My siding was installed 5 years ago and it has begun to fade already. I recently reached out to Tracey as there were 2 bird strikes and the siding crumbled like paper. He came out to look and then I haven't seen him since. He won't answer my calls. Such poor customer service. The siding was expensive and if I had known I'd be treated so poorly, I would have selected another vinyl company. Anyone choosing this company should really consider problems with the siding in the future and go with someone else

I contacted Buckeye Vinyl and was surprised when my call was answered by the owner! He was incredibly responsive and since I called at the end of the day- he was out the next day to take a look at my issue with a missing piece of roofing that we thought was causing water to leak into our home. Instead of ripping us off- he assured us the missing piece wouldn't be causing the water issue and was just cosmetic at that point. Regardless, we wanted the section fixed and he had someone at our house Saturday morning to complete the quick fix. I appreciated the quick response and honesty from the owner.
