Wonderful they did our roof in one day, but we’re still finding leaks and Thomas completely ghosted me on our window repair that was supposed to be completed with the roof project. Then tried collecting more than what was even put on the agreement and what our insurance would cover. Here we are 2 years later with still a broken window and leaks in our roof! Would NOT recommend!!

From the moment we had our first meeting with Jeremy Yates, we were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We felt a trust level with him. He was very helpful in assisting us in choosing a shingle color and answering all our questions and concerns.

When we were hit by a big hail storm, Buckshot was great to work with. They were prompt on returning my call and came out to inspect our damage right away! BGC was in our area after a hail storm and offered to assess our damage. We were skeptical at first but so glad we had Bradly look at our roof, gutters and porch. He helped us throughout the entire process, from getting our insurance to pay for the damage to seeing it through until the work was complete. He was always easy to get ahold of and took time to answer all of our questions. He even came back after the roof was installed to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product, which we are!

BGC was in and out in 3 days and did a great job roofing my 100+year old Victorian home with its peaks and very steep angles! The clean up was perfect and left nothing behind! I highly recommend for all of your exterior needs!!

Ryan Walker was so patient I had to get some funding from the state and it took quite a while and he hung in there with me and they did a beautiful job got the house done in one day it took a while for them to get their payment a few weeks again they were so patient highly recommend them

Brad went above and beyond to help me out. He went and fought with my insurance company to get everything covered even after the insurance company sent out thier own adjuster and denied my claim at first. Brad came out, took very in depth pictures of the hail damage on my roof and handled everything with my insurance company. I really didn't have to do anything. These guys made everything super easy and painless. Their team was very professional and helped in any way they could. I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Insurance companies can be tricky to deal with. They are looking for ANY reason not to cover a claim. Always have a contractor present during an insurance company inspection. I don’t use contractors for ANYTHING if I don’t have to. If necessary, I thoroughly investigate the company their contract terms, company insurance other associated paperwork. BGC checked all the boxes and I worked with Chad Henthorn who met with our insurance adjuster during their inspection. I would say the damage claim was a 50/50 crapshoot on the adjuster covering the roof as the damage was not severe or clear cut by any means. Not only did Chad secure coverage for an entire new replacement roof, he also pointed out damage to gutters, windows and our air conditioner unit. All items the insurance adjuster overlooked or ‘did not notice’. Chad answered every call and text or returned my call within minutes during the entire process from start to finish. Very responsive and professional to work with. The roof and two skylights were replaced and not one drop since. I was present during the roof replacement and requested additional ice and water shield around the skylights beyond the manufacturers minimal requirements. Chad was very accommodating and EVERY request I had was taken care of. I’m pretty skeptical of most contractors because of numerous horror stories I’ve heard of from friends and family who have been shafted. One of their competitors replaced my brother-in-laws roof from that same storm. That other company reused his old 20 year old skylight AND also reused the old rubber seal to save a few bucks. Of course, the next rainfall his roof was leaking from the skylight down into the basement causing extensive damage to the interior of their home. It was an absolute nightmare for him to get repaired and took months to fix. That roofing company told him he needed to file another claim with his homeowners insurance carrier as the company he used had an expired insurance policy!!! BGC and Chad Henthorn serviced serval other houses on our street and they all spoke nothing but good things about Chad, BGC and the final product they received. I actually took Chad out fishing with our kids while he was in town. I would recommend BGC and particularly Chad Henthorn.

Chad was awesome. He went the extra mile with our insurance company to make sure we got full coverage for the hail/wind damage to our property.

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and the quality of craftsmanship of Buckshot General Contracting. The day I decided to get estimates on my roof repair/replacement I called 5 different roofing contractors, and I received a prompt call from Buckshot the next day! Out of the other 4 contractors, only one returned my call - over a month later! The remaining three never called at all. This was in February, so it is not as if they were all out on the job, too busy to get back. So I place my first judgement on a company that I know will be there once the money is paid and contracts signed. And Buckshot scored excellent in that respect! They also kept in touch continuously throughout the inspection and bidding process, and were prompt to meet with my home insurance adjustor.
Buckshot General Contracting came in with a very affordable price and they use high quality GAF Products. I was struck by their prompt arrival on the day of the roofing and the skills of their work crew and Field Supervisors. Everything was done with care and consideration to the landscaping and my historic home. I do highly and confidently recommend Buckshot General Contracting!

Had 9 roofs done. Great job ,great cleanup, 1 house sided. Would highly recommend them for all your storm repair needs. Very great to work with!

Buckshot was able to work with my insurance company to achieve a desired outcome. At first my insurance company was dismissing some of the damages to my home. Buckshot was able to step in and assist me with my adjuster. In the end I am extremely please with the service they provided and also the quality of the work that was done. House looks great!!

Having mold problem on siding installed by Buckshot. I previously had older siding which they removed and replaced. Prior to their siding there was no molding on my house, only since their putting siding on has mold appeared. The siding is thin and already has holes in it. I so regret using this company. Two pieces on back side have fallen of the house. I will follow up

After the hail damage they had 1 year to completely repair the house. They skipped fixing the roof, gutters leak, and they were susposed to find a contractor for the garage door. They also left TONS of nails in rock garden.

Overall workers ok, office workers are little lazy responding.

Buckshot is very professional, and gets the job done. The crews that they have are professional, safe, and leave the job spotless when completed. I would recommend them for anyone looking for exterior work. They are our roofing and siding contractor for all of our jobs.

We had hail damage to our roof in Denver. Our insurance recommended Buckshot. It was a bad, bad move -- and not only for hiring a Wisconsin company to do work in Colorado.

The best way to show Buckshot's ineptitude is via timeline:

May 8: Massive hail storm in Denver

June 3: After nearly a month's wait, Thomas from Buckshot came and inspected the roof. We choose tile color and gave him a check for out deductible. We didn't want gutter work done, so Thomas told us we would get that money back once the job was done. Thomas assured us the work would be done within a month.

July 12: Buckshot cashes our check. We follow up about getting the work done. No response. Several calls over several days later. Nothing. We engaged our insurance company who got in touch with Buckshot. Still, no action.

August: Another person from Buckshot comes to the house because Thomas got fired. This person inspects the roof. We have to re-chose tile color. A couple weeks later, materials are delivered. No work is done.

September: Permit paperwork is delivered. Despite more calls from us, no work is done or schedule. We engage the insurance company again. They talk about starting legal action to get our deposit back.

October 1: Nearly 5 months later, the work gets done. But Buckshot has left various tools and materials in our front yard this whole week. A fellow from Buckshot called this morning, saying he'd pick it up when he gets payment. Gets payment? We cut them a check FOUR MONTHS AGO. They cashed is THREE MONTHS AGO. Also, remember that Thomas said we'd get a refund. So I'm afraid we're looking at dealing with this completely inept company for months more to straighten this out.

Long story short: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

UPDATE: The Buckshot response (below) came a YEAR LATE, and their excuses are flat out lies. Trash response from a trash company. Read my review, and their response. It's clear this is a company you don't want to have anything to do with.
