After some personal research for a home inspection, I landed on Wade. Reviews were good (rightfully so) and the prices were listed. Wade came out and inspected and explained everything. Our real estate agent gave us the name of a couple of inspectors. We needed this inspection done quickly as things were moving along rapidly. This company went out almost immediately and did a pretty thorough inspection two days before Christmas and completed their report the same day. Since we have not closed and moved in yet we don't know final exact results but it appears this company was very thorough. Thanks for the rapid response.
