There was clear communication throughout the process, and despite some bad weather the project was completed on time, if not a little ahead of schedule. Tanner and his crew were not only efficient, but were also professional and friendly.

Unfortunately, we had a couple leaks in our roof, which B&R had mentioned are typical with our style of roof. They were in and out within a day and left our home and yard spotless.

This is my first Google review but wanted to share my experience. My old roof was leaking and I could not find anyone in the Lunenburg area interested in doing the job. Was referred to B&R Construction and Roofing in Richmond and they were willing to come out to Lunenburg County to do the job. The owner, Tanner, was that rare combination of friendly, easy going and yet professional at all times. His crew was also experienced and hard working. So excited with my beautiful new roof!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and owner. There has never been a time where I have contacted Tanner and he didn’t know what to do or how to remedy. Incredible and fast service! Needed a ridge vent on my house and garage & they were able to complete in a few hours. Cleaned up quickly too! Great communicators and fast appointments made.

I reached out to B&R roofing for applying a ridge vent to the roof of our house and garage . Tanner was an awesome source of support with answering all of our phone calls and he was diligent with completing the ridge vents. If you need great customer service and a team that can answer your roofing needs, B&R is the way to go!

After looking around the Richmond area for estimates, B&R gave a very competitive offer. It was obviously worth it and more, especially with the efficiency and professionalism used to complete the job. If you want a personable experience with your roofing project, B&R is the obvious choice after working with them.

I asked for a roof inspection to see how many years I had left on a 22 year roof to plan a replacement. The inspection was performed by Tanner. The inspection revealed that there were existing leaks in several places. Tanner provided a very competitive roof replacement price. I kept in contact with B&R to schedule the replacement. I decided on the color, Colonial Slate to match the colors of the brick on the front of the house. I wanted to go with a lighter color to be more reflective than absorptive. I had black before. B&R was a week out on schedule. The work was completed during 2 beautiful spring days. The guys cleaned up at the end of both days. Guys did great work over the last 2 days. It looks great. I highly recommend B&R for your roofing needs.

I would highly recommend B&R Construction & Roofing. B&R completed a full replacement of our roof within days of storm damage. In fact Tanner Ramey Owner was so attentive to our immediate needs that I recommended him to my other 2 neighbors who also needed new roofs installed. Tanner gave us a neighborhood discount and upgraded our warranties. From quick efficient ordering, color and type shingles, to the actual installation B&R was defiantly the best choice for our neighborhood. B&R roofing recently installed a new roof on my house, detached garage and small shed. From beginning to the end they were very easy to work with. Explained things where I had questions and kept me informed at all times during the process. Price for the job was right in line with other estimates I received and I believe I received a quality product. At the end of the job, cleanup was very good as they left everything as they found it. We started the process of contacting potential roofing companies the Friday before Labor Day. The calls rolled in quickly, however, non of the prospects could meet with us for at least 2 weeks.
