This was an extremely pleasant experience. Christopher was not pushy & I will recommend him to anyone I know that is looking to buy.

My vehicle was taken in promptly, I was kept informed of the progress of the service by my service writer.

Had a Dr’s appointment and they made sure my vehicles was ready in time since I live out of time. They also did an extensive inspection when I told them I ran over a 2x4 on the interstate a week prior. Just a bunch of good guys and women.

The service department was able to get me in and out and a short amount of time. Communicating with me all the time about what was needed for the repairs.

Stopped in to get a best price on an F-150 that I had been watching online. Salesman quoted price higher than what was being advertised on their webpage. Once I pointed that out to him, he seemed surprised. He then verified that the price on the website was indeed lower than what he (or the sales manager) quoted me. He went back to the sales manager to discuss and came back to inform me that the price on the website was "a mistake" and that they would get it fixed. I had been checking that vehicle online for some time and knew how long that price was there. If it is a "mistake", then that is a red flag since they weren't aware of what was being advertised online. I asked the salesman "So, you are not willing to honor the price advertised?" and he said "No, because it is a mistake/wrong". This comes across as deceptive/false advertising. The online price has not changed despite the urgent need to "fix it".

Salt of the earth unbelievable people. Helped me and fixed my bronco I less than a week. They are all around just great people. Can’t thank them enough!

Every single person there met me with smiles! Service was timely and all of my concerns were resolved! I’m so grateful for hometown service and for being treated like family!

I've been waiting on a recall on my 21 Aviator rear camera. This has been since before Oct 2023 and was recently told I was number 50 on list of 100 and to just be patient. I called Oustalet and they received part in TWO days. It took a couple of weeks to have installed but I was first customer and job completed within an hour. I am very impressed with Oustalet dealership and will go to them for next purchase. Love and miss the hometown service they provide. Thanks Oustalet Lincoln !!!.

You will never find a more knowledgeable and caring dealership then Oustalet Ford. The whole Oustalet family goes to great lengths to make you feel welcome and glad to be part of of the great experience of buying a vehicle from them. I have delt with more then a few dealerships in my life but the Oustalet dealership is by far a first class experience. I highly recommend using them for all of your automotive needs especially if you are in the market for a new vehicle, which I can tell you from buying one from them was a great experience.

They let me charge my EV while road tripping. They even moved a car so I could plug in, nice!

Not enough various selections of cars/trucks. Prices are a bit high considering the window sticker price. Also, I was given a check for my selling/trade-off of my vehicle which was way below fair market value. My star rating is based on two very important factors from a customer(me)/public stand point as potential customers.

I have experienced nothing but 5 star service from Kirk Conner for many years. I have never received this quality of service anywhere else.

I just purchased my Expedition in April, and my A/c is no longer blowing cold air, and we are in the middle of summer! Called the service department to schedule to bring it in, and they can’t fit me in until a month out! I will NEVER purchase from them again!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Kept my car for 3 months! Car sat for 5 weeks and they had not even looked at it then the mechanic left to go to class and car sat another 3 weeks. Then that same mechanic quit so my car sat another month. No remorse No courtesy at all. Was told 3 different amounts to pay. Just ridiculous!

Purchased a new truck. It had to be ordered Bill was very helpful providing information and updates while I waited for the truck to be built. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. Very pleased with the service.

Man these people really took care of me. I was looking for a family vehicle and they had one that I wanted. I spoke to Bill on the phone and he took care of everything. They gave me a very reasonable price for my trade in. I drove 7 hours from Arkansas to Louisiana and met with them. Everyone was nice and professional. Literally spent about an hour and fifteen minutes in the place. They weren't trying to pressure me to get a bunch of add-ons and the finance portion was the best I've gone through. Very genuine people. A week after I got the vehicle the DMV was calling me telling me my paperwork was in for my tags. That is the quickest ANY dealership has ever gotten my paperwork in, even ones near me that I've gotten vehicles from. The last two dealerships actually sent the paperwork late which resulted in penalties. This is why I now save my reviews until after I've gotten my tags. I highly recommend doing business with them.

This place here is nothing but a bunch of liars and crooks especially darren oustalet and allen at tge used cars. I had a problem with a vehicile when i first bought it and complained and let my salesmen allen know about it multi. Times he wouldnt return phone calls nothing then lied to me about a windshield. Finally i decide to go get the problem fixed myself and see whats wrong come to find out all 4 tires were bad i went to darren oustalet to let him know whats going on and tell him ive been contacting my salesmen about it and he looks at me and tells me its his word aganist yours

Brought my car that I just got from bubba oustalet too them to fix it they were nice and friendly and helpful but now it sounds worse then it did before they tried to fix it and the timing chain needs to be replaced with the whole timing chain kit with the water pump because I talked to a ford mechanic I got another appointment coming up with them for my car and last time I took my car there to get it fixed my airbag light came on when I was on my way back home I told them about it at the shop but when I left with my car that I thought they fixed everything on it that needed to be fixed and I noticed the airbag light is still on and the timing chain is making a loud noise and it's starting to overheat because the timing chain on this car runs the water pump so I'll see what they can do to fix the problems with my car and update this review after.

Update today just got my car back today and it was fixed right its running like new this time thank y'all so much for fixing my car and getting us to our doctors appointments will go back for any of my car maintenance needs or to repair it they kept there word and fixed it again thank everyone at bubba oustalet ford service department

Thank you so very much for 5 star service Bubba Oustalet Chevy when my driver was desperately needed help with disable truck on i-10. Phillip diagnosed quickly as soon as open, and took care of problem in most economical way, and even picked up my driver from the hotel to the dealership. Now, he is back on the road. What more can i say "thanks for the 5 star services" .....

Terrible service across the board, with the exception of my salesman.
Finance was awful, receptionist was awful, service was THE WORST.
I have a 2020 flex fuel vehicle, I have a full tank of e85 (85% alcohol fuel) and my brand new vehicle was giving me a check engine light. I tested the fuel in my tank and confirmed it was quality fuel. My truck was reading 15% alcohol in the fuel. I checked this prior to bringing it in, so clearly some sensor/calibration is off if I know for a fact there is 85% ethanol in it but the computer is reading 15%.
Service called to tell me I had too much alcohol in my fuel. I tried to explain E85 was 85% alcohol. The service manager is clearly uneducated/lacks knowledge of this and wanted to argue that 15% was too much. (It’s too much for regular gas, but way too low for ethanol) They also lied about taking my vehicle for a 10 mile test drive and when I pointed out that I saw it in Ford pass they changed their story. Service manager caught a terrible attitude and hung up.
They also did an oil change. Just got an update on Ford pass to find out they wiped out all my points (they charged over 6,000 more points than the last dealer for the same oil change)
I refuse to go back to this dealer. I would not recommend this place to anyone else.
