Had shingles replaced due to hail damage. They were very efficient on the roof work. Also had gutters, soffit and some siding installed. There were a few hiccups on this part of the project but they came through in the end. The work was done when it was very cold out which probably caused the issues. Overall would definitely recommend BRH.

Sent a message on their website about hail and wind damage. Had a response within a half hour and they were able to come assess the damage that afternoon. Very pleased with there fast response. Lon did a great, job of explaining the process and where we go from there.

Phil Tetzlaff came buy for an estimate. He was very polite and informational. We still have estimates to review but Phil made our choice easier.

Very prompt with service and delivered what they promised. Very important they were excellent in dealing with my insurance company. They made the process easy. BRH is a great company and recommend them highly.

Worked extremely well with our insurance company to replace our damaged roof and siding. Our experience with BRH sales, office, and construction staff was very pleasant with prompt responses and follow through on any requests or concerns. We are very happy with our new siding and roof. The salesman I dealt with in the beginning was very knowledgeable and accommodating, everything after that went down hill. My roof was done while I was at work, I came home to a driveway full of nails. I called the next day and they sent someone out to clean up. Once again I come home from work after the second clean up and find nails sitting in the cracks of my drive way. I used a stick magnet and went around my house, finding a sandwich bag full of nails and a roofing blade in my garden. Next time they came they forgot to do my downspouts after I had signed a revision to the contract to pay for the work. The gutter crew also left a mess leaving a handful of brackets and metal scraps around the yard. The last time they were at my house they did the trim around my window, but failed to notify me when they were coming. The crew broke a piece of my lawn decor. We came to an agreement on what they would pay for it and I received half. Once again I had to pick up after the crew finding long strands of old caulk, metal scraps, and a segment of a razor blade. Overall clean up and communication were horrible, they did compensate a little bit for clean up, it wasn't much for the hassle I was put through.

The staff from BRH was great about explaining what would be done, and when, and how it would be paid for. They also recommended workmen they were acquainted with to do some extra masonry and carpentry work that was needed.
There was a minor problem — downspout not reconnected — but a supervisor was at my house the following day to check the work, and make any necessary corrections.

Overall, we had a very good experience. We did have some cleanup to do on our own after the project, but to be expected.

BRH was nothing short of exceptional for both our siding and roofing project on our house. They transformed the entire exterior, were willing to install and replace our light fixtures and vinyl wrap anything not naturally covered by siding. Additionally the customer service was great, willing to come out and fix/patch a few minor areas as we preferred.

We had hail damage on our roof . Bryse inspected the roof and determined there was damage and prepared an estimate. The work that was done to replace the roof and rain gutters was completed quickly and efficiently. Very good work.

We had a really great experience with BRH replacing our roof. They knew exactly what to do to help us with our insurance coverage. They were professional and prompt on the office side of things as well on the actual roof. The quality of their work was absolutely superb. I appreciated that Bryce was very informative and knowledgeable. I also appreciated Tim’s expertise on doing some custom skylights. The whole roofing crew was very efficient and they replaced the whole roof in one day. Edward handled all of our insurance needs on the back end and he made things go very smoothly. They also did a great job on our gutters and gutter guards. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to do this job. From start to finish we were impressed by everything they did. This is what RHM will be repairing.They were here Monday to close up all the damage done by a fallen tree. Several large holes in roof needed immediately. They responded within 30 minutes after being called. Highly recommended.

Our home got nailed by the big hail storm we got in June. BRH came out and accessed the damage. We had a lot of damage including all our roof vents smashed which caused leaking and one ridge that was leaking. Bryce came out several times to tarp leaking areas. BRH does an amazing job guiding you through filing a claim with insurance and handling a lot of the dealing with insurance for you. We got a new roof, gutters, gutter guards, and a few other things, all covered by insurance thanks to BRH. I couldn't recommend a better company to work with. All the crews also do a great job. 10/10 recommend BRH!

My husband and I were incredibly impressed with BRH Enterprises. They did a great job in a timely manner. we would definitely use them again.

BRH replaced our roof after a hail storm damaged our 10-15 year old roof. We contacted BRH on the recommendation of our neighbor, and I would highly recommend them as well. From the time we contacted them and picked out the new shingle color to completion of the job, it was just over two weeks, and that includes their guys getting the entire roof replaced in one day. They arrived right at 7 AM and were at our house until about 5-6 PM. Their entire team, from their sales rep Ron, to their receptionist Liz, to the guys actually working on the roof, everyone is very nice to work with, courteous, and professional. They explain everything and make every step in the process easy. I would include pics of the new roof but it is snow covered right now. The roof itself looks so much better, and we were able to pick the black shingle color that we wanted instead of the orange/red that was there. Our neighbors have walked by and told us that our house looks so much better/different with the new roof.

I like the job they did and they were fast and did their job on point they came and did their job and left my yard nice and clean I put the before and after of the front yard

Called BRH about a possible leak and if they could look at the roof for the leak and also in general. They were out the same week that we called and reviewed the roof and possible area of the leak. Their review determined everything was good and no water was coming in and the roof looked good. Gave us their card for future reference. No unnecessary sales pitch or trying to sell us a new roof. Awesome service and very credible.

Once all the insurance stuff was figured out , BRH did a great job! Very attentive. Great communication and patience with our insurance.

Called after 4pm on Tuesday for a loose piece of fascia, Tim came out the next afternoon and repaired it quickly! Very friendly, professional and affordable. I will definitely call them again for any siding needs.

Roofing crew was fabulous! They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned the site throughly upon completion. BHR rep could have followed through more as my requests were not communicated to the crew upon their morning arrival, but he did assist with a shingle choice and I couldn’t be happier with my pick!

The entire experience with BRH was amazing. I could not recommend them enough. They spent hours going through various options for our house. They answered all of our questions. And they showed up when they said they would. The crew is the best I have ever seen. They are real professional and installed everything exactly the way it should be at every step. They cleaned up and were very careful not to damage anything around our home. They replaced our damaged roof and skylights.

Darren Farmer was the rep sent out and he was right on time, very personable and explained everything to me that needed to be done in very understandable terms. He did everything he could to help us get the job done as quickly as possible due to having to close a real estate transaction. And to top it off, the price was right!

We are using them to replace our roof due to the massive hail storm. Darren has been amazing to deal with throughout this process. Being first time homeowners we didn’t know what steps to take and he was extremely helpful and informative. He also had to come back out and tarp around our chimney because now we have damage inside our house due to roof leaking… and having to wait for our insurance company to figure out when we can actually get our roof replaced! After losing shingles to wind damage, my husband contacted BRH based on the reviews. The rep sent out to look at roof also noticed hail damage to our siding. They worked with our insurance, met with us in person, and answered all of our questions. The crew that worked on our roof finished it from tear off to last shingle on an 86° day,. They were efficient, polite, and very competent. The siding crew has been as hard working, dedicated, and skilled. Will work with BRH again.

7 men showed up at 7:00 A.M. and finished the roof at 2:45 P.M. They worked hard and quickly.
Very few nails were found after the job was done.
I highly recommend them.

I found BRH online, and I'm so glad I did. BRH was great to work with, responsive, helpful, patient, not pushy, and genuinely wanted to help navigate what was best for our re-roof project. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Their crew was polite, and did a good job cleaning up afterwards too. If you're shopping around, I'd for sure suggest to include them in the shopping.

Sorry - this is long review.

We had a lot of hail damages in our area - we got hit with hail on two different occasions within a few weeks. I had someone stop by from BRH asking if I was interested in them taking a look at my roof to see if there was any damage. I had not contacted them and quite frankly was skeptical - are these just a bunch of storm chasers that will get the money from my insurance company and then do shoddy work. I did some research on them and everything looked good. So I thought, let's do it - Bryce (owner from BRH) met with the insurance adjuster and they inspected the roof together. This is when BRH (Bryce) really shined in my opinion. Bryce was not pushy or vocal with the adjuster. They just worked together - granted the damage was pretty apparent. The adjustor actually found some damaged siding that BRH repaired. At this time, I had not committed to anything with BRH (Bryce was not pushy to me either). I talked with the adjuster later to ask about BRH and his impression of Bryce - he had not heard anything negative about BRH and thought Bryce was excellent. So I signed up, it took my adjuster/insurance company some time to get everything to me. I worked directly with Bryce and later with Laurie in the office. Laurie and I had to work with insurance on getting everything settled and she was very patient also.

The crew got it all done within 1 day (I have a large roof and separate garage). They had a crew who finished up at a location close and called them over to help. The crew was top notch, they worked well - actually they were singing songs and having a great time working. I've had other roofing jobs done and they seemed to take a week. They cleaned up well and I found maybe one or two nails in the rocks but I really searched to even find those. Everyone was top notch.

I was one of the first people in my area that actually signed up with BRH - several people followed suit and we all were very happy.

I definitely would recommend them.

Called...sent a man to take pictures & measure up the job promptly. Albeit a small job got a quote in the mail right back. Scheduled the job...outstanding young lady handling the phones.

I had three quotes, all were about the same cost. My son told me everyone raves about BRH. I called them and they came out the next day. Andy saw hail and wind damage. No one else saw or mentioned this damage.

Andy met my insurance adjustor at my house and negotiated a $25,000 settlement for roof and siding work. As far as I'm concerned BRH is $25,000 lower cost than any of the other three that quoted my house.

The work was timely, quality and the workers are professional. I highly recommend BRH!

After receiving 5 quotes; I went with BRH to fix a leaking low pitched shingled roof, based on other customers' reviews. Bryce reccommended to go with a EPDM rubber roof; which they did in 1 day! The crew was great and I would reccommend this business to anyone. Big thumbs up! Next, I am going to have them replace my siding. :)

We needed a roof repair as soon as possible, and they fit us in as soon as possible. They did great work at a good price. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company. When my basketball hoop got a crack in the backboard during the roof repair, an employee of the company looked for a used one for me. He found one and even fastened it to the roof for me! Thanks for a job well-done!

Smooth operation all the way through. The salesman was informative and clearly offered and explained all options on my roofing job and was always available for any questions. The roofing crew worked hard and efficiently and were done in one day. Would definitely consider them for future projects.

The work was completed on schedule and to my great satisfaction.
They even took pictures from on top of the roof in order for me to inspect their progress from the ground.

Great experience through Bryce and the team. They were on time and were incredibly fast to get the roof and gutters replaced on our house and the roof replaced on our garage. I would definitely recommend contacting them for any exterior home repair services they offer.

Updating my original review.

I was able to get in contact with people at BRH and sorted out the communication problem. They sent Darren out to finalize the inspection and our contract and allowed leeway with the payment schedule. On the day they were supposed to arrive, everyone came within the expected time and did the roof work in a timely manner. I haven't seen any leaks since.
Afterwords, a separate job came up for a small patch job from a handful of loose shingles. There were some issues with communication, but ultimately the job got completed and they were generous with the cost.
I can recommend them for roof work and intend to do more business with them in the future.
