contractor you stick with them!

Burwell Construction did an excellent job siding and painting my house. Mike explained the process and cost. He made my decision to go with Burwell easy. He worked with me on scheduling the date. The siding and painting team of Don, Manny, Shaun and Ryan were punctual and professional. They cleaned up at the end of every day. They were happy to answer all of my questions. I am very pleased with their work.

Burwell has done 2 roof for us, One on our pervious home and one on our current home. Recently they did the siding and windows on our current home. There quote was reasonable. And always the work was excellent. and quick. They had to put a large window in my foyer so scaffolding had to be installed. I have small children so of course they informed it would be up and work quickly to get it back down. And it is always a pleasure working with Bryan parks.

If I could give Burwell 10 stars, I would!

They recently built a deck for us. It is absolutely fantastic and beautiful.

Burwell Construction just completed replacement of three windows in our home and we are very pleased! Mike kept in touch with us with for delivery updates to make sure we were scheduled as soon as our windows were delivered. The Burwell crew was knowledgeable, efficient and did a very professional job. We have already discussed siding replacement to be done in the near future!

I was very pleased with the job done by Zack on my roof repair.
He took extra time to make sure that the touch-up paint matched.

I contacted this company through Google and got a fast response via text (❤️) from Kale and we set up a time for an estimate to replace our fence. I’m not one to enjoy phone calls so I loved that I was contacted through a text. Kale was amazing from start to finish, very responsive and on top of any questions or concerns we had. The crew that installed the fence was just as courteous and efficient. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had a privacy fence put up. Very professional. Communicated well with us. Hauled off our old chain link fence and did a great job with cleanup. Very pleased with the work done. We felt the price was very reasonable for the quotes we got.

We hired Burwell Construction Inc to remove and replace our old screened in deck as it was old, weathered and leaning. We could not be happier with the final result. The workmanship is just outstanding. A roof now covers the whole deck — now the deck looks like it is part of the house. The men cleaned up each day, picking up nails, debris, they were very courteous and great to talk to. They acknowledged any minor changes we wanted and even had a few suggestions for us. Burwell replaced our roof two weeks ago. The job was completed quickly and professionally . Prior to this, they did necessary repairs until the insurance company completed their claim. David worked closely with our adjustor to get us the best settlement possible. I would recommend Burwell for any roofing needs.

Earlier this year we had a lot of roofing damage due to some strong KS windstorms. I wanted to use local, trusted company to do the work, and Burwell had done some minor repairs for us on the past. They worked with our insurance company seamlessly and made the entire roof and gutter replacement process super easy on all of the buildings on our property, even helping us upgrade to larger gutters due to the steep pitch of our house. The best part was that they cleaned up afterwards, too!! Zach, especially, was very responsive and had great communication throughout the project. I would definitely recommend the Burwell for all your roofing and guttering needs!

What a relief working with a contractor that shows up on time and does what they say they will do. I had an insurance claim from a major water damage. Burwell Construction was one of two companies that said they could quickly address my construction repairs. The other company dropped out as they didn't have what it took to get the job done.
Burwell sent David out and his bid was so detailed that my insurance company approved his estimate right away. The best part was the organization of the construction. Repairs required my kitchen, laundry room and utility rooms to be totally stripped. From start to finish the work was completed in FIVE weeks! David had subs in and out in amazing time and all the work was fantastic.
I worked in the Interior Design field for 20 years and never worked with contractor as organized and professional as David.

My wife and I have used Mike Lindsay at Burwell Construction several times. The first couple of times was to install a flat roof surface above the first story of our house that could also withstand walking on. The latest project involves constructing two porches and stairs using Timbertech materials. Each time, Mike was instrumental in identifying the necessary scope of work and even looked for opportunities to save money for his customer. Throughout the projects, Mike was onsite off and on overseeing the project progress and keeping the customer involved. We will be using them again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mike Lindsey (Sales Rep) and his crew (Danny/Manny) who took over a previously started project that had caused major stress when a contractor dumped it after a 7-month attempt. I was so very impressed from my initial meeting with Mike through job completion. Everything including the time start to finish was just as I’d been told. The men who worked on my deck knew what they needed to do, came with all supplies and tools they’d need, and were professional as they worked the job. I have used Cole Erb with Burwell for several projects. He has always been very professional and quick to help. His crews have done great work and I would recommend them for your home repairs.

We received several bids for siding on our home, Brian’s bid from Burwell was competitive and covered everything we wanted done. Brian stopped by everyday to check on his crew and the work that as being done. The Burwell crew did a great job, they arrived timely every morning and cleaned up everyday before they left. The crew was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the work that was done and will use them again the next time I have remodeling needs.

Finally a fix. Things happen, it is how you handle the problems.

Started great...but went down hill.

Did a quick job on my large roof. Looks good but leaks at chimney. They sent out a roofer to look at it. He decided it wss chimney cap. Cost me $600 to find out the leak is at the roof where chimney enters house. Notified them of problem. Waiting to hear what Burwell plans to do to correct the leak.

At this point I am reluctant to recommend them.

Two weeks and no follow-up.

It has been 2-1/2 months since I talked to Mike about the leak. Still no fix for the leak.

AVOID them. Looks like if you have problem you are own your own. NO help, NO support!

Finally heard from Mike. He will get out, look to find the problem and take action to get the problem fixed.

Hopefully this will be soon and I can delete this review.

Will update es things progress.

Still waiting. About 3 weeks ago, they were coming to look at the problem and make a fix.

Finally Burwell is back fixing the leak. During installation of roof damaged flashing removing old roof. Leak occurred at that point. Apparently the roofing sealant started allowing water in at the chimney, thus the leak.

Mike sent a picture to his crew that insisted it was not their leak.

Looks like it will be good. Will find out tomorrow night. Forecast is at least an inch of rain.

Had 1-1/2 rain last night. No indication of water coming in. Good job Mike. You got Burwell the increase to 3 stars.

Very happy with the work they have done on my home... Dave Andree has been exceptional to work with... I highly suggest you get Dave to help you with whatever home needs you need!

We have contracted Burwell on two separate occasions to install a new roof and gutters after hail storms. Our roof is a little challenging and they did a great job both times. The crews were friendly and did high quality work. They also removed and repaired a couple pergolas and did a great job. Whenever they encountered something unexpected, they proposed a solution and were efficient getting the work done. They brought in capable resources for stucco and electrical work. They were also fantastic working with our insurance company. Their credibility goes a long way with the insurance adjusters. Thanks Burwell for the great work!

Very professional company and I highly recommend. The craftsmanship was evident in their work and leaves me feeling confident in the future health of the repaired structures.

Mike originally came out to give us a quote for a few new pieces of siding. He noticed our house needed sealants in various places, so he then gave us a quote for a new paint job. Their prices are very reasonable, so we gave them the go-ahead. Every time Mike said he would call, he did. Every time he said he would stop by, he did. Despite a few weather delays, this project was done very quickly. Mike explained everything very well and is extremely knowledgeable. Their communication with us made this project go very smoothly. Our house looks awesome, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Mike and the Burwell team!

A phone call at this point will not help.

The salesman, Mike, was great. Very helpful pointing out issues and making sure insurance saw everything that needed to be fixed.

List of the bad:
- the roofing supplier dropped off product and knocked on my door at 5:45am with no notice before coming from them or Burwell. Including dropping shingles on my roof and waking up my children
-supplier left materials on my front lawn for several days before the crew started work
- roofing crew left a supplies scattered around my house including trash and shingles in shrubbery
- several nails found in my grass and yard after the job was finished
- gutters and down spouts were put up before my painter was able to come out and paint, even after I gave Burwell the date that my painter was coming out and they said they would not put anything up until after he was done painting
- I had to take down all the downspouts myself so my painter could work, for which I was reimbursed a lousy $15 for my 1.5 hours of work
- when I asked to provide an itemized receipt further breaking down specific costs that I was billed for the lady on the phone refused to do so, Kristen was her name
- Kristen was rude on the phone during our conversations about my bill and itemizations

You wont find a more honest and down right good hard working people to use on your home improvement needs.

They did a great job, though I had to buy a roller magnet to pick up nails so I didn't get flats on the mower.

Estimator came out within hours of call. Quoted me less than other roofers and that included premium shingles. They got the job done in one day and it looks great. Very pleased!

These folks are completely unskilled at what they profess to do. They make excuses for slip-shod siding and guttering work. Don't pay before you have a professional inspection of their work and are satisfied. Thank God I didn't let their salesman pressure me into new windows, too, or I'd be replacing those again as well. The owners will not respond to customer complaints in any way whatsoever except to threaten legal action if you don't just pay.
