I am so thankful for these folks!! I did not know where to find help for my water softener needs. They called me promptly and I am on their schedule! What a relief!! Bless you!!

Braemar Construction LLC - HVAC division has been wonderful to work with. Jeff and his crew installed both a new furnace and added central air. The work was amazing and they did it all in a timely manner. We would recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Braemar Plumbing division recently. They have a great team. Clayton is knowledgeable and was quick to come out to start an estimate. Thomas was very accommodating on when our install was done and was great at communicating any scheduling changes. Jose is amazing at excavating. We could tell he has loads of experience.
We feel very lucky to have an experienced and reliable team to help us. Thank you!

Braemar crew installed insulation in our shop. Good product, friendly workers, no mess and completed on time as scheduled. The office staff were awesome too!

I had them install a water softener and RO system. All my questions were answered quickly. The bid was complete and easy to understand. They were very accommodating to how I wanted it installed. The work was done on time and very professionally. After installation, the instructions for operation and maintenance were explained in a way I could understand. Everyone that I worked with were professional and friendly.

Braemar Plumbing division has been so great to work with. We have used them for both residential and commercial needs. They are prompt at assessing the situation, staying in touch while parts are order, and following through on completing the job. Thank you!

I don’t understand why people advertise their business if they are not willing to get back to the customer.

I have contacted these people (3) times now to have some work done on my house and they say that they will get back to me but they have never once returned my calls.

If you don’t want the work then you should be up front with the customer from the beginning instead of leaving them hanging.

Braemar built our custom home that was completed in June 2020. We mostly had a positive experience with them. I won’t talk specific people because it sounds like they have some that are no longer with the company so I’ll leave names out.
Positives: We appreciated being able to bring in our own floor plan. They are one of the only ones in the area that allow this level of customization. They also had some great input on anything from architecture to the tile choices. We are mostly happy with the workmanship but I feel that Braemar used subpar subcontractors for some of the work. I don’t blame Braemar since I feel like they are at the mercy of who is available in our rural area. They also allowed us to do some of the work (road, well, trenching) on our own, which definitely save on cost so that was a plus!

Cons: I feel like this can be said for any home building, but being able to stop by and check in during the build process is necessary. It’s always good to make sure the framers have the most current plans and that everything is measuring out correctly. I would also give some advice of not signing closing paperwork until all of your final walkthrough list is completed to your liking. I know we certainly felt antsy about moving in but after a year and a half of living in our home, we still have several items from our walkthrough (in June of 2020) that have not been fixed. A lot of things like our trim, cabinets and drywall were not up to our standards but hopefully Braemar makes it right (the pictures are of their current status). Overall, I would probably use them again if we had to build but I would definitely be more persistent about things being done right the first time.

Update 02/06/22: Braemar has fixed a few of things on our list, but unfortunately they keep not getting back to us in a timely manner (if at all) to fix the rest of our items. A few of these items were on our final walk through list from 20 months ago. We are very disappointed in their communication and follow through at this point in time.

We called them due to a hot water issue. They came and took a look maybe an hour later. Had the issue fixed within another hour. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
