They also did above and beyond for me because after the work was almost completed I changed my mind and wanted more color. Mason made that happen. My roof needed a complete re-do, underlayment included. It was getting to be a rather crisis situation. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, left a message, and promptly was called back. I was so impressed by the quickness and efficiency that my needs were addressed. They started on my roof even before the estimated time and were done with it before the estimated time as well. The job is excellent and well worth the money. Great company; Ive already made a recommendation to a friend.

Mason was just so lovely to work with. He came out to my property a few times and was so kind and gentle, letting me take my time to figure things out. I tend to go from left to right and up and down when I’m deciding on things, and he just went right along with me, no complaints at all. Even before I mentioned wanting the shake look, he had already given me a general idea of the cost and options, which was so helpful. He was very accommodating, even when I ended up changing some of the services. Nothing was ever a problem for him. He’s such a sweet young man, and I can’t say enough good things about him. I’m giving Mason 5 stars because he truly deserves it!

Team was quick and efficient. Cleaned up the yard after themselves each day. The owner called personally each day to check progress, see if we had questions, and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great company and love the results.

Builders Service Company recently completed installing new siding on my house as well as replacing two cracked windows. The windows are very nice. They are extremely sturdy for a window, and open extra smoothly. The siding is made of a composite material. It is easy to clean off. Most debris can be cleaned off with a low pressure garden hose. The technicians installing the siding and windows were highly skilled in their work. There is not one visible mistake anywhere. The white trim they installed around all windows is awesome. I won't be painting my house again except for in the inside. My house now looks very nice. The installation tech.s were very clean during the process in as far as cleaning up after themselves. No spare supplies or debris were left on the ground anywhere. I am pleased with my purchase and the quality of work performed. The team did everything they said they wood from the beginning. Working late here and there to get the job done didn't bother anyone on the team. I have no complaints. I now look at my house with pride now, not in half disgust as before. Remember the name Builders Service Company when next thinking about getting siding for your house or guest house. You won't be fooled or disappointed.

The house looks amazing, the install team was absolutely amazing! Mason is a great guy. Overall it was a 5-star experience. The cost sucked…but so goes life. I will say that the $10 Starbucks gift card they sent me as a “thank you” after spending over $54,000 was almost a slap in the face, but again, the house looks great and it was a very easy process.

Just to be clear. I never asked for a phone quote. He did not want to come and give a quote in person. It says free consultations. Owner Mason Ruppel not interested in giving a quote unless you are going to use his company.
He was Rude and unprofessional on the phone. I actually had 2 roofs that needed a bid.

They did a nice job on our window install. They were clean and picked up all debris after job was done. They were also polite.

For instance during the re-siding areas of rot were exposed in our wall. These were quickly and professionally repaired and we remain content that there aren't any 'time bombs' lurking in our walls.

Callback from Mason(?)/owner has to be the craziest conversation I ever had with a contractor.
He said that they were two weeks out just to survey prospective jobs, so I declined telling him we already have others coming this week, one tomorrow, to provide us bids. So suddenly, he can come this week, but his bid would not be lower because he has supply issues and they are a highly respected installer. I rationally point out that so do/are his competitors, and he became belligerent. I wish I had the ability to record that phone call, because if you were to hear it, you would never call this company for any project.

Seemed insulted that we asked for a bid, and angry for most of the visit. At one point during our visit, my husband had to step away to help with our children. Mason seemed very offended that he did not have my husbands total attention, and that he had to deal with me, a lowly woman. I felt like we spent most of the time dealing with his hurt feelings. He was very evasive about an actual quote and set a time limit on the vague number he gave "sign now or the deal is gone". Said he would not work with anyone that was going to "shop around, that 's not how I do business" . I don't understand how this guy actually does any business with his attitude. I guess he is looking for a rube that will take his word on everything. This guy sucks.

Our contractor John was amazing to work with. The crew was excellent and we were kept informed every step of the way. The crew cleaned everything up. We had a few windows replaced, new siding, new garage doors and an absolutely stunning deck. It looks like a brand new house! When it’s time to replace our roof, we know who we will be calling!

Builders Service Company put up beautiful premium vinyl siding on my historical home (built in 1873), and I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten! Every single person has said "what a gorgeous paint job," not knowing that it is actually vinyl siding. The reason people think it is an amazing paint job is because of the incredible attention to detail and technique that Builders Service Company provided with the installation; they took their time, and they even innovated in bending the siding to mimic the period details of my home. The result is stunning, and I could not be more happy with the finished result! Every detail of the project went well from start to finish, and I highly recommend Builders Service Company for its professionalism and value, and especially for the highest level of excellence in its craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal-- siding perfection!!

If you expect a written bid for your project you should contact another company. Also
I did not expect any contractor to bad mouth his competition. And further did not expect a lecture on how to make a marriage last a long time. If you want to experience all this and still not get a bid this is the place for you. Oh his saving grace was he showed up in person the very day you contact him.

Excellent customer service and constant contact to get our new roof put on in two days, including tear off. Highly recommend this company. Hard working crew and cleaned up the mess as they go. Great company, great work and great employer and employees.

I would strongly recommend Builders Service Company to anyone looking for a professional Business. We had a crew here for two weeks, our house is only 900 square feet then we added the carport and shed. The crew was professional at all times. They were competent and always arrived at said time. They have one crew member that does cleanup on the site, the yard was always picked up and clean.When they finished the job everyone including ourselves were delighted with the professional job they did. Our Contractor Son said they did an excellent job, he is really picky since he was in the business. Thank You Builders Service for a wonderful job. I found Mason the owner very forth coming with the price and what the product was. He was willing to work with us even though we had such a small place.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to work with this company. The guy came out says he owns the company he’s been doing this for 20 years but kept beating around the bush when it came to the price. Tells me every reason why they are more expensive than everyone else but still would not give me a price. Now I understand I was severely dressed down for the occasion so he probably felt like I couldn’t afford to pay them. As he kept throwing out numbers to see my reaction. Bottom line the sales person they sent out to evaluate my home was only interested in getting the most money out me they can because that means more commission! If you’re interested in overpaying for services Builders Service Company is definitely who you should be calling they love Clients who overpay without asking questions.
