Tim was so helpfull and this shop did a great job on my truck. I have a big 3500 HD flatbed and had water damage in the roof. Other shops turned me away due to the size of my truck. They kept me updated and the process was smooth. Truck is all fixed up and I don't have one bad thing to say!

Got an honest opinion and like his philosophy on making repairs. Treats it like he is repairing his own. Work starts around the 18th.

I was presented with a rare opportunity recently. My daughter and I were in fender-benders at the same time. My car only had minor damage, while my daughter’s car needed much more extensive repairs. Our insurance company told us to go to Caliber Collision in McKenna, WA, but I had heard great things about Brogan Auto Repair in McKenna, WA. Being the policy holder on both vehicles, I decided to compare experiences at both places, and use Caliber Collision in McKenna, WA for my vehicle, and Brogan Auto Repair in Rainier, WA for my daughter’s vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off at Caliber on November 16th, at which point the person checking my car in told me they couldn’t order any replacement parts until my vehicle was already in the shop, and they didn’t know how long it would take. Although the staff was professional and courteous enough, and my car came back looking normal, it took until December 14th, TWENTY-NINE DAYS, to complete a VERY MINOR fender-bender repair, causing me to have to pay a fortune in rental car fees. On the other hand, with my daughter’s car, Brogan Auto Repair ordered the parts ahead of time, allowing my daughter to continue driving her own car until the repair could be started. We dropped her car off at Brogan’s on a Monday, and by Thursday it was ready to be picked up, and looked good as new. Overall experiences were:

Brogan = AWESOME!

Caliber = SUCKS!

Sorry, Caliber. Twenty-nine days compared to four days tells a lot about service and customer care. Your parts ordering policy and long repair time cost me a fortune in out-of-pocket rental car fees and completely spoiled my experience with you, and I’ll be sharing my experience with all of my referral contacts.

Brogan, I'll be using you if I ever need auto body repair again, and I'll be sure to give you a shout out to all my referral contacts. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter!

Really nice local business! Auto body work was the reason for my visit. While a small shop, they do excellent work. As they are very busy, Tim isn't always available but his office staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is scarce because they have so many jobs in the shop, so you might park on the street. I highly recommend these people!

This is the only place I will go for body work. I’ve taken all my cars here. I had a 2012 WRX that had the drivers side doors kicked in. They were totally messed up and my insurance adjuster wanted Tim Brogan (the shop owner) to bondo and paint the doors. But Tim refused. He told the adjuster that this is a brand new vehicle (it only had 7,000 miles at the time) and that it needs to have new doors put on. And that’s exactly what happened. Thanks Tim.

When I got rear-ended, my dad suggested I take my vehicle to Tim (he had done some excellent work for my dad in the past). I followed my dad's advice and took my beloved car to Brogan Auto Repair, and Tim and his guys did some awesome and efficient work with all OEM parts. My car is good as new, and I couldn't be happier! Tim was also a great help with the insurance company (he knows the ins and outs with them); the whole process was made so much easier for me. I really hope I don't have to get my car repaired again, but if for some reason I do, I'm definitely taking it back to Brogan Auto Repair!

I have been taking all of my vehicles here for years. My family and friends have been so impressed with his work that they all take their vehicles to Brogans now. Tim is extremely honest and does exceptional work. I will drive/tow my vehicles over an hour just to have him work on them. I would recommend everyone to go see Tim.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
