I had a great experience at the service center today. Josh was friendly and helpful, and the technicians were able to fix the problem I was having with my car. They even had a paint pen in the color I needed!

Worked with Joel on finding the right truck and appreciated how patient and informative he was throughout. Mike, the GM, made the numbers and paperwork part simple and transparent, which isn’t always the case at dealerships. No pressure, good communication, and overall a smooth process from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Great place to buy and service my vehicle!!! Josh in service was super helpful and not pushy. Mike and Joel helped me get I to my new EV Silverado and were upfront about everything. Patrick the paperwork guy made it very easy and quick. Definitely recommending them to my family and friends!

Had a 9 AM Thursday appointment. They’ve had my car for five days with no communication and nothing done on my car. Nobody knows what’s going on there. And they didn’t give me a car while mine sitting there doing nothing. They say we don’t have a car to give out.

UPDATE: The cleaning results are horrible. Their mechanic left the oil stains in MY vehicle. It is their responsibility to fix the issue. They promised to clean and rectify the issue. There is no improvement. I sincerely believe that no one even attempted to clean the areas. Now I have oil marks on my 2023 vehicle at their expense. If I could give zero stars I would. Just very poor customer service.

By pass this dealership!! First visit was an oil change on a Friday at 4pm. After getting in my vehicle, noticed oil markings on the inside of the roof of my vehicle. Returned to dealership the, however their detailer was gone for the day. Service man attempted to clean it up, but unsuccessful. Said to bring vehicle back anytime M-F between 8 and 4pm and we'll take care of it and throw in an outside detail of the vehicle for my troubles. Returned the following Thursday to have cleaned and they re-negged on the detailing offer. Not good customer service in my opinion.

All lost keys for a 2001 Pontiac Formula Trans Am WS6 6 speed. Cut the keys for free after going to Stoughton gmc they couldn't find the arm to cut single cut keys. Thank you! I won't be buying a new junk car from you but service department is great!

4.5 stars— worked with Jace and he was extremely nice and extremely helpful to work with. Answered all questions and helped us get the needs/wants we had asked for. Was a very good experience with this dealership vs some of the others that I have been too.

They fixed the issue, it was not warranty related. So, not the tires needing rotating like the lady guessed. So I stand by my initial reasoning; there is no need to scare people by guessing all the 568 things that could be wrong and not covered by warranty.

I'm going to update this review AFTER my sister's car is finished. Thus far it has been rocky. When we called to get warranty work done, the little lady who we spoke with gave my sister a list of items that are not covered. As you can imagine this is information offered so quick, before a qualified mechanic has seen the car makes you suspicious that they are already looking for ways to not cover their own warranty. Which is a problem if you buy a car here.

Just recently bought a new Tahoe at Broadhead Chevy. I hate car shopping however I worked with Jace he made it painless, very knowledgeable young man, I can actually say a pleasure to work with. I purchase my Chevrolet Silverado EV LT in December 2024 and the process could not have been better. They care VERY LITTLE. Just had a friend recently let go as a result of "moving forward". When in reality they just hired someone else just for the heck of it. They made him do way more than what he was expected and punished him when he didn't do it. I've also been told the service manager does not care in the slightest about customer vehicles. I came here once to have my Silverado looked at only to be told by Tim "you'll have to go somewhere else". Have already told all my friends to go someplace else. Absolutely ridiculous.

Needed to schedule a tire rotation and oil change. Easy to make an appt. The staff are always very helpful and timely on scheduling. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me and immediately began processing the check in procedure. Once completed the staff went over the bill, the check off list of all that was done and tested. The personnel at Brodhead Chevrolet are an AWESOME! team! The work done is appreciated! Additionally, new wiper blades were installed at my request and just so pleased with the service received. I am a repeat customer!

After taking my GMC Yukon to another dealership close by and where I purchased it (used) and calling 3 times and then never getting a call back as to what was wrong with it I decided to call Brodhead Chevy. They were great. Kept me informed as to what was wrong with the vehicle and working with my warranty company to get it taken care of. I admit, I'm an idiot with cars and have no interest in learning about them. I just like what I like and want it to work properly. Brodhead Chevy took the time to explain what was wrong and what they'd do to repair it. I am so pleased with the service I will likely buy my next new car with them. If they keep up this service the neighboring Chevy Dealership better beware, once my favorite is no longer. Brodhead Chevy has won me over.
