Had our porch beams and railings along with the stairs done last weekend. Very professional, showed up on time, respected our area and finished same day. Very reasonable in price. Will use Brison again.

I hired B Swank Remodeling LLC Bryson to complete a three season addition which a local contractor did not complete and did not do many aspect of the job correctly. Bryson pointed out other issues of the room I was not aware of. He provided me an estimate and time frame to complete the project. He had to re do the siding, put house wrap under the siding , fixed the roof, complete the indoor trim, re grout the tile on the floor, hang two interior doors and a few other items. All which were not done or done incorrectly from the original contractor. I am glad I did not pay the original contractor final payment b/c many error in the building which Bryson completed and his work was done correctly. Thanks Bryson. You are a trust worthy , professional , caring contractor who gives 100% and completes jobs within the time frame doing EXCELLENT work.

I hired Brison for a full flooring remodel. Brison did exceptionally work! Everything was done in a quick manner and to perfection. Brison was very kind and ensured everything was cleaned up after he was done and returned everything back to its place. He has very reasonable pricing. Wonderful work! We did a full tear down of our kitchen and the wall between the kitchen and one car garage.
Bryson came in and lowered the floor to match existing floors. Practically had to reframe every wall because of the condition.
The floor, cabinets, backsplash all turned out amazing and just in time for me to just Easter Dinner!!

Brison has good character, was communicative, knowledgeable, hardworking and an all around good guy. He took up a deck job, redoing what the contractor before him had done so wrong, which is an undertaking everyone wouldn't do. Brison made effort to save money in this endeavor where possible and was attentive to my preferences as a homeowner.

Brison did a wonderful job on our bathroom trim. He was very well prepared. He is a true professional,he layed drop cloth runners to the bathroom from the front door of entry. He went out of his way to make us very happy. He took his time & did it right,not like alot of contractor's today. I highly recommend this young man. We will have him back.

I was in need of having the deck on my house resurfaced. During some prior work I was doing on the deck, I found several areas of rot around our gazebo, which was attached to the deck. I called several contractors to quote some bids for the work to resurface the deck and address the areas of concern with the gazebo. During this process, I contacted 3 different contractors, among them was Brison Swank, the owner of B Swank Remodeling. Upon calling Brison, he listened to my concerns and the scope of work I was suggesting. I set an appointment with Brison and he came out the next day. Brison was very professional, courteous and prompt in assessing the situation. During the initial estimate, Brison took a good bit of time measuring the areas and putting together the basis of his quote. The next day, he provided me with a quote for the work which detailed the cost of the labor and materials needed to resurface the deck and address the issues with the gazebo. Brison wasn't the cheapest quote, but I decided to go with him based on his professional demeanor. Brison gave me a time frame to complete the work and he also was upfront about other projects he was currently working.
Prior to the week of the work to be performed Brison followed up with me and set a time to have the materials delivered. The material was delivered promptly and upon inspection of the wood delivered, it was evident that Brison took the time to ensure the boards were not cracked or warped. Brison has assistants who were very helpful and were attentive to ensure that each day of work progress was being made. At the end of each day, the job site was completely cleaned and all tools were put away, swept or dusted. During the tear-off of the decking material it became evident that there were several other areas of rot and damage due to the age and wear of the structure. Each time an issue cropped up, Brison communicated with me directly and thoroughly to advise of new change orders. I appreciated this process, because it let me know the additional cost and time needed to finish the project. I have worked with several contractors over the years, but I have never worked with someone like Brison who pays attention to detail at this level. I watched Brison on more than one occasion, install and then remove boards because he was not satisfied with the cut or lay out. Brison made excellent suggestions about the structural integrity, design and look of my project. He also had several hundred photos of work he had completed on other projects, which was helpful. Brison is excellent at communication, every time I had questions or concerns he answered them right away and always in the same day. The end result of the work was exceptional, I was very happy with the outcome of my project. If you are looking for somebody who is professional, courteous, on-time and communicative I would highly recommend Brison Swank Remodeling.

Brison responded quickly and was very professional and friendly. He was meticulous with each individual niche that we had in our shower. He always showed up on time. He is a hard worker. Very pleased with the final look of our shower.

Brison remodeled our bathroom. He was honest, great at communicating when things were found that would need repairs, and accountable. Our bathroom needed a lot of work. His prices were great and our bathroom is more than I ever thought it could be! He did great work!

Brison and his crew did a phenomenal job making repairs and updates on our older home. They replaced facia, soffit, and several windows; built 2 new concrete porches, and replaced storm doors and outdoor lights.

We will definitely be calling Brison for our next remodeling project!

Bryson resided our home and replaced all soffetts and facia. He replaced our family room roof. He did an excellent job as detail is of importance to him. He also hung all new outdoor lighting. We appreciated this so much! We love our home repairs!!
