Builders Select

Had item willing to find a couple of decent scrap pieces of wood. Went the extra mile to help a not so often customer (not a Carpenter or Contractor). Helped me feel appreciated.

All they care about is the big contractors.

Don't buy windows from this company. They don't know how to measure windows. They only measured the inside of my windows and never measured the outside. On Andersen windows you have to measure the outside to get the correct rough opening. The outside of the window will be larger than the inside.

Anyways the windows arrived and the contractor went to install them and said they are too small to fit the original rough opening. I'm talking a couple inches off! You could literally slide the new window through the original rough opening with ease and not catch anything. There was nothing to nail the flange to, that's how far off they were on their measurements.

They tried blaming it on me and wouldn't order me a new window free of charge. You are the one who measured wrong and I trusted you to measure the window correctly to fit the original rough opening.

It seemed intimidating at first(not knowing how it worked to buy lumber there) but they have always been friendly and get you taken care of quickly.
So we started using them for all of our home project needs.

Located close to home, service is always fast and friendly. The tiny price difference is absolutely worth it. No dodging hundreds of other customers and no waiting in line. I'll support this local business at every opportunity.
