I hired this company to install a Kohler shower door. They ended up invoicing me to account for their employee's inexperience. They added in about 5 hours of prep time ($500) to allow themselves time to learn how to perform the installation; when I questioned them about this, they advised that the directions for this product were wrong (which led to them drilling incorrectly into my shower tile, causing the need for them to replace tile as well) and because the product was "unexpectedly complicated" they thought it fair to add the time it took them to learn how to do the project into the final invoice. I don't believe it's fair to charge someone time for learning how to do the very project they were hired to do in the first place. They never responded to my last email and instead sent a new invoice with a 5% late fee attached.

I hired Peter to do a door replacement. Although his business is extremely busy, he took the time to reach out, explain his schedule constraints, and arrange for the door replacement. Even with an unforeseen issue with the door opening, he calmly explained the situation and he adroitly made the modifications necessary. I would highly recommend Bozeman Handyman for any home projects.

We have been using Bozeman Handyman consistently for the last two years and can confidently say: we'd be lost without them. No matter how busy they are, Peter will take our calls and prioritize our projects, which have been many since we own a 3-unit downtown that has had plumbing issues. When Peter wasn't able to resolve a specialized plumbing issue, he had contractors in his network to support him, and the project turn around was swift. Bozeman Handyman are easy to work with, communicate promptly with updates, and offer professional, high-quality service, which is a rare in a town busy with growth. We highly recommend them.

We have been very happy with Peter's work. We have used him on several projects, most recently for clean up and repair of pipes that burst in the freeze this winter. His response was quicker than I could have expected and he took control immediately. Last fall he did some renovation in a bathroom and the work turned out perfectly. His prices are fair and he communicates very well regarding what needs to be done, progress, etc. I highly recommend him.

Peter of the Bozeman Handyman has been helping us with many jobs for over 4 years. He is friendly, professional, reliable, and very helpful. He does everything from fixing a broken wooden gate in our fence to installing a dishwasher, hauling away metal from our broken loafing shed, putting up shelving and hooks. We are grateful for his help.

Bozeman Handyman was super helpful. We called them in a lurch with a leaking refridgerator, they were unable to come out to fix it. BUT they walked us through over the phone how to temporarily relieve the issue until we could get someone out there. They were incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks Bozeman Handyman!

These guys are awesome. Noah has helped with a bunch of little projects around my house- installed garage storage, fixed up my grill, installed a hose reel, built shelving, repaired my deck, done a little painting etc. He pays attention to detail and often does things I would never think or know how to do. Super reliable and professional!
