I can't say enough good things about my experience at Bubba Oustalet Chevrolet-Cadillac, INC. in Jennings, Louisiana! My truck started acting up just as we were gearing up for a much-anticipated vacation to Florida. It felt like the engine was about to give out, and I was genuinely scared.

I pulled into the dealership at 8 AM, hoping for the best but fearing the worst. From the moment I walked in, Cassie greeted me with a warm smile and quickly took care of my warranty information. Her professionalism and reassurance immediately put me at ease during a stressful situation.

Hunter, the technician, worked diligently on my truck and had it fixed in just 2 hours. I was incredibly impressed with how efficiently he diagnosed and resolved the issue. Thanks to their quick service, we were back on the road and on our way to Florida in no time!

All they did was told me lies after lies. After the fact so many things wrong with the vehicle. And my 2000.00 dollar down payment was met but they are making me pay them another 500.00$ down payment, my finance company told me not to pay it but they said they were going to hand it over to the lawyer and take me to court consumers so I pay what I can every week. The only good thing I have to say is they did get help me get financed and I thank them for that

We had EXCELLENT service. We were towed in and our Cadillac had a diagnostic and was fixed on record time. Associates were very caring and friendly. Very satisfied with their service and definitely will be considering purchasing my next car here. Job well done!

Employees were nice and all greeted happily. Very few cars on the lot. I created a service appointment on the website using the $63 oil change. Was told during checkout that a printed copy of the coupon was needed. I paid the full cost and will stick with other dealerships for oil changes.

I Nickal Beverly went for oil change and tire rotation. after work was completed tech showed me my cabin and air filters they were crack and broken on my previous visit the were in good shape with that said i dont they were check on previous visit your tech just check it off.

LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE READ TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP. I live 4 hours away from Jennings, LA but called a truck that was a great deal on their lot. I called the dealership and told them I was interested in buying the truck. They provided great communication and answered all my questions. They held the truck for me until I arrived the following morning and had the truck ready for me to test drive. I had a little issue contacting the credit union to get the ball rolling and Chelle grabbed every phone in sight and called their number and finally got someone on the phone to complete the process of my loan. They did not play any games with me and did not try and sell me on any extras. They asked their typical questions for add ons and extras and when I said no thanks they moved to the next step in the process. If I am not mistaken one of the owners was outside putting the finishing touches on the detail of my truck. I was impressed with the entire staff and their hospitality. I left my check book and to avoid the 4% card fees I was going to have to drive 40 min to Lafayette and 40 min back to get them the money but instead the owner sent a mechanic to drive to the bank and collect my check to avoid the extra 40 min drive back. Business is business and they're there to sell vehicles and I, the customer, am there to get the best deal I can on a quality vehicle. I got my truck at a great deal and all the hospitality was a bonus to the whole experience. I really felt like we were on the same team and they were there to get me a truck at the best deal and were willing to go above and beyond to make that happen. Although I was not here to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that if you are you visit this place! I was here along a parade route and they had some nice, new inventory. They did not have as many vehicles as they once had prior to pandemic but they have a decent amount to check out. I have dealt with this business throughout the years for other issues with their mechanic shop, the customer service was always excellent. Every employee I've ever encountered from this company has always been very professional and polite. Don't sleep on this dealership when shopping for your new ride, I am sure with some negotiations, you can get a deal you will like from them on a vehicle you will love.

Everyone was incredibly helpful in the process of ordering and purchasing my first new car! The process for ordering my Bolt was painless. I love my Chevy Tahoe. However, there was a recall on my Lincoln Aviator which Ford Lincoln has yet to resolve which cost me $15,000 on my trade. I should not have been penalized financially for something that was beyond my control.

The staff is friendly and professional,building always fresh and clean. A good selection of vehicles to choose from and the mechanics have been there awhile so I am comfortable with having any work done on my vehicle.

Mrs. Guidry got my truck taken care of very quickly, even without making an appointment. I was originally there to pick up floor flinders I had ordered when I mentioned to her that I believed there was an infotainment update for my truck. She had my truck updated as soon as a serviceman was available and even had them install my floor liners for me so that I didn’t have to. I have bought vehicles from various dealerships and Bubba Oustalet is by far the best dealer I have visited and purchased from.

I was told my coupon wasn’t used because service cost were more expensive. This makes no sense because it’s their coupon! How can you choose not to use the customer’s coupon when it’s valid! Very dissatisfied with the service. Car has been in shop for over month waiting on repairs. Every time I call it's a different story. Call at one time oh waiting on parts. Call back hour later for 800 number oh all my parts are in. Call back today now they waiting on bumper. Have to turn in rental today and will be without a car for a week or that's what they say. They say don't have a loaner program or rental program.
I will be looking for a new dealership to buy vehicle from and to have service done.
